I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things: I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30. When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served. When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while. We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did. Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though. When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head! So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

Servicio: Bueno, el cuchillo de la cola está hecho en el desayuno, y el cuchillo de la boca de la paja, etc., y el cuchillo chino se satisface. I had a very good stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Lusaka. It is particularly well-suited for Chinese visitors, as many of the facilities and written instructions are provided in both Chinese and English, which makes navigating the hotel very convenient. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I would especially like to recognize Grace, who has been an outstanding receptionist and hotellier, always professional, welcoming, and attentive. Her warm assistance truly elevated the experience. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this is a great option to consider for an international business trip, offering good service and facilities at a very reasonable price point.

Instalaciones: Todos son muy nuevos, tienen toallas, remolques, no hay ventilador. Hay toallas de agua caliente, pero rotas, llamar a la recepción cambia una buena. Higiene: La limpieza de la habitación es muy limpia. El agua gratuita está envuelta en la bocina. Después de la limpieza se olvidará lavar el agua. Medio ambiente: hay restaurantes chinos alrededor, supermercados chinos. Servicio: El servicio no es muy destacado ni malo.

Servicios: No había cepillo ni pasta de dientes, ni zapatillas. El aire acondicionado estaba roto, pero ya lo repararon. El agua caliente tardaba mucho en salir. Hay un enchufe internacional, pero la conexión es un poco torpe. Hay que insertar una tarjeta para acceder a la corriente, que además tiene mala conexión. Limpieza: La habitación estaba bastante limpia. Las almohadas y las sábanas no eran lo suficientemente blancas. Zona: Hay una gasolinera cerca, un restaurante de pollo frito Hungry Lion y a pocos minutos en taxi del mercado de alimentos JCS para comer comida china. Servicio: El personal fue generalmente indiferente. Imprimir una o dos páginas es gratis. Imprimir más cuesta 10.000 yuanes por página.

Affordable with a reasonable gym and lovely Ethiopian food. Mid level and located next to big mall.

The reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected.The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.

The hotel rooms are quite small. Excellent lounge and meeting space. Functional but effective breakfast. Just by the mall which is very convenient with an excellent spa

It’s convenient but there is a big door of improvements for housekeeping many things were missing including misquotes in the room I got bitten within the 5 minutes I got there
