Enjoyed my stay at Ramada. Service was great and the rooms were comfortable. Chose the hotel as it was near the Golden Temple making it very convenient to visit the holy place. Definitely worth the money spent . Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amritsar.

What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

The hotel had its pros and cons. While the food was delicious and the room was clean, the location was marred by a nearby drainage issue. The room interior and rooftop pool were great, but bird nesting caused disturbances. Despite this, the buffet breakfast was nice, making for a mostly enjoyable stay.

Tiene problemas de mantenimiento... los muebles de la piscina están desgastados... había un vaso roto tirado en el borde de la piscina... Informamos al personal, pero solo hicieron fotos y nunca se molestaron en volver a limpiar la zona... los ascensores tienen paneles de madera sin terminar con los bordes sin rematar... Pedimos comida a la habitación, que se retrasó, y al preguntar nos dijeron que habían enviado nuestro pedido a otra habitación porque su sistema no funcionaba y no lo registraron correctamente... Nos dieron una tarjeta de habitación y, al pedir otra, nos dijeron que el sistema no funcionaba y, por lo tanto, no podían dar otra tarjeta... las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y tuvimos que pagar un suplemento por una habitación apenas más grande. En resumen, no volveré a alojarme aquí.

Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well . But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

I had a fantastic stay at Regenta Place Amritsar, where the exceptional service and prime location made all the difference. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options . Its convenient location near the Golden Temple and other key attractions made getting around the city effortless . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality stay in Amritsar.

La habitación era muy agradable, y la habitación era muy agradable. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas. y para el despacho de ayuda ppl todos estaban muy bien...será definitivamente de vuelta a Amritsar y siempre se quedará en Holiday Inn... recomendaría este hotel a todos.. y también este hotel debe tener una calificación de 5 estrellas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Kevin Gurbani-Jakarta Indonesia)

Staff is excellent over there. Only thing to improve is something on the maintenance of property. It's such a beautiful one but still if get better would become a 5 star.

Stayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room. The room is well equipped and everything worked as it should.  The clean is cleaned daily.  At breakfast no egg dishes are available as pure veg only … there are options of  fresh fruit, parotha’s, yogurt, dall and rice, cereal and muesli, toast, Tea and juices.  Tried a couple of the in-room Italian menu veg and non-veg dishes (it was too hot to have it in their Italian  rooftop restaurant) and they were delicious.  There are also options of veg and non-veg Indian menu. All cooked fresh. So plenty of choice. There are shops/cinema/eateries within walking distance.  Overall it was a good stay.
