Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

La ubicación es excelente. Junto a la estación de tren y autobús. El personal es muy profesional y amable. El desayuno buffet es maravilloso. Muy recomendable.

Un hotel con mucha antigüedad, quizás incluso más desfasado de lo que esperaba. Las alfombras estaban en tan mal estado que era impensable pisar sin zapatillas (las cuales el hotel no proporciona). La habitación era minúscula. La mitad del hotel parecía estar abandonada. La recepción la denominan 'cuarta planta', aunque en realidad está en la primera. Las habitaciones de los huéspedes, ubicadas en la 'segunda planta', eran en la práctica un sótano. Como punto positivo, está cerca del aeropuerto y el autobús lanzadera del hotel llega en menos de cinco minutos. Sin embargo, considerando el precio, es excesivamente caro.

Fantástico y en la tranquilidad más completa.. Propietario disponible, incluso para las solicitudes más amable y muy amable. Un profesional.

Отель расположен очень хорошо. Рядом море, рестораны и магазины. Недалеко находится большая городская парковка. С октября по апрель она бесплатная. Сами номера староваты. Но уборка была хорошая. Состояние белья отличное, смена регулярная. Матрас очень удобный. Завтраки выше всех похвал. Администратор отеля очень отзывчивый человек. Весь персонал дружелюбный. Мы были в январе, в отеле было очень тепло.

El hotel está justo enfrente de la estación de tren de Bolonia. Tiene todo lo que un hotel de cuatro estrellas debería tener. El desayuno también es bastante completo. Volveré a alojarme en este hotel la próxima vez que venga.

La habitación es pequeña pero bonita! Tienen una habitación con cama king, lo cual es agradable. Hay frigorífico, pero es muy pequeño, hay secador de pelo, 1 aseo con ducha + 1 aseo, en definitiva, todo está incluido. Las paredes de la habitación son muy finas debido al ruido nocturno del piso inferior. Pero la decoración es buena y los colores son estilo europeo.

The hotel was only a 15-20-minute walk from the train station. The rooms were much bigger than expected with a comfy couch (and blankets) and TV. There was also an Alexa set up and she played music when directed and was pleasant. The kitchenette had ample utensils and cookware, but no napkins or paper towels. They supplied cold water in a pitcher as well as several bottles of wine (NOT complementary, but reasonably priced. The prices on the list in the room differed from the prices at the front desk, tho.) The complementary slippers were used every day as the tile floors were chilly. There was always enough hot water in the showers, but one bathroom light was out the whole time we were there (reported it to the front desk on the first day and they said they already knew about it, but were waiting on maintenance to fix. We had to make due without it for the six days we were there.) There were instructions on how to use each of the appliances (much appreciated!). It was a short walk to restaurants and cafes and the shopping district. Great accommodations for the price point and lots of room.

We are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good . Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it . Never happened in this 4 star hotel . The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room . We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.

El hotel está muy cansado. Las cucharas de largo presión en el sofá en el salón, muy necesitado de actualización de la habitación. La habitación es muy caliente y no huele muy agradablemente a aguas residuales. Es difícil ajustar la temperatura del agua, la presión es muy débil. El desayuno es poco. Cuando entramos en el hotel, es muy agradable subir o bajar allí con maletas. Pero gracias al personal, las maletas ayudaron y llamó un taxi. El personal es muy bienvenido y la ubicación del hotel es bastante conveniente. Pero si la parada fuese por unas pocas noches, elijaría otro hotel
