Our recent stay at the Sapporo Stream Hotel was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend it, especially for families with young children. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Sapporo without any hassle. The hotel's accessibility was a game-changer for families like ours travelling with a stroller. It's directly accessible to the Cocono Susukino Mall and then directly down to the station area. It’s rare to find a hotel this considerate towards families, and we really appreciated the thoughtful design. The housekeeping service was another highlight of our stay. The hotel efficiently ensuring our room was well-stocked with their “menu” of housekeeping options! As expected in a Japanese hotel, the room was compact but thoughtfully designed. While opening two suitcases at the same time was a challenge, this is typical for hotels in Japan. The space was well-utilized, and we found it cosy and sufficient for our needs. Overall, Sapporo Stream Hotel exceeded our expectations with its prime location, family-friendly accessibility, and excellent housekeeping. While the room size might be a slight adjustment for some, it’s a small trade-off for the convenience and quality of service provided. We’d gladly stay here again on our next visit to Sapporo!

2nd time staying here! You’ll be greeted by helpful staffs right before you enter the building, world class service all the way, they’ll even send you to the lift! The hotel breakfast buffet has an awesome spread, tried it our previous trip, made sure to book a room with breakfast again this time 🤤

By far the best hotel we have stayed in our first Hokkaido ski trip! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can’t compliment it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Andrea Antonio (I hope I spelled the name right!) who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even helped us arrange a lovely dinner and a traditional tea ceremony, which added such a special touch to our trip. The hotel itself is stunning, especially during the Christmas season! They had an incredible display in the lobby — a real cookie house, which was so impressive. Andrea told us it was built by their in-house pastry chef, and I can’t even begin to describe the level of detail in it. Truly an amazing work of art, and huge credit goes to those talented hands behind it. Our room was fantastic — the highlight being the automatic blinds that you could control just by tapping our room card! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a luxurious bathtub. Though we didn’t get to use the tub (since we were enjoying the onsen), it was a nice touch. Speaking of the onsen, it was a real treat! We loved spending time there, though there was a small hiccup when the water ran out after 11pm. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it would’ve been nice if it had been available for a little longer. Overall, the service was impeccable, the room was fantastic, and the onsen was super relaxing. I would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Sapporo!

The room is kinda small for 3 pax and on sen spy need to pay? Come on! I stay ur others hotel in Tokyo need not pay a penny. Very polite staffs and servicer but only Japan can communicate. If can have a staff or two knows English at least we could be extend. Looking forward to Hokkaido again in next year Feb 2024.

I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

Staff - So welcoming w, attentive ,speaking English very well,Always smiling,try to do their best according to your needs. Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

El hotel tiene un hermoso estilo europeo y las habitaciones son relativamente grandes. El desayuno es especialmente rico. Fresca y deliciosa, y la leche especial de Hokkaido también está disponible, es muy deliciosa y es más conveniente ir a las atracciones de los alrededores. Hay mucha comida y restaurantes alrededor, y las aguas termales también son buenas y son relativamente costosas. eficaz.

Very nice! The hotel gave us an extra bed for our three people. Particularly I recommend the breakfast although you maybe get something special. Hahaha! The location is very good. It’s very near from JR station and has many good restaurants nearby.

Todo es grande, especialmente con el salón libre a nivel10, una cosa mejor podría ser la llave de la habitación, siempre parece no funcionar bien. Y si el hotel pudiera organizar un viaje de corta duración a lugares cercanos como Otaru, Yoichi, etc., sería un complemento para familias lacias como nosotros. En general, el hotel es fantástico, limpio, delicioso desayuno, hospitalidad caliente!

Great stay if you need to layover in Sapporo for a few nights, no sauna but larger rooms as the hotel is slightly older compared to the rest. Cleanliness & quality of housekeeping is good! Would stay again, if you would like to stay near Nakajima park, abt 10mins walk to the nearest station, friendly front counter staff and the hotel serves complimentary evening drinks for those wanting to chill In the lounge!

the location is 8min walk from JR Chitose Station, guests with heavy luggage may consider calling a taxi. The place is quite antique and come with fews plug outlet. However, the room is spacious and the staff was so nice helping arranging a taxi arrangement to the airport the next day. The morning sunrise view from my room was so beautiful.

From the moment we arrived at Mizu no Uta, Tsuruga Resort at Lake Shikotsu, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. Valet parking greeted us, and we were swiftly escorted to a path lined with zen music, setting the tone for a stay where every detail exudes serenity. Upon entering the reception, a majestic wooden carving of an owl, a powerful symbol of protection in Ainu culture, watched over us. In a delightful and intimate touch, we were asked to remove our shoes – a gesture that immediately made the resort feel like a sanctuary. Walking barefoot on soft wooden floors in such a refined environment felt like the ultimate indulgence. Live harp music floated through the air as we were led past a live fireplace, its warm flames inviting guests to roast marshmallows, adding a whimsical, yet homely feel to the elegant surroundings. The staff, attentive yet discreet, escorted us to our room via separate lifts, ensuring our luggage was seamlessly handled. Entering the room, we were struck by its sheer spaciousness. A half-sized fridge, thoughtfully included, perfectly stored all our chilled treats from the road trip. But the true star was the view: an uninterrupted panorama of lush greenery, stretching out to meet the serene waters of Lake Shikotsu. The combination of the stunning scenery and the luxurious in-room robe made us feel like chaebols, lounging in opulence and shielded from the cool lakeside breeze. As for the dining, the buffet at Mizu no Uta is nothing short of spectacular. Where many buffets struggle to balance quantity and quality, this resort excels at both. Highlights included a live dessert station and a live pizza-making corner, where thin-crust pizzas, surprisingly better than those from Furano’s famed Cheese Factory, were expertly prepared. The spread also featured an incredible assortment of sashimi – the freshest I encountered during my 1.5-week trip across various hotels. The salmon and mackerel, both raw and uniquely marinated in glass jars, were exceptional. The hot dishes maintained the same elevated standard. A simple tomato-based clam spaghetti was transformed by the quality of ingredients, while even the sautéed kailan was enhanced with the addition of Parma ham. Local produce, such as the fresh broccoli used in the cream-based dishes, lent an unmistakable brightness to each bite. The combination of Japanese and Western cuisine was balanced beautifully, with every plate delivering a sense of thoughtful craftsmanship. Of course, no stay at a lakeside resort would be complete without a visit to the onsen bath. While slightly smaller than the one at Lake Akan, the onsen here is far superior in cleanliness and upkeep. Conveniently, the bath is stocked with towels, so there’s no need to carry your own from the room. The experience is further enhanced by a sauna illuminated with soothing blue light, adding a layer of tranquility to the ritual. The open-air onsen is another highlight. For those who appreciate the purity of nature, the bath even features drinkable Lake Shikotsu water, renowned as one of Japan’s top 100 spring waters. This thoughtful touch, coupled with the stunning views, creates an immersive experience that is equal parts restorative and luxurious.

La estructura del hotel es excelente, una botella de comida secundaria, no tiene que salir del hotel. Los niños son super deliciosos! Los otros sabores no son únicos. La mama corporal utilizada es muy útil, y trajo una regala para el acompañante cuando se va. El hotel está en el otro lado del parque, muy bueno, el precio total 1w+ todavía vale la pena.

Excellent rooms which are large enough to accommodate a family of four with 2 children (aged 10 and 12) inclusive. The Niseko-yo was also nearby to offer a wider option for food choices. The view for breakfast during my trip was simply breathtaking. Breakfast buffet spread was the best I have ever had (and my standards are pretty high!) For those who love skiing around Niseko, the hotel offers shuttle bus services around this area. Facilities and amenities live up to the Hilton name. Onsen is superb! Will definitely stay here again. Rental store closes too early, limited skiing equipment choices, and people who were serving in the rental store for skiing equipment were not kind. There are too less people who speak English at the hotel in general (eg: at restaurants and front desk), it was hard to communicate with them. But attitude are nice.

The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.

Love this hotel from the moment I stepped in, gorgeous ambience, great service at reception! Room is expensive for one person stay but worth every penny. Regardless how long your stay is, one room entitled to one time free usage of private onsen (after that is charged) for 45mins. There is free public onsen beside it. Yoga classes are available for sign up for fee. Ski shop Rhythm and Afuri ramen looks great but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Ski storage available but not practical esp for those who rent, as you need to carry the heavy equipment back and forth from ski base to hotel (10min up-downhill walk or take free shuttle). Apt style hotel is well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine-dryer, dishwashing machine. Breakfast is great! Toilet and room is spacious and bed is good. I would return!!! Best recommended for families esp those with mix interest besides ski/snowboard. Near to street side restaurants, Lawson is across.

酒店服務和其他的麗思比稍微遜色一些。 酒店幫忙從車庫提車的時候，駕駛室裏弄的都是雪。酒店是包早餐的，沒人可以點一到signature dish，我們三個人點完以後衹上了一份，之後就一直沒上，等到我們隔壁桌後進來的，和我們點的一模一樣的餐都上來以後我們才想起來我們就問了一下服務員能不能幫我們看看我們的什麼時候能上，結果，一個服務員再去找另外一個，一共三個服務員討論了半天，最後跑過來和我們説，我們點的那個沒有了，我就順便問了一下，為什麼隔壁桌後來的都吃上了，我們點的卻沒有了，而且沒有了為什麼不能提前告訴我們一下？結果服務員就衹説了對不起，然後幫我們補點了一份，端上來以後看起來也也別撿漏粗糙。我們去泡温泉的時候，拖鞋還被別人給穿走了。最後，滑雪場還是不錯的，但記得提前預約所有的雪上項目。

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

Muy conveniente si usted planea hacer algunos esquí en Niseko, un gran menú de cena y un salón increíble con un fuego y vino complementario. El desayuno es estilo japonés sin alternativas, el personal es agradable pero llamar un taxi es imposible de misión y todo el mundo es bastante dismisivo con los huéspedes, como no hay taxi y eso no es nuestro problema, En un hotel tan caro debería ser su problema, ya sea que le guste o no.

The rooms are very spacious and tidy, love the Onsen spa very much, it’s so relaxing after skiing. Everyday the meal was served with different assorted dishes and they were super yummy. The washing machine with dryer function is a big plus as well. Will definitely come back again!
