The room size is big enough and we cant find any hotel have such a size in Nagoya. All the staff are polite and able to communicate in English. This is exceptional compared to my experience in OMO... in Osaka where I needed to use Google translation app for communication. If you really want me to say any room for improvement, I would advice that the cleaning service. This is not about the 3 days deeping cleaning policy. It is about the slippers where they all threw under the seat or table. And I can also find that there are tissue or snacks under the table after cleaning. Anyway, I like this place and will definitely consider it again next time when I visit Nagoya.

El hotel está situado en una ubicación excelente, a 7 minutos a pie de la estación de Sakae. Aproximadamente 15 minutos a pie de Mega Donki y de la calle comercial. El personal es agradable. La habitación que he reservado es un poco anticuada pero bien mantenida.

El Hotel Mitsui Garden siempre es mi primera opción cuando viajo a Japón. El hotel está a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Nagoya, pero la zona circundante es animada, con numerosos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia, lo que lo hace muy práctico. Esta vez, me alojé tres noches en una habitación de lujo en la planta superior. La habitación era cómoda, con sofá y dos baños amplios. El hotel cuenta con un gran baño público; aunque no es un balneario, es algo que me entusiasma y un lugar para relajarme por las noches. El desayuno incluye cuatro platos principales, además de ensalada, postre y bebidas: una experiencia saludable y variada todos los días.

¡La ubicación es muy buena que hay en realidad una entrada en el subterráneo que hace que los turistas con mucho equipaje mucho más fácil! Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes en el subterráneo y ni siquiera tenemos que salir por la calle para comida o compras.

這次入住名古屋城堡酒店（ESPACIO Nagoya Castle），讓我印象最深刻的就是這裡超級用心且專業的員工服務！從抵達辦理入住開始，服務人員就非常親切熱情。雖然身為外國旅客，但他們流利的英文和中文以及貼心的引導，讓我們完全感受到賓至如歸的溫暖。飯店內部裝潢典雅，充滿藝術氣息。無論是大堂、餐廳、溫泉、以及介紹房間設施的員工，每位工作人員都隨時保持微笑，並且照顧到住客的各種需求。飯店位置緊鄰名古屋城，環境清幽，但晚上街上要找食肆較難。 酒店早餐選擇不太多，但食物質素相當高！ 真心推薦這家服務100分，充滿藝術博物館氣氛的酒店，雖然價錢較高，但絕對是一個難忘的體驗！感謝所有員工為我們帶來這麼美好的住宿體驗，下次來名古屋一定會再訪！

Hotel Indigo Group standard. Wonderful stay, a nice hot spring. a few minute walk from the inuyama yu en station. few steps next to urakuen . free admission and inuyama castle. every staff speaks fluent English. tidy and clean.

the room was a little small as expected from the typical japanese hotels , but it was fine as we were only there for a few nights. we absolutely loved the location though! we came just at the end of cherry blossom season and they beautifully decorated the lobby w florals. very peaceful area and within walking distance to sakae shopping area. bonus : the airport bus drops u right by the hotel which was so convenient!

The location is inside the Toyohashi Station which makes arrival a and departure by train very easy. The room was clean and comfortable and my request of a room on high floor with extra pillows was provided. There is a free coffee machine at reception. Entry and exit to the station requires walking up 4 or 5 steps and then an escalator as the lift access is not available to L2 from the foyer (available from L2 to Lobby). I found the room cleaning arrangements to be more complex than others (9 this trip) I have used. I would stay again based on the room quality and view from my 12 floor window.

We took a bus from the airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel, then walked to the Hilton, which took about five minutes even with kids and luggage. We booked a family room. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We requested a room change, and while the second room still had a slight odor, it was much better than the first. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be the best choice. Other than that, everything is ok.
