Fue una estancia excelente, la recomiendo. El personal estaba muy bien capacitado y atendió a numerosos viajeros que reservaron al mismo tiempo. Por el precio ofrecido, este hotel tenía una excelente relación calidad-precio considerando su ubicación en relación con el centro de Cairns, lo que significa que a solo 5 minutos en coche tenía acceso a todo lo que el centro ofrece.

We arrived after office hours and appreciated that the check-in process was straightforward and easy to follow. However, the park's location is a bit far from supermarkets and major attractions, which made getting around less convenient for us. The facilities are mostly shared and not quite suitable for our needs. Unfortunately, all better-equipped units were fully booked, so we couldn't upgrade. We also found the Wi-Fi signal in the room to be quite weak. Due to these factors, we decided to cut our stay short and checked out after just one night.

El hotel es excelente y muy recomendable! ¡Afortunadamente estamos dispuestos a quedarnos en una habitación de esquina con vista panorámica! La única interrupción es el desayuno... que está mezclado con los otros dos hoteles y por debajo del estándar esperado.

We enjoyed the stay, the apartment was clean and had good facilities including washing machines, dryers and dish washer. It is in walking distance to waterfront, supermarket and good restaurants.

I’ve stayed at these apartments a few times because of the stunning. This apartment was on level 63 facing out towards the city and Riverside. The apartments is stunning. It has a full kitchen, and laundry with a modern bathroom. Separate bedroom. Both the bedroom and the lounge have have amazing views of the city and river this apartment. Your site parking is $45.

L'arrivée s'est très bien passée, les chambres sont propres et les lits sont confortables (si vous aimez bien les matelas pas durs) pour ma part, j'ai très bien dormi. Grande piscine avec l'eau plutôt salée, belle terrasse et de nombreux choix de plats si on a envie de manger quelque chose sans aller trop loin. Le personnel est disponible et sympa! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay! We stayed in the 2 Bed Family Villa at Chinchilla Motor Inn and couldn’t have been happier. The villa was modern, spotless, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, convenient yet quiet, making it perfect for families. What truly impressed us, though, was the amazing service. Our daughter accidentally left her beloved Kindle behind, and the staff went above and beyond to help. They carefully packed it in a bubble-wrap envelope and posted it back to us free of charge, even though we offered to cover the cost and their time. It arrived safely, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and honesty. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. We’d highly recommend Chinchilla Motor Inn to anyone — fantastic facilities and even better people!

Everything was perfect. One thing to improve is the bed which was a bit soft and saggy.

Originalmente reservé el Holiday Inn en Brisbane, pero como el hotel no podía acomodar a niños, me cambié temporalmente a este hotel. Para ser honesto, el Spring Hill Mercure Hotel era realmente normal. Ir a este hotel desde la Estación Central es realmente difícil de encontrar si no estás familiarizado con la carretera. Llegué de noche y me perdí por casualidad, nos encontramos con una familia de tres lugareños que nos llevaron a este hotel. Llevar nuestras maletas. Subir las escaleras. No había luz en el techo del dormitorio y la luz estaba instalada en la salida de aire del aire acondicionado, por lo que la habitación estaba muy oscura y ni siquiera podía leer. La percha está cerrada con llave. Aunque se puede quitar, no hay gancho, lo que hace imposible secar la ropa en el balcón. Los dos enchufes USB al lado de la cama están rotos y no se pueden cargar. El diseño del baño es aún más escandaloso. Es fácil que se acumule agua y no hay fugas en el piso. Como resultado, me caí y me lastimé los brazos. Me comuniqué con Ctrip. Después de que Ctrip se comunicó con el hotel, el hotel dijo que el desayuno se ofrece de forma gratuita. No estuve de acuerdo porque temía que después de desayunar no pudiera evaluarlo con sinceridad. Reservé una habitación superior con balcón. El balcón es triangular y tiene dos sillas. También se puede llamar balcón superior. Es mucho peor que el hotel en el que me alojé en Gold Coast. No recomendado para que todos se queden.
