there was nobody to talk in English and the reception actually do nothing because they don't understand English. there was no internet in the room and also bad connection in the lobby .

I booked the single room on the ground floor. Very spacious with a queen size bed. But at night the loud music from the club nearby can be heard. Other than that, location is excellent with loads of dining options and walkable to the shopping area. Also walkable to the largest mosque in Ankara. The breakfast spread is very delicious. The hotel manager, Sezgin, is very obliging and responsive. Nilufar at the reception is very helpful with information. I would stay here again if i return to Ankara.

Good location for most of the historical sites, typical Turkish high quality service. And typical business hotel for the bedroom. Only negative point is the soundproofing as there is a big mosque nearby and you will be waked up at 5am. Nevertheless a good choice for the location and the quality of the service

Acerca de los negativos: 1) Fotos falsas para habitaciones - reserva una habitación y espera ciertas características presentes, pero en realidad muestran fotos de la habitación deluxe en cada opción. No sé si es intencional o no. 2) Desayuno. No es grande y el precio es engañoso - la página muestra 1 euro por desayuno, sin embargo en las solicitudes de hotel real 8-9 euros (por qué no sólo indicar el precio correcto desde el principio no tengo idea) 3) Sanitación. Me mordí por ticks o fleas en 2 habitaciones!! y tuve una reacción alérgica grave más tarde (esa es la declaración de mi médico, con la que me forzó a hacer una cita) La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil.

A magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.

frühstück ist in Ordnung, zwar nicht abwechslungsreich allerdings schmeckt es gut. Hatte leider ein Zimmer im -1 Etage. Dieses roch leider nach Zigaretten Rauch, obwohl es eine rauchfreies Zimmer sein sollte. Klimaanlage hat auch nicht gut funktioniert beziehungsweise hat keine frische Luft reingebracht. Lage ist sehr optimal, um schnell ins Zentrum zu gelangen.

A media hora del centro. Las habitaciones están bien, pero teníamos expectativas más altas viniendo de un Radisson Blu. Sin embargo, ¡el desayuno fue increíble! Un gran buffet con muchas opciones y platos a la carta que te preparan. Una buena opción para empezar el día con buen pie.

В целом отель нормальный. Останавливались на 2 ночи (с 28 по 30 апреля), брали без завтрака. Заселили без проблем. Уборка сначала была на троечку, но после просьбы ситуация исправилась — уборщица отреагировала адекватно и всё сделала как нужно. Персонал в целом нормальный, но по-английски говорят слабо. Итоговая оценка: 8/10.

Jakuzili suit oda da jakuzi çalışmıyodu ve çalışanlar bunun için bi çözüm bulamadılar. Gitmeden arayıp jakuziyi temizleyip hazırlamalarını rica ettim ama jakuzinin zaten temiz olduğunu ve gelince kendim doldurmamı söylediler ve temiz değildi içinde kıl saç vs vardı. Jakuzi çalışmıyo diye aradığımda ben çalıştıramamışım gibi bi muamele yapıldı sonra 3. Aramada çalışan gelip baktı ve çalıştıramadı sonra da ekstra memnuniyet için bi şey yapılmadı. Jakuzi problemi hariç oda çok güzel ve temizdi. Diş macunu ve tek kullanımlık fırça yoktu ama resepsiyondan isteyince hemen gönderdiler. Çalışanlar problemimi çözmemesine rağmen güler yüzlülerdi bi dahaki gelişinizde odanızı yükseltiriz dediler bi daha gider miyim bilmiyorum ama genel olarak konum vs memnun kaldım.

O kadar keyif aldığımız bir oteldi ki. Gerçekten Ankara’da bir çok kez konaklamış biri olarak eğer seyahatinizi keyifli ve özel bir hale getirmek isterseniz hiç düşünmeden tercih edebilirsiniz. Otelin rahmi Koç müzesine ücretsiz erişimi var. Bizim için güzle bir deneyim oldu. Bulunduğu konum gerçekten kendinizi turist gibi hissedebileceğiniz bir bölgenin tam kalbinde. Otel eksiksiz haritaydı. Kahvaltısı çok yeterliydi. Yorumlara bakarak restoranını tercih ettik akşam yemeği için tek olumsuz deneyimimiz o oldu. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Lezzet olarak Ankara’da her yerde yiyebileceğiniz yemeklerdi hiç bir ekstrası ne yazık ki yoktu.
