Dear Hotel Management !!! Can't praise this hotel highly enough - they are really amazing The staff at reception in particular have the best customer service skills I have experienced in Pakistan - feels like being in a western hotel. I wished I remembered his name but the man who checked me in and checked me out was extremely professional with fantastic customer service skills. Reception management should find out who he is and give him a pay rise. God bless you man

We attend the hotel with outside temperature of 45 degrees after a long journey on the 3rd day of Eid after having stayed a nice hotel in Multan with fully functioning facilities. The reception was well maintained and nice and cool, we were given our rooms and the porter led us to a door and to our dismay, which went outside to the unfinished shopping mall so we could access the second lift on the other corner of the building as the lift in reception area was out of order. The lift took us to the second floor, where the decor reflected the reception area , however they had turned off the air conditioning for the building there excuse was that the building engineer was on eid holiday only he could turn on the corridor ac ? we were shown our rooms which were hot as they had just turned on the Ac in the rooms we had booked the large deluxe rooms , however had to change both our rooms about 4 times as issues with inaffective ac units, this didn't get resolved until midnight. The restaurant was closed even though the staff were there , the other parts of hotel were not accessible as the air conditioning was turned off. In the morning the staff immediately apologised as there was no buffet or active kitchen so the breakfast which was out sourced was a option of eggs and paratha and toast. There was 4 of us and after a 10 minute wait we were given one cold old paratha cut into 4 pieces it seemed like it was a left over. I complained and we then received some paraths which were reheated old and hard. Why accept customers if you don't have fully functioning hotel, it could of been a good stay if everything was functioning as the hotel has nice decor.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Its in main Gulburg excellent location. The hotel is near restaurants and shopping stores. Imtiaz is right under the hotel. I have stayed there twice in 2 years and both times had no complaints and my room was upgrated for free. Will definitely come again.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel and the staff were amazing throughout our stay of 10 days. The breakfast and the location was also superb. Cannot fault it for anything. The complimentary airport drop off and pick up was added benefit which other hotels do not provide. We will be coming back again.

El hotel dispone de amplios habitaciones deluxe, piscina en el techo y una pequeña sala de gimnasio. La mejor cosa sobre el hotel es el desayuno buffet. Fue delicioso que nos descansamos a las 6:30 a la espera de un desayuno maravilloso. El hotel está muy bien, y el servicio de lavandería es el mismo día.

Ramada by Wyndham Murree Lower Topa Resort is an excellent hotel for family and business. Staff is very cooperative and polite with professional service. But aramada should provide complimentary clothes ironing services to all guests. I stayed there from 7th May to 9th May, but they charged me PKR 1,880 for ironing just one dress.

Este hotel es en realidad una villa independiente en el centro de Lahore. No hubo desayuno en Internet a la hora prevista. No esperaba que el desayuno fuera bastante rico y lo llevaran en la habitación. Durante el período, una tetera se rompió y se reparó a tiempo. Es cómodo beber agua caliente.

El hotel es muy limpio, muy bueno, servicio de lavandería es rápido, bueno, no es caro.Volverá.
