The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

It was advertised as 4 stars, but it's really only a 3-star place. Nothing special. I lasted 2 nights and luckily was out sightseeing all day.

No hay problema con el hotel. No había reserva. India

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel 9 Palm. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, the staff is cooperative, and the overall hospitality is very good. The rooms and ambience are nice, making it a comfortable place to stay and relax. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

Hotel is very nice and clean . Its staff is very helpful . Location is very nice . Hotel is very near from the escort fortis hospital

This hotel is not far from the airport. You can easily get there either by metro or by taxi. We used the metro as it was faster than accessing the parking and waiting for uber. The room is clean, but very small. If you get here only for sleeping - it’s more than fine. Several cafes and restaurants nearby. The only thing that was annoying - the buzzing dynamic mounted on the corridor ceiling. When you have all devices and sources of sound turned off - you can hear only annoying buzz from it.
