We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable - seemed to be short staffed though. The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there. But overall, the hotel, the bar and most of the staff were really nice and welcoming :)))

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

La infraestructura del hardware del hotel es buena, la gestión es buena, es que el sonido del ventilador es un poco grande. El desayuno es rica.

over charge for requesting early check-in and offered upgrade which was not satisfactory.  Was not welcoming; .no service available.  Said free coffee! went there twice, both times was not available.  There was one person in the lobby to assist customers.  Did not have a great experience as had before.

시내에 위치하여 교통이 편했습니다. 침대시트에 얼룩이 묻어 있었는데 다음날도 똑같았습니다. 로비 직원들이 여러명이 계시는데 친절도는 상이했습니다. 방은 좁은데 화장실이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다.

Fue una ubicación perfecta para mí y mi hija tenía un buen nuevo año allí la piscina era limpia y los niños amistosos a través de la calle desde el centro comercial y perdido de la comida que vamos a estar allí otra vez

El hotel está en el centro, sin su propio estacionamiento, pero hay un estacionamiento público en el piso de escritorio al lado de la estación de gasolina de Neve Dragon, aproximadamente 35 puntos por noche. A 5 minutos a pie del hotel, paseo por una cruz. La habitación es pequeña, una cama y dos cuchillos de cama, junto con un baño, muy compacto. Lavabo de manos en el baño está muy oloroso. El servicio de recepción es bueno, porque el sueño es más lento, y la consulta puede cambiar de habitación por la calle, y también ayuda. Hay una comida mexicana, Lechon, a 10 minutos a pie del hotel, que vale la pena recomendar. La peluquería de champiñones, las ribs grilladas también son buenas.

El personal es muy entusiasta. El estacionamiento está en diferentes entradas del mismo edificio. Un poco ”no amigable” es que el precio de la noche en el estacionamiento público es 28 cuchillos, pero puede que haya 35 cuchillos para solicitar el hotel. 酒店地理位置位於波特蘭市中心，出行到波特蘭州立大學，先鋒廣場，購物等非常方便。服務人員全是和善，但效率不高？管理很一般，每天需要和前台溝通來收拾房間等，然後面對大街的房間比較吵，房間雖然看着不算貴，但是本州其他税費非常多，最後結賬增加了300多美元。
