El hotel goza de una ubicación excelente, justo al lado del templo Baoguo, rodeado de exuberante vegetación, con aire puro y un ambiente tranquilo por la noche. La decoración es elegante; el lavabo está hecho con el armazón de una máquina de coser antigua, un estilo clásico pero a la vez original, y las habitaciones de estilo wabi-sabi son únicas. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. Como llegamos temprano, antes de que el conductor empezara a trabajar, nos reembolsaron el taxi. ¡Sin duda recomendaría este hotel a mis amigos que visiten la montaña Emei!

La ubicación de este hotel es excelente, a pocos pasos de Taikoo Li y Jiuyan Bridge, lo que facilita mucho el transporte. La habitación estaba impecable y muy relajante. We stayed in Meishan for a week for a sporting event. The hotel has clearly seen better days—especially compared to many newer properties in the area (aging lifts, worn carpets, etc.). We chose it mainly for three reasons: breakfast, gym/pool, and laundry facilities. 1. Breakfast The daily buffet was solid and met expectations. It featured a typical Chinese spread: hot stir-fried dishes, vegetables, meats, buns, dumplings, fried rice/noodles, porridge, plus a live station for dan dan noodles, eggs, and simple meats like sausage or ham. There was also a rotating Chinese dessert (e.g., red date with longan, green bean soup), along with some Western options like salad greens, yogurt, bread, cake, and fresh fruit. Since we stayed a full week, we appreciated the small variations. That said, we were surprised by the limited fruit selection—mainly oranges and watermelon—especially given the abundance of fresh fruit available locally. Breakfast vouchers are issued daily and must be presented before dining. 2. Gym & Pool This was the biggest disappointment. Both the gym and pool were completely closed, and the entire floor was gutted with no visible renovation activity. It looks like these facilities have been—and will be—out of service for quite some time. This was a major letdown, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. 3. Laundry There is only one washer and one dryer for the entire building. We were concerned about availability, but only had to wait once. The 15-minute wash cycle helps with turnover. However, the dryer takes a long time and unfortunately shrunk all my cotton clothing. I’d recommend partially drying cotton items and then air-drying them in your room. Package Perks We booked through Trip.com, which included a small daily package: a plate with two oranges and some snacks, complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby, and a free transfer to the high-speed rail station (must be booked at the front desk one day in advance). There were also canned sodas included, which we didn’t use. Room & Noise We were initially assigned a room facing the plaza, which was very noisy. After requesting a change, we were first told the hotel was sold out—but after some persistence, a park-facing room was “found.” This room was significantly better: quiet, bright, and pleasant, with birdsong in the morning. We were told these were actually an upgrade, and that road-facing rooms are even worse due to constant traffic noise. 4. Smart Room Features (“Xiao Du”) We did enjoy the smart room system—“Xiao Du,” which works similarly to Alexa. It can control the curtains, TV, room temperature, and lighting, which is a nice modern touch. However, it was also a bit frustrating at times—for example, it would automatically turn off the lights in the bathroom sink area. The lighting there is already quite dim and not ideal for doing makeup. It would be helpful if the hotel could improve lighting around the mirror (brighter bulbs would make a big difference), or even better, install a mirror by the writing desk near the window where there is natural light. Smoking Smoking is allowed in the hotel, and we did notice it in the lobby, elevators, and corridors. Thankfully, our room itself was fine. Housekeeping turns off the AC and opens windows when cleaning, which seems to help ventilate lingering smoke. Location & Surroundings The hotel is in a convenient area. A nearby park is lovely, with traditional structures and inscriptions related to the Su family. Within a short walk is a lively commercial plaza with restaurants, bubble tea shops, salons (I tried a newly opened nail salon), and more. Getting around via Didi is easy. Overall For the price, the hotel offers decent value. However, the closed fitness facilities were a major downside. If we return, we’d likely try a newer hotel—but this one works if you prioritize cost and location over amenities.

I am extremely pleased with the stay at vienna international hotel. This hotel is a hidden gem in jiuzhaigou. The hotel is at a fantastic location, it's only a five minutes shuttle ride to the jiuzhaigou tourist center. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the center, you have to take a taxi back for 20 Yuan, the hotel is very new and very clean with a beautiful foyer. I really like the room decoration. It's modern and calm. The bed, the beddings are at five star level. The room has a smart AI assistant, smart toilet, central heating and air conditioning. Breakfast buffet is limited for a four star hotel, but there's a noodle cooking station that will definitely be enough to fill you up. Excellent service from all levels of staff, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast buffet. I didn't use the free shuttle, but I saw that they use a nice 10 passenger van. There's a lot of eateries nearby, and the hotel restaurant gives a discount. The final point is that the room price is very reasonable. The hotel is a little set back from the main road so it's very quiet. I want to come back to jiuzhaigou because I want to stay at the Vienna international hotel. I wish I could find this hotel earlier. I recommend this hotel and you will enjoy it.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Taikoo Li. The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect—within walking distance of Taikoo Li, IFS, and many excellent restaurants and attractions. Our room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the attention to detail. It truly felt like the hotel cared about every aspect of the guest experience—even the quality of the air we breathe. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines outstanding service, an excellent location, and modern facilities, this is the place to stay.

De casualidad elegimos este hotel Echeng en Chengdu, y aunque era la primera vez que nos alojábamos aquí, la experiencia general fue excelente. Es una muy buena opción volver de las excursiones, sentarse un rato en el vestíbulo, tomar un té para relajarse y luego subir a la habitación. La habitación en la que nos alojamos en familia era muy espaciosa. Todo el personal del hotel es muy profesional y amable. El estacionamiento es gratuito y está justo al lado del hotel. La ubicación del hotel es un gran punto a favor, se puede llegar a Chunxi Road a pie en solo siete u ocho minutos. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Me gustaría escribir una reseña justa de mi estancia en el B&B de Emeishan. El servicio fue espectacular. 1) El hotel ofrece servicio gratuito de recogida y regreso desde la estación de Emeishan (no confundir con la estación de Emei), a unos 7-8 minutos en coche. Les informé por WeChat de qué trenes tomaría y que mi primer tren llegaría para dejar mi maleta grande en su casa, antes de regresar a Leshan durante medio día y regresar a Emeishan por la noche. No solo aceptaron enviar a alguien a la estación de tren para recogerlo, sino que también aceptaron recoger solo mi equipaje sin necesidad de que lo acompañara. Hay varios restaurantes cerca del restaurante, pero la gran mayoría parecen cerrados o vacíos, por lo que no se siente muy animado, ni de día ni de noche.
