Without a doubt, this was the best hotel of our entire trip. I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Furano. The hotel offers excellent value for money and outstanding service. As the hotel is affiliated with a winery, guests are invited to enjoy complimentary wine tasting during their stay. Although I am not usually a wine enthusiast, I found the experience both enjoyable and informative. We were also given a complimentary bottle of wine, which could be collected from Furano Winery, located about a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Our visit to the winery turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. We were able to browse a wide selection of wines and learn about the wine-making process through displays of the production facilities. My daughters found it particularly fascinating. For anyone who enjoys wine—or simply wants to learn more about it—a visit to the winery is highly recommended. The hotel itself features modern, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to find that complimentary laundry and dryer services were available for guests. The hotel also has its own onsen, which was an unexpected bonus when we made our booking. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making them perfect for our family. Another standout feature was the breakfast. I would highly recommend booking a room package that includes breakfast, as the selection is good and everything we tried was delicious. One of the most memorable aspects was the opportunity to sample three different varieties of Hokkaido milk: local Furano milk, Tokachi milk, and Ebetsu milk. I had often heard about the quality of Hokkaido's dairy products, and being able to compare the distinct flavors from different regions side by side was a unique and enjoyable experience. It was one of the most interesting and memorable parts of our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the winery experience and excellent facilities to the outstanding breakfast and warm hospitality, it was truly a memorable stay. I would not hesitate to return if I visit Furano again.

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

El hotel está situado en el final de Tanukoji, y está a una distancia de la zona principal, aunque todavía caminable. Nota que el baño no tiene espacio para poner sus ropas secas y tendrá que llevarlas fuera a menos que no te importa el fondo de sus pantalones se moja. El hotel está situado en el edificio anexo, que tiene muchas escaleras, y no es tan conveniente para los ancianos. En general, hotel decente, pero recomendado sólo si no tiene problemas de caminar o conducir.

El hotel es muy nuevo. Cerca del vestíbulo hay consigna de equipaje de autoservicio. La habitación está muy limpia (tenga cuidado de cambiarse los zapatos en la entrada antes de pisar la alfombra del interior). La pared de la base del segundo piso está pintada de forma bonita y presenta comidas y atracciones cercanas. El jabón de manos de la habitación huele un poco a ciprés de LELABO, y las manos huelen bien después de lavarlas. Servicio: Vale la pena mencionar que la recepción del hotel ayudó a llamar y hacer reservas en restaurantes, ¡lo cual fue realmente genial!

I absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world. The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

I have mixed feelings regarding this round of stay, my first visit years back was great. I can't say the same for this time. We took a 7 hours overnight bus ride from Sapporo, and arrived at the hotel at 6.35am. There was no one at the reception nor lobby, which is fine. We saw there was coffee and rolls served at the open area and were thinking of getting a cup of coffee after a long overnight bus ride. Then there was this old age man, hotel staff, who jumped out from no way chasing us away saying this is only for hotel guests. This is not a Japan warm Hospitality which we used to. I think we are not your guests until we receive the room key at 3pm. We don't feel welcome. However the rest of the 4 days stay were great but our mood has been affected as we are just a transaction to the staff.

The room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—but the highlight was definitely the private onsen in the room. Soaking in the hot spring after a long day was pure bliss. Calm, relaxing, and absolutely luxurious. And the food… WOW. Every meal felt like a masterpiece. Beautifully presented, fresh, flavorful, and full of local character. Each dish was a delight, and we looked forward to every single meal. Perfect service, perfect stay, perfect food, perfect onsen. I would come back in a heartbeat—and recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special experience. 💖

Este es un hotel muy nuevo. Está totalmente equipado en una habitación con microondas y lavavajillas. 5 minutos a pie de la parada de autobús. Un lugar muy relajado si quieres tener vacaciones pacíficas. El personal es muy amable y agradable. Claro que volverá.

Nos encantaba nuestra habitación, decidimos desnudarnos, ya que es nuestro primer aniversario de bodas y reservamos la habitación con en la habitación el lunes. Pero honestamente con el precio que pagamos fue un poco decepcionante, ya que el Onsen no era realmente fantástico o nada que se pueda decepcionar. Lo que nos encantaba fue el paisaje, el espacio de la habitación y la cena. El desayuno también fue sumptuoso con muchas opciones! Noboribetsu era una ciudad lenta y sombría con cosas mínimas, pero una buena escape de nuestra vida habitual ocupada y estresante. Si fuimos como familia, el precio sería sin duda más valioso mientras que como un par, estaba en el lado del precio. ¡Volveríamos en el futuro si hay una oportunidad para estar seguros!
