What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

La habitación era muy espaciosa y el edificio muy sólido. Durante mi estancia, hubo un terremoto en Hokkaido de unos 5 grados, pero solo sentí cómo se movía la cama. La cerveza en el bar del vestíbulo es excelente. Parece que antes era una oficina de Sapporo Beer, así que si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse, ¡definitivamente prueben la cerveza! Desde la estación de Sapporo, son solo 6 minutos en taxi, y también hay una parada de autobús justo en la puerta. El outlet de artículos deportivos frente al hotel también vale la pena visitar.

Al principio, disfrutamos de una maravillosa estancia de una noche, que se convirtió en dos debido a un cambio de itinerario. El hotel es privado y tranquilo. Perfecto para relajarse con la esteticista del hotel y con acceso directo a los baños. Aunque no hay pesas, el equipo del gimnasio es nuevo y está bien mantenido, con suficiente para ejercitar la mayoría de los grupos musculares. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y lujosas. El desayuno era abundante. Me alojaría de nuevo si necesito alojarme cerca del aeropuerto de Chitose una o dos noches.

Exceptional Private Onsen & Hokkaido Flavors. Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

Mejor en el resort de clase para diseño y hardware. Excepcional contacto personal por los gestores y el equipo de alto nivel. Terribles opciones de cena en el lugar. Amar los restaurantes italianos, chinos y japoneses. Esquí en esquí. Bellas piscinas interiores y jacuzzis. Equipado gimnasio. Al registrarme en la recepción del hotel, conocí a un chico que hablaba chino, lo que hizo que la comunicación fuera más fluida. Sacó el folleto del hotel y el autobús turístico gratuito del hotel y, con paciencia y detalle, presentó las distintas instalaciones del hotel, los lugares de interés y las rutas y métodos de viaje del autobús turístico gratuito. El hotel es muy nuevo. Cerca del vestíbulo hay consigna de equipaje de autoservicio. La habitación está muy limpia (tenga cuidado de cambiarse los zapatos en la entrada antes de pisar la alfombra del interior). La pared de la base del segundo piso está pintada de forma bonita y presenta comidas y atracciones cercanas. El jabón de manos de la habitación huele un poco a ciprés de LELABO, y las manos huelen bien después de lavarlas. Servicio: Vale la pena mencionar que la recepción del hotel ayudó a llamar y hacer reservas en restaurantes, ¡lo cual fue realmente genial!

A premium stay and an absolute haven for onsen lovers While this property comes at a premium price point, the quality of the amenities makes for a highly memorable stay. The room was generously spacious and comfortable, and the dining experience stood out with a truly impressive buffet offering. However, the absolute highlight of this hotel is the hot spring facilities. The onsen—particularly the one located on the 8th floor—is spectacular and I cannot praise it enough. If you are an onsen lover visiting the area, this is undoubtedly the hotel to choose.

Hotel is nice and the service is excellent, most of the staff can speak english and they full of passion to customer. The only downside is they dont have a gym room but overall the hotel is recommended.

We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.
