El personal de recepción fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Me ayudaron muy amablemente a conseguir un taxi cuando no pude conseguir uno en Viggo debido a las vacaciones de Semana Santa. La habitación es bonita y limpia, con desayuno incluido. La ubicación es muy práctica, a solo 4 minutos de la estación de tren y con buenos restaurantes a poca distancia. Por la mañana, se puede dar un agradable paseo de 30 minutos hasta el famoso Nyhavn para explorarlo. Hay que subir tres escalones en el pasillo para llegar a mi habitación, pero no fue un gran problema; quizás podría pedir otra habitación en otra planta si esto le preocupa.

Checking in & out are done via the self-check in automat. Didn't try the breakfast. There's an indoor swimming pool which is great. Room is clean & tidy, with some traces of dust though. The hotel looks dated but well-maintained. The bartender is cheerful and staff are friendly. Just a few steps away from Kastrup Airport. Train station connected to the hotel so we simply took the train to Copenhagen city centre ftom the hotel which took about 20 minutes.

It was very beautiful from the lobby. The room was not very new but still clean. It was spacious and comes with beautiful furniture. The little kitchen was perfect. All utensils were great. Dishes are from Hay House which is so cute. I like the way they “hide” the bed, so the room has much more functionality. It was comfy and cozy staying there. The sidekicks (staff) are super friendly and helpful. The price was also good. It definitely worth. The place is close to the metro, and the building is very easy to find. Lastly, there is a supermarket near the place (next to the metro), so it was very convenient to buy things and cook them in the room.

La habitación era limpia y agradable, con vistas a la ciudad con vibe IKEA. El personal estaba caliente y útil y la ubicación era grande a pocos pasos del centro comercial y fácil de explorar. Me sentía tranquilo y cómodo.

La habitación es lo suficientemente grande, está totalmente equipada y tiene un fuerte sentido del diseño. Dado que se parece un poco a un hotel temático para niños, hay muchas decoraciones de dibujos animados en el interior. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren, a unos 800 metros andando. Si llevas equipaje, está un poco lejos para caminar, pero un poco más cerca para coger un taxi. El desayuno es rico y el espacio para sent**** es amplio. Hay muchas atracciones alrededor, a unos 500 metros de Tivoli y el Museo de Arte Carlsberg. A poco más de 2 kilómetros de la calle comercial y de Newport. El servicio es estupendo, el check-in y check-out son rápidos. La habitación no estuvo disponible hasta las 15:00 horas. Después de registrarnos, el agua en el lavabo estaba bloqueada. Después de llamar para reparaciones, lo arreglaron rápidamente y el servicio fue oportuno. El agua del baño es muy buena y la ropa de cama es muy cómoda. La estación de tren está justo afuera de la ventana y no se oye ningún ruido cuando las ventanas están cerradas. La lámpara de pie es muy bonita, pero no podía apagarla cuando llegaba la hora de acostarme, así que tuve que desenchufarla, lo cual fue un poco vergonzoso.

Desde que reservamos el hotel, todo ha sido muy bueno; la atención es excelente, el equipo es muy acogedor, la habitación estaba limpia y la ubicación del hotel es excelente.

Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Copenhagen on foot. The design and atmosphere of the property are unique and stylish, and the lobby and common areas feel warm and inviting. Staff were generally friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. However, the stay was affected by several issues. Housekeeping was inconsistent — the room was not serviced daily, towels were not replaced, and basic items were not restocked, even when requested. For a hotel in this price range, I expected more reliable cleaning and room maintenance. Some noise from outside was also noticeable, which may bother light sleepers. Storage space in the room is quite limited, making longer stays less comfortable. Overall, the hotel has a great location and a nice vibe, but service quality and room practicality need improvement.

장점: 뉘하운 걸어서 3분거리, 직원 친절, 방 크기 넓음, 침대 폭신 단점: 냉장고없음, 난방 개별조절 안됨 (추웠어요...), 뜨거운 물이 잘 안나와서 거의 5분정도 틀어놔야 나옴, 리모델링 최근에 한건지 아직 페인트 냄새 덜빠짐 ㅠ

The hotel was truly lovely. We had a really long flight and were so tired, but the hotel was just incredible for having a good rest. Very clean, quiet, good breakfast, friendly staff - all expectations were exceeded. I really wish all hotels in Europe were like this :) Thank you again for the wonderful service ♥️
