The room is clean and service is good. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in Boston and it’s safe to walk around even at night.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

Servicio: El personal de servicio es muy entusiasta. Medio ambiente: habitación mejorada con vista al puerto y buena vista, también es conveniente conducir hasta el centro de Boston y la Universidad de Harvard; Instalaciones: Las habitaciones son muy nuevas y están equipadas con electrodomésticos inteligentes, que son muy cómodos de usar; Higiene: muy limpia

La segunda vez que se quedó, los niños pasaron unos días tranquilos y agradables aquí, y lo felicitaron.

Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.

Even though I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, for which I was truly grateful. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay very comfortable. I also visited the gym in the early morning — it was large, well-equipped, and I had a great time working out. In addition, the breakfast was great!!!

Best hotel if visiting Harvard or any of its schools. Very central in Harvard square. Nice restaurant for breakfast and nice small bar. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Price fluctuates a lot depending on what is happening at the university. But, highly recommend.

The administrative works from 8am to 6pm so make sure to contact them during this time. The location is super pretty, with landscape to the harbor and a secured neighborhood. Huge room, each has a terrace. The female staffs were very friendly and supportive.

El hotel es muy bajo, pero de bajo contenido, el pequeño cuarto de comida por piso es muy intimidad, pero no hay agua caliente, no puede ser limpio. Puede comprar un poco de té en el café del lobby, pero hay límites de tiempo, el cuarto es relativamente pequeño. Esta temporada también es costosa
