I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

Nos quedamos aquí a finales de septiembre. La noche la temperatura exterior era de alrededor de 10°C, y la habitación estaba muy fría. No había calefacción en absoluto – ni siquiera radiadores, lo que es muy extraño para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. La única opción era el aire acondicionado que azotaba el aire caliente, pero se dirigía directamente a la cama, lo que era muy incómodo, por lo que tuvimos que desactivarlo. The hotel pool was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. The atmosphere was calm, the water temperature perfect, and it was a great place to unwind after a long day. I really enjoyed spending time there and would definitely recommend it.

Unser Aufenthalt hier war rundum gelungen. Das Zimmer war ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen alles, was man braucht, lag direkt vor der Haustür. Essensmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsgelegenheiten für den täglichen Bedarf waren in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Aufenthalt äusserst angenehm und komfortabel machte. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber, grosszügig geschnitten und mit einem herrlich gemütlichen Bett ausgestattet, in dem wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Der Charme des Zimmers hat uns sofort angesprochen stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Praktisch war auch die vorhandene Küche, die für die eigene Verpflegung bestens ausgestattet war. Parkplätze standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung, wobei die Einfahrt etwas eng ausfällt dennoch ein klarer Pluspunkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ein charmantes, sauberes und zentrales Zuhause auf Zeit suchen.

El hotel está situado en el ul. Piotrkowski. Al centro de 10 minutos a pie. Uno de los receptores creo que no ha tenido un buen día, un estilo pasivo agresivo.

The location is absolutely perfect just 3 min away from Piotrkowska street. The room was quite spacious and comfortable.

Grande, moderno hotel, delicioso alimento y muy buena ubicación ☺️

El desayuno es rico, el hotel es muy conveniente, la ubicación es muy buena y hay un centro comercial al lado.

Mi hanno fatto pagare in prezzo diverso da quello di trip.com 300pln in più e non hanno voluto restituire la differenza. Peccato perché la struttura è eccezionale
