I booked to stay at the location on short notice and in the days before an event in Melbourne. Regarding the booking I got a very good rate. I can’t complain about the price. The location was excellent for my needs and was close to the city centre and food. There is an Aldi directly beside it too. The overall check in and I suppose check out process was easy enough but I felt like the counter staff were expecting a complaint when you approach and so weren’t very friendly until they realise you aren’t complaining, at least I wasn’t. The room to be honest was fine. The place is not brand new but the sheets were clean, the shower was clean and for $90 a night I had a 2 bedroom apartment with enough space got 4 people so it was fine. I read reviews on another site after booked and it was harrowing thinking that I was going to be staying in a bed bug infested dirty roach hotel however, it was not the case. Overall the room was honestly run down with old furniture but there was a full size working fridge, microwave, tv that worked and had Netflix, hot water and a comfortable enough bed with clean sheets.

Great stay in a super convenient location The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is well maintained, quiet, and feels like a great balance between business-friendly and leisure-ready. Staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out, which always makes a big difference. Overall, great value for money in a central location. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne for work or a short city break 😊

Nice apartment for 2 pax. The layout is a bit odd as it’s a “circular” shape with the kitchenette in the middle, so the bed is quite far from the bathroom but it’s very spacious. The light switches need a bit of figuring out, esp the bedroom one was hidden behind the curtain lol. There’s only one AC in the living room but the weather was cold when we visited so it’s okay. Location was good with many restaurants nearby and walking distance to the trams. Supermarkets are a bit further, takes about 10-15mins. Nevertheless, quite central and convenient. The reception was also friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the sink drainage and it was resolved the next day. However, housekeeping could be more thorough and attentive. When we checked in, the kitchen bin wasn’t cleared and mugs had coffee stains. The floors weren’t vacuumed daily, table wasn’t wiped and we also had missing towels on one day. They didn’t provide us floor towels at all which I only realised when I went to the reception to collect the missing towels. Soap/amenities weren’t replenished promptly. Maybe we were expecting too much for daily cleaning but if so could have let us know. The kitchen was useful but some items like the frying ladle, chopping board need replacement. Would be good if dishwashing liquid could be provided, we had to buy our own. Very happy with the hot water throughout our stay as we are not used to the cold. Overall still a pleasant stay and enjoyed our trip in Melbourne! If the improvements to housekeeping and amenities could be made, this place would definitely be 5 stars.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Airport Motel & Convention Centre and had a mixed experience. The location was convenient, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. There were spiders and signs of poor housekeeping, which made my stay less comfortable than expected. While the hotel offers good service and a decent location, the room cleanliness needs improvement. Room number 41.

Nos ubicaron amablemente en la planta 18, que ofrecía unas vistas estupendas; un agradecimiento especial al equipo de recepción por ello. Servicio: El personal de recepción fue amable y atento. Sin embargo, la comunicación con el servicio de limpieza fue un poco complicada debido a la barrera del idioma, especialmente cuando intentamos solicitar mantas y almohadas adicionales. Habría sido mejor preguntar directamente en recepción. Servicios: Algo a tener en cuenta: no se proporcionaron cepillos de dientes, pasta de dientes ni zapatillas de cortesía, así que asegúrese de traer los suyos. The location is beautiful. Our room is very clean, spacious and smells very nice. Not much to view outside our terrace but the lush green plants make it very peaceful. The restaurant served very delicious food and beverages. The staff are very helpful, happy and accomodating. One small inconvenience I had was difficulty connecting to WiFi in our bedroom, other than that, we had a very relaxing and pleasant stay.

Close to the train station, restaurants and attractions. Clean room, comfortable bed, well functioning shower. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Suggestion: free water for guests and a rack or tray to put guest shampoo or soap.

I arrived at late check-in time on 2/11 Sunday and Mildua Inlander's staff was after office hour so I contacted to staff for room check-in by phone call, Staff are so helpful to help me to collect the room key and required admin work. However, due to the resort's layout and my room location(my room is ROOM 90), the circulation of the hotel is not poor, poor room ordering(it is not by 101 for on 1/F like typical hotel, it is using 1-50 for G/F, 51-100 for level 1; if 101-110 for block 1, 121-129 for block 2, 131-139 for block 3, 141-150 for block 4 would be better), no coherent corridor at the end, not much signage and map/easy to miss, no Lift or easy ramp for level 1. so, it is hard to find my room and poor experience before entry the room. Room is good for me. One thing is: can consider to have openable window after the mosquito net on the balcony sliding door if I don't want to turn on the air-conditioner.

Excelente ubicación junto al Southern Cross Center, con conexiones de tren, tranvía y autobús. El hotel en sí estaba bien, pero te hacen una foto de la tarjeta de crédito, algo que nunca me había pasado en ningún otro hotel del mundo. Básicamente, guardan las dos caras de las tarjetas de crédito (al parecer para el depósito), que se pueden usar para cualquier transacción que sea totalmente insegura y que, por ejemplo, no esté permitida en mi país. La recepcionista me dijo que esto está dentro de su procedimiento y que, si no estoy de acuerdo, puedo hablar con el gerente. No hay información sobre este procedimiento en la descripción. Ten cuidado y mejor evita este lugar por la seguridad de tu tarjeta. La habitación estaba limpia y bien; también tienen piscina y un pequeño gimnasio. El desayuno es absolutamente decepcionante: café asqueroso y muy poca variedad de tostadas, mermeladas, huevos revueltos, frijoles y avena. Uno de los peores desayunos de hotel que he visto. Salimos con hambre y fuimos a desayunar de verdad a un bar cercano.
