Dear Hotel Management !!! Can't praise this hotel highly enough - they are really amazing The staff at reception in particular have the best customer service skills I have experienced in Pakistan - feels like being in a western hotel. I wished I remembered his name but the man who checked me in and checked me out was extremely professional with fantastic customer service skills. Reception management should find out who he is and give him a pay rise. God bless you man

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for over 1 week. I previously stayed at places like the Hilton, Mariott (for work) so initially I was abit apprehensive at booking but now am glad I took the plunge. If you set, the location of the appartment aside (it's about a 5 minute ride away from things to do) - the hospitality I received was exceptional. Specifically, I want to call out Muhammed Umair and Ghulam Kamber. These 2 have excellent front office skills and understand how to deal with guests (without wasting time) . Given I hadn't stayed in the area before, I had lots of little bits and bobs i needed to get done (and so did the wife). Both are professional, curteous and extremely attentive. There were a few times where they helped to book rides , order non hotel food , help to check-in/out and also they acted as really helpful travel companions. Thankyou for also dealing with our night cravings and late breakfast requests.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

⭐Great Experience at Avari Xpress Gulberg! Excellent service and a very convenient location. Special thanks to the front office managers for being extremely helpful, accommodating all my requirements, and arranging a late check-out without any hassle. Truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

El hotel dispone de amplios habitaciones deluxe, piscina en el techo y una pequeña sala de gimnasio. La mejor cosa sobre el hotel es el desayuno buffet. Fue delicioso que nos descansamos a las 6:30 a la espera de un desayuno maravilloso. El hotel está muy bien, y el servicio de lavandería es el mismo día.

Somewhere to put your head for the night and nice enough, probably the best in the city, but service and rooms are quite basic to other hotels in other parts of Punjab.

El personal es agradable y está bien limpio, la comida también está bien.
