El hotel es limpio, bien mantenido y tiene buenas instalaciones. No obstante, mi mayor preocupación fue la conexión Wi-Fi. Como alguien que se basa en el acceso a Internet, me he terminado usando mis datos móviles la mayor parte de la vez porque el Wi-Fi era infiable. En el centro de la ciudad, el personal de la zona de la cena no estaba muy bien recibido, pero no todos estaban desagradables, pero algunos miembros de la tripulación se reunieron tan desagradablemente y parecían tener una actitud en la interacción con los huéspedes. El servicio al cliente es una parte importante de la experiencia del hotel, y espero que la gestión pueda proporcionar formación adicional para asegurar que todos los huéspedes se sienten bienvenidos y valorados. En general, el hotel dispone de buenas instalaciones y estándares de limpieza, pero las cuestiones de Wi-Fi y el servicio incoherente al cliente afectaron mi experiencia.

Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island.

El hotel está bien, con una piscina y un bar preciosos. Pero no creo que valga la pena el precio. El personal de recepción no es muy servicial ni amable. La habitación está bien, pero nada más, un poco anticuada. El desayuno no tiene muchas opciones; nos costó encontrar algo que nos gustara. El hotel está bien, pero podría mejorarlo o podrían bajar los precios.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trogon's Perch in Siargao for the second time in a week, and I'm already planning my next visit. This hotel is a clifftop sanctuary that offers the perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty. Nestled atop a breathtaking cliff, it provides stunning views of the ocean, ideal for anyone looking to reconnect with nature or find a peaceful retreat. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with plush bedding and a minimalist design that emphasizes relaxation. Each room boasts large windows that frame the beautiful seascape, allowing guests to wake up to the soothing sounds of the waves. The amenities at Trogon's Perch are excellent, from reliable Wi-Fi to friendly and attentive staff who go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable. Its location strikes a perfect balance between seclusion for peace and proximity to General Luna for those interested in surfing or nightlife. My stays here have been absolutely rejuvenating, and I highly recommend Trogon's Perch to anyone visiting Siargao. Whether you're coming back from a surf trip or just need a break from the parties in General Luna, this hotel is the ultimate place to relax and recharge.

The staff are nice and very welcoming. We stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast buffet viands are different everyday. Will definitely book again soon.

Kalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal). The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

Pros: • hotel is new, they only opened last August • room was very spacious • beds, pillows, comforter were very comfortable • bathroom was very spacious with complimentary toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner • airconditioning was superb • room has a balcony (that we didn’t use) Cons • because it’s new, apparently their how shower has not been installed yet. But they provide hot water from the kitchen and will bring to the room in a pail 😂 • location is not ideal as it is a good 10-minute walk on a dirt road to get to the main tourism road • breakfast wasn’t impressive. The tapa and the tocino were tough. All in all, it’s still value for money. The entries crew were very friendly and accommodating. And I will still consider staying there next time.

Location is kinda ok and staff is very polite. Unfortunately place is nothing much and kinda overpriced for what it is. It was alright experience but wouldn’t come back

Place was okay for a family stay. It's not a private villa anymore since there's a restobar inside. I love the staff though, friendly and always smiling and accommodating. Place is also near establishments and you can just walk around. Cloud 9 is like less than 10 mins away. There are dogs inside which I didn't like because they could just have pooped and peed anywhere. Not ideal for kids to play on the sand. There are also pearl sellers and as much as I feel bad, it just ruins your peace and quiet as they dont stop bothering you until you buy. Overall still thinking of going back here in case there's another trip in place. :)

En general, un lugar agradable para alojarse, no muy céntrico pero siempre a un corto trayecto en patinete. La habitación era cómoda, aunque el aislamiento acústico era deficiente y había obras por la mañana desde las 8:00, lo que resultó muy molesto. La cafetería/restaurante era muy agradable, con vistas a la selva y junto a la piscina, pero tenía opciones limitadas: se agradecerían zumos de frutas naturales (no concentrados) y un café adecuado (no soluble). No hay gimnasio disponible. El personal era agradable, pero a menudo tardaba en reaccionar o entender peticiones sencillas.
