Everyone especially cleaning workers polite & helpful. Room small but locution great & toilet well equipped & clean. Lots of restaurants around. The local market nearby is a must-go. One minus though, counter staff can't easily understand our requests. Sendai is a great place but English is not a common tool for communication.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

La ubicación de ryokan es excelente. Mi habitación tiene una enorme ventana de fotos enfrente del este. Puede ver la famosa bahía con muchas islas, incluida la isla Fukura (Fuji 𡷊), en la mañana con maravillosa vista al sol. El desayuno japonés fue excelente, especialmente el del segundo día... pescado fresco grilado, etc... las cenas de Kaiseki para ambas noches fueron maravillosas con pescado fresco grilado y carne de vacuno de alta calidad vagyu más ostera cocida para la perfección. Los Onsens, por otro lado, son justo Okay. Sin embargo, con la vista de la isla de Fukura y su puente rojo ... nice.

This is a surprisingly good hotel, especially considering the price. It’s about a 5-7 minute walk from Sendai Station. I was impressed by the organ (yes, a real organ!) in the lobby, along with a grand piano nearby. The room is spacious, and the hotel even offers a spa, which is a real plus for a Western-style hotel. In the evening, there’s live piano music in the lobby, accompanied by free drinks, nuts, and even noodles. You can really feel how hard the hotel tries to provide excellent service. For the friendly and committed hotel staff, this is a hotel I would happily stay at again next time I’m in Sendai.

Location is good just 10 minutes walk to Clis Road. Price is reasonable, and breakfast is good. There are Parking lots nearby, but a bit expensive. Trip described this hotel opened in 2023. But this is definitely not a new hotel, bathroom smell bad and cleanliness need improvment.

Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.

El hotel es un hotel de calidad, con un servicio excelente y todas las comodidades que ofrecen son muy buenas, y quizás un hotel de negocios, que viene con todo lo imaginable en su habitación. Refrigerador, caldera de agua, pijamas, caja de notas y plumas, reloj de alarma (sí, Casio analógico), convertidor USB C-A porque la cama todavía tiene un socket USB A, formas de tarubina (entrega de equipaje), prensa de pantalones, toalla de zapatos, etc., etc. Creo que su motto no está esperando hasta que el huésped lo pide, sólo asegúrese de que está disponible. Están realmente esperando todo. Starbucks y 711 en el primer piso. Quería probar el restaurante en el piso 13, pero porque no tenía reservas, y ya había muchas personas allí, lamentablemente me desviaron.

La habitación del hotel está impecable. La cena y el desayuno son tipo buffet. La comida es bastante normal. La comida no impresiona. Si buscas buena comida japonesa en un hotel con onsen, este definitivamente no es una opción. El onsen público es espacioso y sin buenas vistas. Reservé un baño privado, pero era malo, pequeño y completamente interior, ¡sin vistas! No recomiendo pagar más por el baño privado. Perdí la llave de mi habitación dentro del hotel y me cobraron 10.000 yenes en efectivo. Creo que el precio por la pérdida de una llave es irrazonablemente alto. El personal del hotel no habla inglés. Es muy difícil comunicarse con ellos. Cuando me comunico con el personal en inglés, me responden en japonés y la mayoría de las veces no me ofrecen la ayuda adecuada. En general, no fue una estancia agradable. Por favor, considera otro hotel de la zona cuando veas esta reseña.

Very nice and clean. The public bath is a plus for travellers who wish to have one in an urban area. The cost per room per night is also very attractive!!!

We Got upgraded to a newly renovated room, toilet is separated from bathroom, which was a nice surprise! Hate to shower inside the bathtub but for $150 I tot I should make do since it’s just 1N. Will definitely come back here again if I come to Sendai. Location is implacable! Linked to train station and mall. Lots of restaurants around. Sendai is more bearable as it is not as crowded as Tokyo where you need to queue for everything.
