Lindas habitaciones limpias y bien colocadas El hotel tiene un bar y una serie de vinos y sujo en el menú, pero no tenía ninguno. I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the airport, and for that, it definitely delivers. It’s convenient if you have an early flight or are just passing through Padang. That said, there’s not much within walking distance around the hotel, so I’d recommend taking a taxi or Gojek if you want to go out for food or explore a bit. I went to dinner at Rumah Makan LAMUN OMBAK and highly recommend it — really good food and definitely worth the short drive. The service was excellent. Everyone at check-in was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. They helped recommend places to eat and made the stay feel easy and comfortable. Definitely 5/5 for service. Cleanliness was probably the weakest part of the stay. The sheets didn’t feel fully clean, and the bathroom had a strong cigarette smell. The bathroom vent also seemed pretty dirty and may have had mold. That said, the AC worked well, the room was affordable, and overall it gets the job done. You do have to adjust expectations a little — this is Padang, not a luxury resort. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid budget airport hotel if convenience is your main priority. It was quiet and no construction so that’s important to me.

The hotel is right next to the mall and it is walking distance to alot of shops and opposite night market. Great location. Room is very comfortable, spacious and complete with basic amenities.

The hotel didn’t have family room but i have received connecting room which is suitable for my family trip. For hotel room spacious, i book without breakfast since i would like to try outside culinary. Found this restaurant nearest to the hotel. Their food so delicious and vibe padang tu terasa banger. No room picture but recommended. The view from my room superb.

Big hotel. Wifi unstable. Breakfast is good. Location a bit away from the main town.

Buena ubicación y personal de recepción muy servicial. Lamentablemente, el hotel no estuvo lo suficientemente atento como para satisfacer nuestra solicitud de cama doble para las 4 habitaciones que reservamos aproximadamente un mes antes de nuestra llegada. 3 de las 4 habitaciones no tenían ducha de agua caliente, lo que nos molestó mucho. La habitación en la que me hospedé (#552) comparte el mismo balcón con la habitación de al lado y, sorprendentemente, la puerta del balcón no se puede cerrar con llave. La música muy alta del bar de la azotea también fue muy molesta. El desayuno no fue impresionante y el personal no estuvo lo suficientemente atento como para reponer los vasos para los jugos de frutas. Elegiré otro hotel cuando visite Padang en el futuro.

Se ha actualizado gratuitamente a Deluxe en el momento de la entrada para una de las dos habitaciones reservadas, debido a la renovación en curso en el piso 6 👍 La habitación es confortable, incluso para la habitación Superior King. El desayuno era agradable, especialmente el arroz paddy local. 😄

What a perfect hotel for my stay in Padang. Super comfortable room, the most caring and wonderful staff, amazing amenities. If I come back to Padang I would only stay here!

Recommend to stay at Truntum Hotel while you are in Padang, West Sumatera Indonesia. Although we had only a few hours at the hotel due to major traffic accident on Solok - Padang road, we were happy on the room cleanliness, good buffet breakfast, wide amenities and excellent front desk customer service eventhough we checked in after midnight. Will stay here again on the next trip to Padang. Thank you the Truntum Hotel professionalism.

Totalmente bien. Pero realmente no me gusta la habitación oscura. Había 2 bolas abajo. Llamaré a ese servicio a las 6:00, vinieron directamente a comprobar y regresaron con nuevas bolas a las 9:00. Tal vez el reemplazo no estaba disponible en ese momento. Pero porque mis hijos estaban durmiendo en ese momento, así que lo cancelo.
