Este es mi primer estancia en este hotel, pero fue sorprendente! Este hotel está cerca de la estación, así que si va a tomar un tren, es el mejor hotel para permanecer. La habitación era un poco oscura, pero el interior era tan único y limpio. El hotel es el hotel que escoge la próxima vez.

La primera vez en este hotel, muy bien. Buena ubicación, buena habitación, ducha y armario separados, cafetera en la habitación. No hay estacionamiento, pero hay un servicio de valet. Mantenimiento de la casa y esperando una respuesta muy lenta para los servicios. En general feliz con la estancia

I didn’t feel this hotel was worth the price tag. It was clean, nicely designed, and located downtown but they charge an extra $50 each night for services, don’t provide free Wi-Fi (unless you sign up for some kind of Hilton membership), and do not include parking. Also, that area is a business district. The East side of Portland is a more fun area to be based. The gym and pool were alright. Well-equipped but rather small. I’d recommend shopping around better deals on the east side of the river.

The hotel was great. Comfortable beds. Nice room layout. The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter. The easy way to fix would be to change out the mirror for a lighted mirror. Overall would stay there again.

This is such a comfortable hotel, beds and bathtubs are great! Wish that parking was so expensive $40 a night

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

整體建築有年代了，應該是木質建築，所以樓上樓下左右各種聲音都比較清楚，雖然鋪了地毯，但有共振。環境位置很好也很漂亮。但窗户也是基本沒做隔音，樓下公園有人大聲説話都能聽清楚。隔音效果比較差。

Excellent stay. I just wish there was some complimentary coffee for guests downstairs. The line to get coffee at the coffee shop down there takes too long.

La infraestructura del hardware del hotel es buena, la gestión es buena, es que el sonido del ventilador es un poco grande. El desayuno es rica.
