I recently booked Sara Sadan Hotel in Kathmandu for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality and clear guidance provided by the staff were excellent. My parents were very comfortable during their stay and were truly happy with the service. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always helpful. I love this hotel. Sparkling clean room & toilet. Spacious family room suits my family of 4. Warm hospitality & prompt service from the hotel staff Plus point, walking distance to Thamel tourist spot , shopping areas & new Hard Rock Cafe. And the hotel can arrange the airport transfer with one complimentary pick up. I did go to Mountain Flight to see Mt Everest, booked directly with the hotel - the greatest experience ever. The hotel also arrange our half day trip to Nagarkot. You name it - they can do everything you wish! Will come back here again if I come to Nepal. Thanks Arayatara!

The hotel location is excellent, fantastic breakfast,staff cooperation everywhere was excellent. This hotel is not a four star hotel according to the Nepal hospitality...it clearly shows it's a three star hotel and all the facilities are related to three star or below. The rooms are small,if staying with a couple or with a girlfriend is fine but if it's staying with two individuals it is very difficult moving and keeping the baggage, and other things. The windows are fixed and can't open. I will say again that the staff were fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Nepal. The quality exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring. The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the city center, which made it incredibly convenient to walk around and shop for local goods in town. What I particularly loved was the proximity to several Chinese restaurants nearby, all offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The staff truly made our experience special. They were friendly. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went on our EBC trek.

Hotel dom Himalaya in center city of Kathmandu, big room and clean , quiet and breakfest every morning , the staff very helpful exactly the receptionist ARPANA always smiling and speaking good English. I recommend this hotel.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. La única cosa que era el agua no se drenaba rápidamente mientras duchas. Sólo una habitación básica y usted tendrá una buena vista del jardín mientras tiene desayuno y una buena bienvenida refrescante toalla y bebida. Gracias por tenernos.

No podía ser mejor. El personal dio 6 estrellas con atención personal en todas las cuestiones. Totalmente superó las expectativas para el punto de precio. Otros hoteles pagarían $1,000 por noche por este nivel de servicio.

The stay was great, to say the least. We actually decided to extend our as our plans changed and looked no further. The staff were very flexible with our late night flight and the ensuing late check-out and assisted us price-wiae. The hotel is truly a boutique one. Breakfast is nice. We didn't need much anyway, so for us, it was much more than we needed. There is a slight variation on a daily basis. The cleaning lady cleans the room impeccably on a daily basis. In general, if you need anything, the staff are accommodating and always ready to help. Locatio- wise, the hotel is somewhat further away from the noise of Thamel and other touristy areas but close enough to places of interest. Last but not least, we arrived later than scheduled, so the meet and greet service , which came free, was super handy.
