The overall stay was quite pleasant, mainly due to the excellent location and beautiful surroundings. The scenery was truly enjoyable and added a relaxing atmosphere to the experience. It was convenient to access nearby attractions, which made the trip more satisfying. However, there were some areas that could be improved. The room and common areas had noticeable dust, which affected the overall comfort. In addition, the level of cleanliness did not fully meet expectations, as certain details in housekeeping seemed to be overlooked. With better attention to hygiene and maintenance, the stay could have been significantly more enjoyable. In summary, while the location and view are definite highlights, improvements in cleanliness and housekeeping standards are needed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel. El servicio fue excelente: el personal fue amable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación era muy conveniente, con fácil acceso a restaurantes cercanos, y a solo 10 minutos de la oficina de correos y la estación del teleférico (Awana Skyway). La comida estaba deliciosa, con una gran variedad de opciones para el desayuno y la cena. En general, fue una experiencia cómoda y agradable, y sin duda recomendaría este hotel.

Overall, the room was nice and looked neat. The bathroom was clean, but the carpet looked a bit less clean and may need some improvement.

Enjoying two night in Wyndham Ion Majestic, very recommend to stay here, will come leave here again, when check in time, request to the counter need a forest view to see the sunset, because I’m come the time is normal weekday, so have available forest view room to change, only pay another RM 50 to request change the room, the staff very friendly and help me do the check in very quick, very enjoy this two days in Genting with Wyndham In Majestic Hotel, see you on the next trip

We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed.

Excelente servicio del personal de The Kasturi desde el momento en que nos registramos en el complejo hasta que nos marchamos. Todo el personal fue cortés, eficiente e hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera tranquila y agradable. Nuestra habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, era muy espaciosa y tenía bocadillos y bebidas gratuitos en la habitación para los huéspedes. Nos encantó la bañera y la ducha y la cama era súper cómoda. El desayuno era bueno y delicioso. Lo único que lamento es que la playa sea un poco difícil de acceder, ya que tengo entendido que tuvieron que poner muros de piedra debido a las inundaciones en el pasado. ¡Definitivamente vendría otra vez!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A vary premium and elite area. it is advised to bring food and drink before entering this area. prices at convenience store are expensive. hotel should provide microwave. a destination for tranquility but noise of car at G floor are crowded. facilities hotel are good with kids friendly. Nice views when breakfast here.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The hotel room very well decoration and easier to look for foods outside the hotel, will stay here again.
