Stunning view & room, great breakfast and very very helpful staff!!

Greatly and centrally located near lots of places to eat, have a drink and visit. Parking outside wasn’t too complicated, just find a spot and pay. When we got there we only found one employee who couldn’t speak English and was a bit difficult to check in but regardless he was very nice, helpful and serviceable. He also helped us with figuring out how the parking worked. Room and bathroom were nice and spacious though the mini fridge didn’t really seemed to work. Other than that I pile stay again if I were in the area.

Es el mejor hotel de todas maneras. Usted puede disfrutar de una fantástica vista de Toscana, habitaciones y camas limpias, baños limpios, personal muy amigable, desayuno buen, etc. Recomendado a amigos y conocidos. Me quedé en este hotel, a 30 minutos de Florencia, después de comprar en el Mall Florencia y visitar Florencia durante mi viaje a Roma, y volví a Roma a través de Siena y Bannorejo por un día y dos noches. Recomiendo que se llegue a un poco de temprano y que se vea el fantástico asolador de Toscana.

En la zona cercana a Florencia, se siente más seguro y se encuentra cerca de la antigua ciudad. Sorprendentemente, el viento del jardín de la Recuperación, el entorno cómodo y también se puede nadar. La recuperación es un poco viejo, el equipo de la habitación es algo más viejo, el sofá es más antiguo, el aislamiento del sonido es más malo, para ver si el estilo personal puede aceptarse, personal se siente único. La cama también es muy cómoda. El desayuno es delicioso y el vino para cenar también es bueno.

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

地點非常方便。去the mall 開車幾分鐘。酒店環境望上去非常安靜種了很多花。它在大路轉上去的一個坡上面。離馬路有點距離。也有停車場。包早餐 我們三個人住一號房，裏面有四個房間。二層高。 但晚上睡覺才發現有問題，馬路很多大車經過的時候，我房間聲音非常吵（已經關窗）每三分鐘一輛大車經過，整晚睡不好因為深夜安靜，車走過就很傳聲音。，他們還有二個樓，（總共三個樓）其他二個不知道吵不吵。如果不吵，這裏很不錯

La ubicación no está lejos de la Piazza del Campo, se puede llegar en 10 minutos en autobús. Me alojé una noche y estaba limpio y ordenado. Si no cenas en el restaurante, hay un lugar cerca que hace pizzas muy buenas. Sería mejor si hubiera zapatillas en la habitación.

El hotel tiene unos jardines especatculares y la piscina muy bue tamaño,la comida fue muy buena. lo unico que el mobiliario es un poco viejo.

La cabaña de piedra de la viña es muy europea y muy campo, por qué los muebles están solo instalados y no parecen ser útiles. Las instalaciones son sencillas, la cabaña es sólo una caja completa, no hay agua caliente 㷛, copas, para organizar la mesa de preguntas y preparar sus propias remolques. Recepción a las 9:7, muy incómodo para los pasajeros, casi ocurrió. El baño es muy cuidadoso, no hay lugar para colocar toallas de ropa personal, etc. En general, no es cómodo vivir, el precio es muy alto, no vale nada de este precio.
