Most importantly they charge RM 17 per night for car parking. So a lot of car parking outside which make the entrance a bit difficult

Reservamos una habitación triple y fue perfecta. Cuenta con todas las comodidades, como sobres de café 3 en 1, hervidor de agua, secador de pelo, cepillo de dientes desechable y nevera. Por la noche dormimos bien a pesar del ruido sordo del karaoke cercano. El aparcamiento es gratuito en las plantas 1 y 2. Sin embargo, al salir del sótano, no había guardia de seguridad durante la hora del almuerzo para ayudarnos a escanear el código de barras. El escáner detecta con dificultad los códigos de barras en papel. Tuvimos que escanearlos a ciegas durante un minuto. Le quito una estrella al aparcamiento. Si el recepcionista nos pudiera enseñar a escanear, tendríamos que escanear dos códigos de barras en papel. En general, tiene una buena relación calidad-precio.

Excelente hotel nuevo y estético, amplio (me alojé en una habitación familiar con dos camas queen), buena ubicación. Se pueden canjear dos bebidas en la cafetería del vestíbulo. La única pega es que hay que pagar el aparcamiento (10 RM al día) y validarlo antes de las 12 del mediodía.

La ubicación del hotel es buena y es conveniente ir a cualquier parte. La habitación daba a la vista al mar. Las instalaciones de la habitación son muy nuevas, es una habitación bonita y la relación precio-rendimiento es relativamente alta. Sin embargo, puede que haya un bar cerca y puedas escuchar un poco de música rock por la noche, pero no es muy ruidosa y no afectará tu sueño.

Overall the unit is clean and good only small issue with Air-conditioning. All air-conditioning units, are not in very good condition... there are not cool enough and 1 unit actually dripping water when the air-conditioning unit are in operation! Yeah, the ceiling fan also have noise that disturbing sleep and when the air-conditioning units doen't producce enough coolness, the fan needed to be turn on but it gave another problem that is actually quite annoying.

Me gusta la ubicación: céntrica, pero en una calle pequeña con poco tráfico (quienes duermen ligeros como yo lo agradecen, ya que alojarse en una casa comercial renovada suele tener un aislamiento acústico deficiente). La ​​habitación tiene un tamaño aceptable, se mantiene limpia y hay una fuente de agua potable gratuita para recargar agua filtrada (no se proporciona agua embotellada). Esta vez opté por desayunar, y la verdad es que fue una decepción. El arroz nasi lemak no olía bien, y la selección de platos calientes, especialmente las proteínas, es deficiente. Preferiría mucho más un desayuno local abundante en uno de los kopitiams de Georgetown.

Este es un hotel nuevo y limpio, convenientemente ubicado entre Batu Ferringhi y George Town. Llegué temprano, sobre las 11:30, pero amablemente nos permitieron registrarnos, lo cual agradecimos mucho. En Grab, se tarda unos 15 minutos en llegar a la playa de Batu Ferringhi y unos 20 minutos a George Town, aunque el tráfico puede ser bastante denso durante el día, por lo que el tiempo de viaje puede ser mayor. El sistema de inteligencia artificial no siempre respondió con fluidez, pero aun así pude usarlo para solicitar que me enviaran artículos a mi habitación. Me alojé en Nochevieja y el hotel organizó una fiesta de cuenta regresiva junto a la piscina. No hubo fuegos artificiales, pero el ambiente fue agradable. Tanto la piscina como la zona de la playa son muy bonitas, y el desayuno ofrece una buena variedad de comida. En general, es un buen hotel para alojarse. Sería aún mejor si ofrecieran un servicio de autobús de ida y vuelta a George Town y la playa de Batu Ferringhi.

Hotel elevator too small and always full of residents thus we have to wait for long hours especially during peak hour. Received Queen size bed instead of King size as advertised, feed back to receptionist but no action taken. Problem pushed back to Trip.com as wrong information given to customer. No credibility by ALV. Sdn. Bhd as no action taken even though wrong information published in Trip.com

Really had a very pleasant stay here with my family 😊 We all loved the unit very much. The house design feels very cozy and comfortable, and most importantly, the whole place was very clean. Before our stay, the check-in and check-out instructions provided were also very clear and easy to follow, which made the whole self check-in process very smooth and convenient for us. The facilities were also very family-friendly for guests with babies and children. The host thoughtfully prepared extra bedsheets, pillows and blankets in the cabinet. There were also board games, swimming goggles and swimming floats prepared for guests. The kitchen utensils were very complete, and they even prepared separate utensils for Muslim guests, which was very thoughtful. Another thing we really appreciated was the floor mats outside the bathrooms because our family is not used to walking around indoors with wet feet. My daughter especially loved sleeping in the living room because she could lie on the bed while chatting together with the family. There was even an old-school game console for guests to play with, which brought back nostalgic memories 😊 The air-conditioning was cold enough, and the refrigerator remained powered on while we were outside, so we did not have to worry about our food getting spoiled. The bathroom also had a shower chair for elderly guests, which was very suitable for my father. The location was also very convenient. In the morning, there were Malay food stalls right across the accommodation. Walking about 5–10 minutes to the left side, there were also Chinese food options available. Downstairs, there was ZUS Coffee and a mini bar, which made everything even more convenient for families staying here. During our stay, my father accidentally broke the shoe rack while sitting down to wear his shoes, and we also accidentally cracked two mugs while making ice. The host was very understanding, did not blame us, and immediately reassured us not to worry. We truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to have more power sockets, as families travelling together usually need to charge many phones and devices. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back again 😊
