El hotel está bien, pero se han producido dos compras desconocidas y no está claro si es un problema del hotel o un problema bancario.

La habitación es grande, tranquila y tiene una hermosa vista. Todo el hotel está decorado de forma muy lujosa. Hay autobuses conectados con el metro, por lo que el transporte es conveniente. Puedes comer auténtica cocina cantonesa en el hotel y la relación precio/rendimiento es buena. ¡Muy recomendado!

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.

Even though I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, for which I was truly grateful. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay very comfortable. I also visited the gym in the early morning — it was large, well-equipped, and I had a great time working out. In addition, the breakfast was great!!!

Todo el viejo, el pelo en el cuarto de baño, no se limpió.El estacionamiento de valet y la recepción dijeron lo mismo que no dijeron, hasta que no se aburrieron, llamó de nuevo, y no se respondió. 11:15 Llamar a un coche y a la oficina de equipaje, llamar a las 11:30, antes de que alguien suba a buscar su equipaje, y luego la gente que toma su equipaje avisó a la oficina de la coche, y se fue del hotel a las 11:45...Creo que Ritz esta marca está prácticamente terminada.

El mejor hotel si visita Harvard o cualquiera de sus escuelas. Muy central en la plaza de Harvard. Nice restaurante para desayuno y bonito bar pequeño. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y las camas confortables. El precio fluctua mucho dependiendo de lo que sucede en la universidad. Pero, muy recomendado.

The administrative works from 8am to 6pm so make sure to contact them during this time. The location is super pretty, with landscape to the harbor and a secured neighborhood. Huge room, each has a terrace. The female staffs were very friendly and supportive.

Es el parque de Boston. También está cerca de la calle Tang. El hotel es muy bajo, pero de bajo contenido, el pequeño cuarto de comida por piso es muy intimidad, pero no hay agua caliente, no puede ser limpio. Puede comprar un poco de té en el café del lobby, pero hay límites de tiempo, el cuarto es relativamente pequeño. Esta temporada también es costosa

The breakfast is great. Staffs are very nice. Location is very good will stay again!
