C羅老家的酒店，為了在離開葡萄牙前打卡一下，臨時買的來回都不算便宜的廉航，落地就有機場公交，還算方便。酒店也就堪堪四星，自我定位準確，整體不加情懷的話，甚至衹能算一般

Muy bonito hotel, excelente recepción, así como la persona que se ocupa del desayuno muy agradable, el desayuno completo y de muy buena calidad. ¡Una piscina caliente y maravillosa, sauna y jacuzzi! Todo era perfecto para una estancia ideal, restaurantes cerca o incluso el hotel. Y una habitación obviamente maravillosa !!!

Bonito hotel que cumplió las expectativas. Excelente ubicación en Calheta, justo en una playa de arena dorada, con acceso directo desde el hotel. Es ideal tener coche ya que está a 30 minutos de Funchal. Merece la pena pagar un extra para tener una habitación con vistas al mar. La calidad y cantidad de la comida está a la altura del todo incluido, al igual que las bebidas. Animación diaria y variada. Buen spa con piscina climatizada, baño turco, sauna y duchas frías. Zona de piscina exterior muy agradable, con multitud de tumbonas y muy bien diseñada. Ping pong gratuito, billar de pago (3€/hora). Muy buena relación precio calidad.

We really enjoyed our stay at Baia Azul. This hotel has everything! Gorgeous views from the lounge area, a lovely bar with entertainment at night, excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms, and a very nice pool area. We cannot fault it! The breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The lady at reception was very helpful, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly from the moment I arrived. The room was amazing, with a beautiful view that made the experience even more special. All the staff were excellent and friendly. The two girls working at the bar in the afternoon were wonderful — unfortunately I forgot their names, but one of them was Venezuelan. They were both very welcoming and professional. The breakfast team was always respectful and ready to help. One lovely lady was so thoughtful that she prepared my outdoor table setup in the morning before I had even picked my food. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager handled the staff and operations very smoothly — you could really feel how organized and professional everything was. I also noticed the lady who I believe is the GM. She looked incredibly hardworking, present during the afternoon, evening, and morning, always supporting her team. I even saw her celebrating staff birthdays with them. This is exactly how true leadership should be. Anyone looking for real hospitality should visit this hotel. As a Hospitality GM myself, I can confidently say this is an approved place to enjoy a wonderful experience with your loved ones. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.Keep it up

Acogedor, personal de 5 estrellas, ambiente moderno, nada de qué quejarse. Ubicación inmejorable.

Una ubicación impresionante y un hotel muy cómodo y limpio con vistas increíbles desde el dormitorio y el restaurante. Las oportunidades para caminar son limitadas debido a lo empinado del terreno, pero hay un excelente sendero que baja hasta Curral do Freitas (45-60 minutos). El servicio fue muy bueno, pero la comida vegetariana no estaba a la altura de los estándares que esperábamos. Buena selección en el desayuno, pero el desayuno caliente no se mantiene caliente. Bonito jacuzzi y bonita y pequeña piscina cubierta. Sin duda merece la pena una visita, pero podría ser incluso mejor con mejor comida, ya que está un largo camino hasta el restaurante más cercano. 3,35€ autobús desde Funchal (nº 81) pero consulta los horarios con atención

Я выбирала отель с видом на океан по доступной цене. В итоге, нашелся отель с очень просторными номерами, панорамным окном, кофе/чай, удобной ванной комнатой с биде, большим балконом. Единственные моменты: раздельная кровать для пары и слабоватый душ. Шум ночных волн на любителя:) Нам пришлось закрывать дверь на балкон, хотя и так было довольно шумно. Сервис очень дружелюбный.  Завтрак вкусный и свежий. Много выпечки, напитки, нарезки и горячее.  Не ожидала, что будет бесплатный трансфер до центра и обратно. Абсолютный плюс этого отеля, потому что находится он не в шаговой доступности от центра.  Виды, чистота возле отеля, свой пляж - это потрясающе.  Далее мы проживали в частном секторе и много что посмотрели на острове, но первые две ночи в Orca Praia остались в нашем сердечке💘 С уважением,  Елена из России

Las superficies de daños al agua en todo el techo del baño, la cortina de ducha, el baño no tiene una sola adhesiva (para tobillos eléctricos). El propio cuarto está situado en el barrio cerrado, ya que desde el 08:00-18:00 el hotel de la otra parte funciona fuertemente con el air-air y el bagger, que son insoportables incluso en la puerta cerrada. Así, el uso de la varanda sólo es posible después de las 18:00. El hotel está reservado y no es posible cambiar de habitación. Mi precio de viaje de 622,-€ me ofreció una cena en el restaurante del hotel (valor de 21,50€) el pasado por la noche como compensación.

The location, the setting, the facilities and cleanliness is pretty good. The issue is with their service. We tried calling the reception during the working hours and there was no answer. They also did not call us back. If we are lucky, we will see a staff and get some assistance. It is important to have a car of your own otherwise it is difficult to get around in the resort. The total that the hotel charged is way more than what was shown in trip website. Even if I include the city tax it was still high. It is important to give a clear picture of the total amount of the booking. Just to put it in context, there was almost Euro 150 difference between what was shown in Trip website and the final amount that I paid to the hotel. This is a shocker for me. And of course it is not what I want to have a first experience of using Trip website. This needs to be looked into.
