Hace poco nos alojamos en un hotel cerca de las Grutas de Yongmen y tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. La recepcionista, la Sra. Chang Ming Ming, fue increíblemente atenta y se esforzó al máximo para que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda y placentera. Fue muy amable y nos ayudó con la reserva online de las entradas a las Grutas de Yongmen a través de WeChat, ahorrándonos la cola en la taquilla. El desayuno (desayuno chino) fue simplemente delicioso, ¡valió la pena cada uno de los 40 yuanes! Aprecié especialmente la frescura y la calidad de la comida. La limpieza del hotel era excepcional. Cada rincón estaba impecable y la habitación se mantenía en perfecto estado, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera relajante y agradable. Además, la ubicación es inmejorable. El hotel está a solo cinco minutos a pie de la entrada a las Grutas de Yongmen, lo que lo hace perfecto para cualquiera que planee explorar este hermoso sitio histórico. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquiera que visite la zona. ¡Es la combinación perfecta de comodidad, conveniencia y un servicio excelente! Consejos: por favor, llame con anticipación para conocer la ubicación del hotel, ya que los taxis no tienen permitido ingresar al área cercana a las Grutas de Yongmen y el hotel lo recogerá en el punto de entrega más cercano.

Recomendamos a los turistas que se juegan en el lugar, el servicio es cuidadoso y la demanda es a la vez durante la estancia. La ventaja del terreno es obvia, el paseo puede llegar a varios lugares de tarjetas de acceso rojo en línea, y el auto estacionamiento no está congestionado. La casa está limpia, sin cenizas y humedad, con aire acondicionado y calor sensibles, pantallas de televisión, presión de flor, etc., y cómoda en general.

Always excited to try new hotels in Puyang! Passed by this place because there's an EV charging point at a petrol station. I've stayed in the business version of this Biway chain of hotels at Hualong District and it was not bad so I decided to take a chance. This hotel is the premium version of their business series and I'm glad to say that the interior is indeed premium. However it is considered small compared to other luxury premium level hotels in Puyang, but it is more convenient here so it is understandable. Staff is very friendly and well trained even though our check in was rather late. I'm a foreigner so it's a little tricky but all's well and they've upgraded us too. The room is smart so you can say ”Xiaodu Xiaomi” haha. The switches were intuitive so plus points to that! I love the hotel amenities like the hair dryer was pretty superb, heating system in the room is super toasty too. The beddings is really luxurious it's gotta be one of the best I've tried in China haha not an exaggeration. The pooping toilet is separate from the bathing toilet, I like that because my husband's 💩 is really smelly hahahha. Toilet seat is also heated and they provide a disposable toilet seat too. Note that this hotel has an EV charging point but only 1 parking spot so that's very few. Just a few suggestions to take it to the next level: 1. Toilet bowls could have a washing bidet. 2. There's veryyyyy slight hint of smoke smell but it is because my room isn't a non-smoking room. But I would suggest having differentiation of smoking and non-smoking rooms so sensitive folks like me would not smell it at all, or use a better ionic treatment. 3. The hotel should have more EV charging parking spots considering the large number of EVs in China. 4. TV apps are not paid so there's practically nothing much to watch. There are hotels with paid accounts so that's a bonus. Overall no complaints and I look forward to staying again!

I am incredibly particular about room hygiene, but this property managed to exceed every single expectation. The room was immaculately clean, completely dust-free, and smelled wonderfully fresh from the second I walked through the door. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, featuring an ultra-plush mattress, high-quality crisp linens, and pillows that provided the perfect amount of support. Coupled with quiet, efficient climate control and excellent soundproofing, it provided a truly restful sanctuary. What elevates this hotel from great to extraordinary, however, is its incredible team. The staff here understand the true definition of hospitality, greeting every single interaction with a genuine smile and unmatched warmth. Throughout my stay, the entire team was professional, efficient, and eager to help. They did not just fulfill standard requests; they anticipated my needs and went completely above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and comfortable. You can truly tell that the staff care about the guest experience, and their flawless manners made a massive impression. If you are looking for a hotel that combines uncompromising cleanliness, luxurious comfort, and heartwarming hospitality, look no further. A Charming Old Town Homestay in Luoyang: Beautiful but with a Few Quirks! This is a beautifully renovated homestay nestled right inside Luoyang's ancient old town. If you are looking for a place with local character, this is a wonderful choice, though there are a few practical things you should know before booking. The Cons (Things to consider): The Location/Access: Because it is located deep within a narrow alley of the old town, large cars and taxis cannot pick you up or drop you off right at the doorstep. You will need to roll your luggage for about 400 meters to the main road. 🧳 The Breakfast: They serve a very traditional Chinese breakfast consisting of millet porridge, fried dough sticks (youtiao), and vegetable steamed buns. While it tasted good, it was a bit salty, and the menu was exactly the same every single day without any variation. The Pros (Why I still loved it): The Room & Vibe: Our triple room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and the entire courtyard was beautifully decorated with a lot of taste and local charm. The Hospitality: The owner and the staff were absolutely amazing—super enthusiastic, warm, and helpful throughout our stay! ❤️ The Prime Location: Being situated inside the old town means it is exceptionally convenient. You can easily walk to all the major historical sights and the vibrant Drum Tower (Gulou) Night Market for amazing street food. 🏮🍢 Overall, despite the minor inconveniences with luggage and the repetitive breakfast, the massive rooms, lovely aesthetic, and unbeatable location make it a fantastic base for exploring Luoyang!

Minibar: Bebidas gratuitas. Snacks de bienvenida: Cuatro tipos de snacks. Hay un aparcamiento gratuito en el patio trasero de la casa de huéspedes, lo que es conveniente para los que viajan en coche. La casa de huéspedes está ubicada en una zona céntrica y bulliciosa, con muchos restaurantes, opciones de ocio y compras cerca. Sin embargo, a pesar de estar en el centro, es un lugar tranquilo y nada ruidoso. También es fácil llegar a la calle principal para tomar el transporte público. ¡Es una excelente opción para visitar Luoyang!

The staff were very friendly, and the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to the airport, which is extremely convenient. Its location near the airport makes it an excellent choice for short stays or layovers. However, it is quite far from the city centre, which may not be ideal for those planning to explore the city. Overall, it offers good value for the price. I would definitely book this hotel again when I visit.

Nos hicieron una mejora de habitacion sin pedirlo y fue estupenda. La habitacion tematica era preciosa y amplia. La cama estupenda. Todo muy limpio. Por decir algo, el baño era pequeño en comparacion con la habitacion. Y el pasillo de la planta 6 huele a desague, pero no en la habitacion. Como el servicio de transporte es barato (Didi) y funciona muy bien, no hay problema para llegar a ningun lugar. A pie puedes ir a la calle donde venden cosas de artes marciales. Y a media hora andando a la Academia de neoconfucionismo. Lo peor fue la cena en el restaurante del hotel, no la aconsejo. Servicio amable.

強烈推薦這家格爾酒店！特意誇一誇自製的西瓜涼茶，顏值超高，西瓜搭配青檸加上冰塊，清爽解膩，口感清甜好喝，回家我們自己也嘗試着做一做，工作人員服務貼心周到，入住體驗很舒心，整體環境乾淨舒服。細節感滿滿，入住特別放鬆，值得再來，五星好評！

The location is great, walkable to both the old railway station and long distance bus station. Tons of local restaurants and stores are right downstairs. The room is very clean and decorated with a modern style, equipped with a big TV. The breakfast included is typical with many choices, and some local specialty food like beef soup, hula soup. Although located in the downtown area, the hotel is actually pretty quiet inside. We also like the roof garden very much. It has a live bamboo wall and a couple of pavilions, excellent for resting and light exercises.
