This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

Ubicación conveniente, justo encima de la estación de tren JR y los grandes almacenes Takashimaya. La habitación es un poco más pequeña de lo esperado. También hay cargador de móvil disponible en la habitación. El desayuno buffet ofrece una variedad razonable de opciones, pero una selección limitada de verduras y frutas. El arroz unagi, la tempura de gambas fritas y las alitas de pollo están deliciosos. También se ofrece café con leche caliente artesanal en el bar.

The location is very convenient. Close to Donki and other shopping places. Good restaurants nearby as well. The window view is also excellent.

¡Extremamente conveniente! ¡Localización es la mejor- No tuvo que despertar demasiado pronto para nuestro vuelo. La próxima vez, lo haremos de nuevo! La limpieza puede mejorarse, pero no demasiado aburrida. El baño y el baño están separados, bueno para la familia. La comida no es problema, ya que hay combinaciones en el aeropuerto. ¡Espaciado para una familia de 4!

It’s an old hotel however, it’s relatively well maintained and very clean. Room is clean and spacious. Location is superb. It’s located at Nagoya Station and has easy access to other local trains such as the Meitetsu and Kintetsu (these are local metro which has their own station within Nagoya station). And this hotel has direct access at 3F to the bus terminal as well. View out of the room is great and there’s lots of natural light. There used to be a department store at the lower level of the hotel (The hotel company actually runs the Meitetsu metro and the department store) however in February 2026, the department store has since closed down as there were plans to re-modernise the entire building

La ubicación es cerca de nishiki, que es agradable para la vida nocturna. El personal era amable y el cheque en proceso es super fácil. Las habitaciones eran un poco pequeñas pero limpias y cómodas. El hotel es super asequible, lo que hace una gran opción para permanecer en nagoya. Muchas combinaciones alrededor que también es grande.

En general, fue una estancia muy agradable. El hotel está convenientemente ubicado, junto a unos grandes almacenes. Las habitaciones son modernas y acogedoras, y las comodidades son de buena calidad. El personal fue amable y servicial. El único inconveniente fue que la ducha desaguaba lentamente, lo que provocaba que se acumulara agua durante la ducha. Además, la insonorización podría mejorarse; por la noche, se oía ligeramente la televisión de la habitación contigua. Sin embargo, por este precio, la relación calidad-precio es excelente. Estos pequeños inconvenientes no afectan nuestra satisfacción general, y sin duda consideraríamos volver a alojarnos aquí.

Onsen es bonito pero está demasiado lleno y es un poco pequeño. Me alojé por 3 noches, necesito hacer fila para conseguir el casillero y bañarme en 1 noche. El desayuno es bueno, pero hay que esperar unos 10 minutos para conseguir asiento.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was hands down our favorite family trip so far. It was our first time visiting Nagoya, and the experience exceeded every expectation. My son absolutely loved the hotel—honestly, I think he may have enjoyed it even more than LEGOLAND itself! The hotel was so engaging and family-friendly that we found ourselves spending more time there than we did inside the park, and we loved every minute of it. I also appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site. After a full day of activities, it was nice to have food readily available without needing to travel elsewhere. We didn’t get a chance to use the water park during this visit, but knowing it’s available as part of the overall experience makes me even more excited to come back. The convenience, the atmosphere, and the joy it brought my son made this an unforgettable stay. We will absolutely be returning before we leave Japan. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend it.
