Had a wonderful stay at Best Western Heritage, Cox’s Bazar. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great location close to the beach. The rooftop pool and breakfast buffet were highlights of the experience. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cox’s Bazar.

El personal era muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con un sonrisa. 💙 La ubicación es excelente, sólo a una corta distancia de la playa, pero tranquila lo suficiente para disfrutar de una estancia tranquila. 🌊 La vista del techo fue impresionante, especialmente durante el puesta del sol. 🌅 En general, un lugar maravilloso para permanecer en el Bazar de Cox si estás buscando comodidad, hospitalidad y un toque de lujo. Altamente recomendado! 🌟

During check-in, they took separate photos of both me and my wife, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I have stayed at this hotel before, and this was never done. Even when traveling abroad, I have not encountered such a practice in other hotels. During our stay, we consumed some food and paid the bill at the time of check-out. Everything was settled properly, and we completed the check-out. However, about 30 minutes later, the hotel called and claimed that we had consumed two chocolates and had not paid for them. I clearly denied this, but despite my explanation, they repeatedly insisted. Eventually, I was compelled to pay for the chocolates via bKash.

We had an excellent stay at Sayeman Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar. We traveled as a family of 7, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views that made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which really stood out to us. The beach access was perfect, and the overall ambiance of the resort was calm and family-friendly. We also enjoyed the food—there was a good variety, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. Traveling with a larger group can sometimes be challenging, but the resort handled everything very well, making our vacation stress-free and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar, especially families.

The entire hallway of the floor we were staying smelled like cigarette and ****. People were smoking inside of the hotel on the 5th floor. We informed the authority but they didn’t do anything about it. Their morning breakfast was good tho. The bathroom of our unit was extremely small. We booked the hillside delux (the view from the window was terrible tho)

The hotel is great. Nothing to complain about. If Radisson is a bit too pricey for you , this is a great alternative for premium hotel. Everything is upto par for a 4/5 star hotel service. If you do decide to dine in hotel, be ready to pay an extremely high price. A simple salad will set you back more than $10 with tax and service charge. Went to the hotel bar and a single shot of whiskey cost around $9. Even more expensive than in the US lol.

Чистый и большой номер, регулярная уборка, тихо. Из минусов: плохой и медленный сервис, не работал бассейн, завтрака в виде буфета, который заявлен, а вместо этого подают по меню: омлет, 1 сосиску, помидор и хлеб… Очень все слабо для пятизвездочного отеля. Вида в номере нет, он угловой и смотрит во внутреннюю территорию.

Generally, I have good impression. The only problem I experienced were no working AC, however, two fans solved a problem, so I was ok. Breakfast isn’t huge: it’s ok, there is even eggs station, but that’s almost all. Chicken, couple more items and two fruits. Not big, but you won’t be hungry. People are very welcome.
