Xin Yuhang, el empleado que trabaja en el Sun Castle Resort Hotel es muy agradable, útil y amigable, nos ayuda con las dificultades que tuvimos durante toda nuestra estancia allí. Debido a nuestras barreras lingüísticas, él estaba paciente para traducirlo a nosotros y a pesar de la multitud que lo mantuvo entrando y haciendo que él se ocupaba, él se ocupa de una por otra con clase, profesionalismo, y la ayuda de cada persona. Mi novia y yo disfrutamos de nuestra estadía en este hotel y vacaciones en Harbin. Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía una gran. Lo valoraremos 10/10

We had a lovely stay at Xana, staff do not speak English but it was not an issue at all, they were very helpful and took good care of us and our needs, while using a translation app to talk to each other. The room was not that large but functional and clean, bed is comfy, bathroom and toilet were clean and there was a free afternoon tea at the lobby with delish cookies and fruits. The location is top notch, right in front of Zhaolin park and just 1 mn walk to the commercial Zhongyang street and just 5 mn away from Songhua river, park. If you use DIDI TRAVEL on the Alipay app, the location of this hotel should be spelled as ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel..” Overall, it was a lovely experience for us staying at Xana and would recommend to our friends if they travel to Harbin

總結：完全超出預期的完美，下次一定一定會再選擇的酒店。 1，客户經理提前一天就聯繫我問了我去酒店的方式，得知是高鐵打車以後就立馬幫忙安排明天的接車（説是擔心我們坐到黑車司機影響旅行的心情），此時對酒店的好感度70% 2，第二天一下車接車的大哥就已經在外面等我們了，接上我們就直接去了酒店，接我們的車也很新很乾凈，特別滿意。 3，到酒店辦入住以後最最讓我意外的，客户小姐姐説是跟我投緣直接幫我升級了他們的套房，房間超大，特別乾淨，太驚喜了 4，我過去之前沒有定滑雪和其他的行程，我看了網友説是可以讓酒店幫忙代訂，然後問了小姐姐那個世界第一滑道，她就馬上幫忙問了，大慨半小時就安排了人來接我們過去，第二天的滑雪也幫我定了套票，比滑雪場便宜很多。想玩的項目都體驗了，遇到的每個人都特別熱情。 特別感謝客户小姐姐的各種幫助～ Ps:附上幾張房間的照片和山頂的照片

非常推薦的酒店，我們一家四口去雪鄉住在這裏體驗感很棒，房間不大細節做的不錯，洗浴間有地暖洗澡腳不會冷，屋裡温度適宜，加濕器開一夜不會幹，開窗見雪景色很美，店裡的飯菜很好吃，我們下午到的，吃過晚飯出去玩到半夜才回來，老闆很熱情，晚上加的被褥都是免費，我晚上快一點的時候還要了被子，老闆很快送來了，看得出來已經睡覺了，非常感謝🙏🏻

The hotel was in the superb location. It was very close to the Province Museum metro station. It took me about 5min to walk to the station for line 2 and line 1. Line 2 will take you to the most of the famous place such as the Sun Island, the Ice and Snow Festival, the Walking street Zhongyang, the Sophia Cathedral square.. The hotel is also near the Hongbo underground shopping center where we can buy a lot of good winter stuffs for the -20°C. The hotel is close to many good restaurants around. Everything is about 5 min walk. Staffs are nice specially Ms Wang who helped us to book for the massage service and call out the taxi to bring us to the Blind massage address. She even use her account to book for us so we can get the very good price. Thanks a lot Ms Wang for your dedicate support. We are so appreciated. The buffet breakfast was nice with a lot of variety for Western and Asian. They changed the menu daily so we dont get sick of it. The only downside is the building was a bit old and dated. The shower ceiling start to be moulded. The water pressure is good and strong. Room temperature can be manually adjusted by our preference. The bed was comfortable to guarantee a good night sleep.The house keeper was doing a good job to keep the place clean. Overall the hotel is a good place to stay if you are not fussy. We were out all day explored in the cold air, we need a good bed to sleep, a hot shower and hot bath to relax, a warm room with a cozy sofa and wake up with a nice breakfast. What's else do we expect ???

The hotel is located within most of the attractions one would want to see in Harbin. The breakfast buffet is superb, with a great selection of Western and Chinese cuisines available. The room was large and comfy. The shower was hot and water pressure was good. The only issue we had was a slow drain in the shower. The staff were polite and very accommodating. There is a self service laundry available, but be prepared for a 5 hour laundry cycle.

硬件設施應該是漠河最好的酒店了，還有免費接機送機服務，前面是河，後面是林，景色很好，打的很方便，去哪都是5塊錢到位，本地人和外地人一個車價，特別實在。就是服務意識還有待提升，完全不會變通也不會通融的，1點退房，就算飛機晚兩小時走，也不會給延遲退房的，延遲退房要加錢，多要礦泉水要加錢。讓續房打掃，衹換浴巾，問為啥不整理床鋪、不拖地，就隨便鋪一下、拖一下，還要反駁幾句，更不要説擦桌面枱麪，補拖鞋和抽紙了。整體來説，衝著前面的優點，以後到漠河還是會住這個酒店，因為硬性條件好。

This is a nice hotel close to several malls and a subway station. However, it wasn’t close to wear I ended up spending most of my time, so that was my own mistake. This hotel is able to receive foreigners, and will try to speak English with you if they can. The breakfast is mostly hot Chinese style, with some cold Western options like toast, cakes, cereal, and yogurt. There is also a coffee machine for you to make your own. If you are looking for other food options, as a solo traveller, the mall is probably your best nearby option, for individual portions, but there are other dishes style restaurants surrounding the restaurant to eat family style. There is also a cute little cleaning robot that will chat away in Chinese if it joins you in the elevator! 😆 I stayed on the 12th floor, and it was very hot in the winter with the standard central heating. (It made me wish I had packed summer pajamas.) I was told by a friend later the lower floors tend to be cooler in the winter months, so if you are sensitive to the heat when you sleep, you might want to consider that. The one thing I wished I had in the room was a flannel/washcloth. I tend to assume those are provided with the linens (and maybe they are if I had asked), but they aren’t normally in the room, it seems. Overall, good stay. Location was my issue, but if the situation was right, I would be happy to stay again.

La habitación es grande y el baño es privado y tiene buena privacidad. Es adecuado para traer niños. En la planta baja se encuentra la Iglesia de Sofía, el mercado de alimentos Lili, la calle Central y la estación de metro, que están a solo 15 minutos a pie. ¡La ubicación es muy conveniente! El desayuno también es muy bueno y puedes quedar con amigos extranjeros en el restaurante todos los días.

El hotel está justo cerca de la pequeña cueva, una zona relativamente tranquila e independiente, nadie pasa, puede caminar a jugar a la nieve, los niños juegan muy felizes. La gran ventana del restaurante del piso 1 está en la cueva y se toma una foto.
