Very nice hotel and stay was good

Always have been an impressive one here.... Generally facility is tip top on point. But the service from staff seems to be degraded over time. My last visit in 2024 was much better where staff were more professional and on time. Asked for several things and they always kept me waiting and never came back. A staff was even still promoting the hotel asking for review on spot in the restaurant. I would not appreciate it this way.... A lot of things can be done better on this. The rest clean room and okish location. No complain on those it was still on point and good. Keep up the good maintenance... and pushing up some service skills for the team. I will still come agian :) Radisson generally are still good as of my personal opinion.

Great restaurant, smooth check in and check out.. no concierge service..hot water pressure inadequate but all in all great place.. road works outside does not help.

Excelente servicio y muy útil personal no podía hacer lo suficiente para usted en cualquier momento. Yo estaba 2 noches. Se le llama por teléfono para recordarle que el desayuno se cierra en un momento determinado. Elección de desayuno. El personal está allí si necesita ayuda. Traen las bebidas y el agua a la mesa. En la próxima visita a Jamnagar me gustaría venir a los Sayaji. Gracias.

Friendly staff and good service. Restaurant had great food, wonderful couce and varity to choose from and tasty. Peaceful environment and well organised .

El hotel es bastante nuevo, con una decoración distintiva y habitaciones bien equipadas. No hay muchas variedades de desayuno, pero es suficiente para nosotros y a otros no les gusta. El servicio de recepción fue bueno, no pudimos llamar al coche, él tomó la iniciativa de organizar el coche del hotel para despedirnos.

The location of Orange International Hotel in Surat is great, and the staff is helpful. Breakfast is also very good. However, the rooms are in very bad condition. The shower curtains were extremely dirty, and the same slippers were provided to different guests. I would not recommend this hotel for families.

Our main reason to book this property is that everything is nearby. The rooms are spacious and the food is also good. We also had a spa and massage. it was a really good experience. Kids love to play in the swimming pool.
