Even though I can’t speak much English, they stayed calm, patient, and kind, and did their best to help me with the check-in process and getting my room. During my stay, they continued to support me whenever I needed help, which made a big difference. I honestly felt like I was staying at my own home rather than a hotel. Because of this wonderful experience, I am sure that next time I come back to Hai Phong, I will definitely book this hotel again.
