This is easily the best hotel/BNB I’ve ever stayed in. My entire family felt completely relaxed and able to recuperate both mentally and physically. It was a much-needed respite for everyone. The amenities, room and view were phenomenal. The attached Antara shopping mall has plenty of food, shopping and basic groceries options. Getting to Genting first world from Antara Genting on a weekday night was a bit of a challenge (via grab / cab) but thankfully we drove so it wasn’t a major issue. Hotel parking was reasonable at ~MYR$5 a day. The credit card refund for the $200 security deposit was also very quick and efficient. We’ll definitely be back at Antara Genting CoBNB.

Nos alojamos dos noches y, si bien hubo aspectos muy positivos, un par de inconvenientes afectaron nuestra experiencia. El sistema de estacionamiento automático fue bastante frustrante y nos dio problemas en más de una ocasión, y el servicio de habitaciones no fue muy bueno; esperamos casi 90 minutos solo para que nos dijeran que los platos que habíamos pedido ya no estaban disponibles. Como punto positivo, las habitaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y la ubicación es muy conveniente, con tiendas cerca. El precio nos pareció justo para lo que ofrecían, y el desayuno fue sin duda uno de los puntos fuertes, con una buena variedad para elegir.

This hotel has very good location, middle of the town, easy access to mall, 2 min walk as it is in front of the hotel..the room is spacious, all is good until i tried the sink a bit tersumbat, and safety box out of battery…so requested to change the room but the manager denied ans asked maintenance to check first, eventually after check, as i was saying, that room problem, lucky i got another room that solve this issue But i think thus hotel need to improve of all of their rooms..safety box and the sink especially, the rest still in order .. Anyway, this hotel still have very good demand ..;)

Beautiful location with mountain view (to request), however need to arrive or leave at day time to avoid heavy fog/ low visibility. Breakfast  buffet with so much choices and delicious too. Keep it up Wydham Majestic Ion. Will definitely repeat❤️

We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed.

Resort muy estricto con el máximo de huéspedes para la capacidad de la habitación. Así que asegúrese de cumplir con los requisitos ya. Pero el proceso de registro es muy diferente al de otro resort. Es como si estuvieras comprando un bolso Chanel y esperando al asesor de ventas. El vestíbulo de registro está en el área de estacionamiento, por lo que controlarán la entrada y salida de los huéspedes y también el automóvil. La villa es tan única y espaciosa. Perfecto para unas vacaciones. Sin embargo, el restaurante no es un concepto de buffet donde puedes tomar cualquier cantidad de plato o lo que quieras para mezclar y combinar la comida. Pero el personal del restaurante es muy bueno en la etiqueta. La playa también es buena, pero no sabe nadar. Muy relajado disfruta del sonido de las olas.

My kids were having a good time staying in this hotel. On top service, cleanliness, beautiful views with clouds. We definitely will repeat this staycation again in future.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

First time self check in. Overall the room is cleaned. New design. But got smelling at toilet and quite noisy from others room coz the talking so loudly.

A wonderful beach resort that is ideal for families with children. We had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of facilities available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a generous selection of high-quality options. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience!
