Hace poco me alojé en el Hotel Venice Waterworld en Shijiazhuang y, por desgracia, no cumplió mis expectativas. El hotel se siente bastante anticuado y necesita una renovación. Las habitaciones eran oscuras y viejas, con muebles desgastados y desgastados.
Uno de los mayores problemas era el aire acondicionado: era viejo y carecía de un termostato adecuado, lo que dificultaba regular la temperatura. Además, se permite fumar en todo el hotel, lo cual fue una gran desventaja para mí, como no fumador. El olor a tabaco era omnipresente en los pasillos y las zonas comunes, lo que hizo la estancia menos cómoda.
El desayuno carecía de comida para los huéspedes. Según los comensales del restaurante, no se les reponía. Si bien la ubicación puede ser conveniente para algunos, el estado general y las políticas del hotel lo convierten en una mala opción para los viajeros que prefieren un alojamiento limpio, moderno y libre de humo. Si vuelvo a Shijiazhuang, sin duda buscaré otro hotel.

Muy buen hotel, aparcamiento gratuito (debe avisar al encargado del aparcamiento que se aloja en el hotel). Ubicado en el Mercado Nocturno de Liuzhuang, el transporte público está muy bien organizado. Al norte, se puede llegar a Haitianyisese y al Parque del Nido de Palomas, y al sur, al Área Escénica de Nandaihe. Detrás del hotel hay una calle de aperitivos y la piscina exterior del hotel. ¡La recepcionista y su hermano son muy amables! Cuando usé la tarjeta de crédito como tarjeta de la habitación y no pude abrir la puerta, ¡la recepcionista vino personalmente a abrirme! Muy buena recepcionista, volveré la próxima vez. We have a wonderful time. The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. The room have a WiFi. We are suprised that the staff upgraded the room for us without any charging. The breakfast got lot of variety of foods. ☺️

Un hotel atractivo en un antiguo complejo imperial (una biblioteca o algo similar) que ofrece habitaciones amplias y limpias. Está en la ladera de una colina, pero se pueden tomar taxis o vehículos compartidos hasta la puerta. Además, está muy cerca del centro y a un corto trayecto de los templos de interés de Chengde.
Ofrecen un desayuno decente en el restaurante del hotel y un servicio de cena con platos locales que se supone que son similares a los que podría haber comido un emperador. Así que puedes cenar como un emperador, pagando una tarifa. Los grandes ciervos que deambulan por los jardines te miran con sus grandes ojos tristes, obviamente buscando limosna, pero no te dejes engañar, ya que hay mucha hierba.
Había obras en marcha; parece que los edificios están en reformas, pero no afectaron nuestra estancia. Hay letreros en inglés y personal de recepción que habla inglés.

The hotel is very nice with excellent service but one part I would rate low is that some of the chargers doesn’t work properly and I would need to find one that is portable. Other than that everything is amazing.

Mi estancia en Ruimeihua fue agradable y sin complicaciones. Las habitaciones eran amplias, limpias y contaban con una gran variedad de comodidades. El personal, desde recepción hasta cocina, limpieza y demás, siempre fue atento y servicial. El desayuno ofrecía diversas opciones. Lo recomiendo.

Nuestros viejos dos viajen a menudo. Aquí estamos en un hotel que nos sentimos muy baratos y estamos aquí durante tres años consecutivos. No es un hotel de alta calidad de estrellas, pero las instalaciones están completas, limpias y cómodas, el servicio está entusiasta y atento. El proyecto característico del hotel ”la cena de noche” es muy bueno. Aquí a pocos minutos llegan al Parque de la Primavera. Los pájaros de la primavera están viviendo aquí durante más de un mes, atraen a los amantes de los pájaros y recomiendan vivir aquí. El único punto de insuficiencia es que no hay restaurantes alrededor. Se sugiere que el hotel pueda colaborar con el restaurante de cocina adyacente, y que además de ofrecer desayuno, también pueda ofrecer comida sencilla a mediodía.

UUsuario invitadoRoom & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer.
Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient.
Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk!
Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away.
Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December).
Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

UUsuario invitadoStayed over for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at Chengde. The entrance to the hotel was congested with cars. The parking attendance in front of the hotel wasn't really helpful when my driver dropped us off to check in to the hotel. What he cares was just faster unload and removed the car form that area. He offered no help at all. I was not sure if the parking attendance was employed by the Hilton hotel. If yes then the service was really not up par with the Hilton standard for customer service standard. We carried one large luggages and few smaller bags. We have to carry it over few flights of stairs to get in to the hotel entrance. The sliding path to get into the hotel entrance was not located in front of the hotel entrance but was hidden at the side that was obscured or partially blocked by the parking car at the front. The reception lady was very friendly though. We were given high floor and she scanned my WeChat to easy contact with the hotel later. The hotel room was very spacious and beautiful but the room was stuffy. Only one tiny small window was able to open a little bit to let the outside air go in. The afternoon temperature was as high as 25 degrees Celcius and rather HOT inside the room. We cannot adjust the aircon in the room as it is central setting! Called to the reception to ask why the room air con can't be adjusted and it seems not working but was told it is central setting. Well, you paid a lots to stay at the hotel without proper ventilation but to rely on the outside air to go in the tiny window. Despite the hotel facility was complete but we still cannot really enjoy and sleep comfortably as we felt HOT. The hotel separates the bathroom from toilet. The washing basin was outside of the bathroom. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. After checking out, I realised I might have left my traveller adaptor in the room. Immediately Isent a text to the hotel via WeChat but to my disappointment, it took two days for them to reply my message asking me to self contact the front desk counter to ask yourself?! What kind of service of that??? Asking hotel guest to add them on WeChat but still asking us to self call the front desk? Not all tourists will have local Sim card to make phone call. That is really a disappointment. They should have offered a better service by checking with the front desk counter and then get back to us via WeChat. This Hilton is definitely still a long way to go to achieve better rating. The hotel is closed to q night market that offers lots of street foods. There was one food stall that offer very palatable Chu Cheong fun. The experience was not pleasant for my one night stay.

UUsuario invitadoEl servicio es intim pero también muy discreto y responde a las exigencias de los huéspedes en tiempo oportuno. El desayuno es abundante y delicioso, muy loable. Ha experimentado cinco restaurantes, el servicio de calidad y el precio son muy compatibles. Unos amigos bebieron hasta la mañana dos noches. Aunque se acercó, el restaurante también dejó a un empleado, no nos apresuró a decirlo, es muy agradecido. El sapo se acercó al mercado, bebía una copa de 20 yuan de salsa, miraba el sol, escuchaba el ruido de la boca, y me disfrutaba. La sopa privada es llena de tonos, la sopa en sí misma es humilde en Yunnan. Pero es un sentimiento diferente en la privacidad y el servicio. También puede ver el momento del tono azul en la noche, y el valor de la suerte está lleno. En resumen, la experiencia es una buena viaje.

UUsuario invitadoI spent so long choosing a hotel at thaiwoo and I'm so glad that I decided on AB hotel! First, the service provided by Ms Wang was excellent, she was so patient and helpful, and communication by wechat was always prompt. Second, the hotel apartment looks modern and clean. I do not notice any smell even for a pet friendly hotel. Compared to nanshanli next door, I think that this offers a better value for money as you get a larger room (with kitchen and living room). However, the downside is that during winter we had to walk outdoors to get to the ski rental hall which is in the nanshanli building itself. Nonetheless my family looks forward to staying again in future!

My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. TTimLimBad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items.
The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect.
Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads..
Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby.
Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop.
As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Puedes tomar el ferry Princess caminando por la costa, hay que pagar las termas y las piscinas para entrar, y es solo un boleto por el día. Pero el precio no es caro ** puedes comprar un boleto. El tipo de habitación que reservamos también tiene sopa privada. Lo más importante es que puedes pedir para llevar 🍗, y puedes recoger pedidos rápidamente donde quiera que vayas. La falencia es que el desayuno tiene pocas variedades y mala calidad🤦♀️espero mejorar

BBoon8485This was a really delightful apartment-hotel located atop a hill just across from the main ski hall. The apartment was spacious and very well furnished - I liked that every unit came with a washer and dryer! It made my long stay there so convenient. The hotel has an onsen and massage services which I also found very convenient to go to after a long day of skiing. Will definitely come back to stay here again if I'm back in thaiwoo!

SShuyaHe estado en Beidaihe y Nandaihe muchas veces el año pasado, ¡y lo más sorprendente esta vez fue este hotel! Pekín tiene una alerta de temperatura máxima de 42 °C, y una familia mayor vino aquí para escapar del calor. Soy una persona perezosa y rara vez comento. Esta vez fue una verdadera sorpresa.
Instalaciones: Las instalaciones son muy completas, y las pilas de carga, el gimnasio, el restaurante, la lavandería, el vestíbulo de ocio del hotel y el parque infantil son ejercicios básicos. ¡Incluso hay refrigerios, té, bicicletas y herramientas de pesca marina gratis! Salvo por los rastros de años de decoración, el resto está impecable. Pero la ventaja de una decoración a largo plazo es que no hay formaldehído ni olores.
Higiene: La señora de la limpieza viene a limpiar la habitación y reponer los suministros todos los días.
Entorno: El entorno es excelente y la playa está justo afuera. Merece ser el undécimo hotel más bonito del ranking. Puedes ver los otros precios en la clasificación. Servicio: El servicio es cálido y atento, sin la sensación de distancia de los hoteles de súper lujo, y es más íntimo como en casa.
