There's a lot that's right with this hotel. Room is clean, bright and modern looking. If there is such a thing as a super king size bed then this would be it. Comfortable firmness with 4 pillows. Bedroom slippers, hand towels and usual toiletries provided. Water pressure and temperature control is good. I really appreciate having usb/electrical outlets next to each side of the bed. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. I have to say their breakfast spread is the most varied that I have ever seen. Loads of choices and it came with a nice view as the restaurant is on the 17th floor. Service was a bit slow when it came to clearing the used plates if you're not near the service station but still acceptable. All the staff that we encountered were very polite and friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. Location wise it's quite central. Lots of cafes and a few mini marts around the hotel area. Can use grab if you need to go further.

Clean room comfy bed complete amenities clean bathroom nice service all staff , pool at roof top is a plus. thanks to bellboy staff ROVi , Fast check in and Delicious brf . Its enjoyable stay. For lil advice maybe having lil playground or kids corner wil be nicer .

Buena ubicación y servicio. Personal amigable y hospitalario. Estamos al principio y al final de nuestro viaje (aparte de unos días) y el personal recordó lo que compartimos antes y hizo un esfuerzo para inspeccionarnos. Pagado una actualización para conectar la sala.

La casa está bien renovada. ¡Reunir pronto . Veo que va a ser hermosa muy pronto! Servicio de todos los agentes es excelente! Spa también es maravilloso!

The hotel is great since it’s still new, so everything looks neat and clean. The room is spacious, and I especially loved the bed. The TV is already equipped with Google TV, and the cable channels are complete too. All the rooms are on the upper floors, so the view of Surabaya skyscrapers are really nice. I didn’t try the breakfast, and there wasn’t any room service menu in the room, so I can’t say anything about the food. The only downside is there’s no minimarket nearby. The Praxis building is pretty empty at the moment, just two restaurants and a coffee shop. Overall, this hotel is way better than the five-star Whiz Luxe Spazio Surabaya, and I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being one of the first guests.

Hotel lama yang diganti konsep theme park hotel. Sayangnya masih belum terlalu siap untuk itu. Kamar mandi kamar ditempat saya menginap plafondnya sudah berjamur dan kayunya ada yg sedikit mengelupas. Banyak patung jd terkesan horor. Meskipun pelayannya ramah, tapi terlihat kurang staff untuk hotel dan wahana sebanyak itu sehingga berpengaruh juga ke kebersihan hotel yg harusnya bisa maksimal.

Un hotel increíble. Piscina, comida, habitaciones, comodidad, desayuno, todo de 10. El único inconveniente, no se puede bañar en la playa del hotel.

I thought my expectation lower than the reallity, haha. This hotel have affordable price, strategic location, all the staff very kind and friendly, breakfast menu from local food and general food it was good. I totally recommend this hotel.
