My 7th stay at Roseate House in Delhi once again affirmed my fondness for this property. Despite the rooms being a bit small, the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains exceptionally welcoming, exuding a nice vibe that is notably ***aged by a youthful and dynamic team. The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

Reseña: Quedé completamente satisfecho. ¡Mi estancia fue inmejorable! Recibí una cálida bienvenida a mi llegada: siempre hay un amable conserje en la entrada que abre la puerta del coche; un servicio pequeño pero muy agradable que deja una impresión positiva inmediata. Todo el hotel está impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado. Mi habitación estaba en perfectas condiciones, con muebles modernos y muy cómoda. El desayuno buffet fue fantástico: variado, fresco y para todos los gustos. El personal fue siempre amable, atento y servicial. *** se da cuenta de que aquí se practica una hospitalidad genuina; cada deseo se cumplió con una sonrisa. La piscina tiene un diseño precioso e invita a relajarse. También me impresionó especialmente el gimnasio, excelentemente equipado: moderno, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Solo puedo describir esta estancia como un éxito absoluto: perfecta de principio a fin. ¡6 de 5 estrellas!

Excelente hotel, pero desafortunadamente tuve un problema con este hotel: no se proporcionó una habitación de conexión para mi reserva y no hubo ayuda para mi otra solicitud, que era una cama doble…

The Taj Mahal Delhi is a beautiful hotel with splendid decor and an old school ambience. However, some of the underlying cost cutting is noticeable. The breakfast buffet for example is anything but - with a handful of items such as bread and rudimentary cereal laid out but anything substantial needs to be ordered and it arrives in due time in small portions. It's awkward to know how many times can one order in the circumstances. Another example occured when I changed some currency at the hotel. I expected the rate to be bad and it was, but this was not an issue. I am happy to pay for luxury and convenience. However, what irked me slightly was when the staff explained that there was no change so she couldn't give me 60 INR. It's a very small amount but I felt it was a liberty - imagine offering currency exchange at an exorbitant rate but you don't have currency. Other than that we had a good stay. The pool was stunning as was my beautiful club suite. It was a very generous size and beautifully designed with views over the pool and Delhi beyond - a real oasis in noisy and bustling Delhi. The club lounge is ok but not really worth paying for - the timings for high tea etc are so inconvenient that you won't be able to use them. Overall, this was still a good stay and probably the best hotel for the price in this part of town.

A unos 25 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, con buen tráfico. El hotel es enorme, majestuoso y lujoso. Hay dos tramos de escaleras para subir desde la entrada hasta el vestíbulo. Algo a tener en cuenta para personas con discapacidades físicas. La habitación es un poco pequeña para dos personas, aunque el baño y la ducha son de buen tamaño y cuentan con todas las comodidades. La presión del agua en la ducha es buena. La cama y las almohadas son demasiado blandas para mi gusto; nunca me han gustado las camas que se hunden. El desayuno en Capital Kitchen es bastante completo. Una pequeña selección de embutidos, el típico buffet americano con salchichas, judías al horno y patatas. También hay una estación de huevos y platos indios. El servicio fue excelente y amable. En general, una estancia cómoda, pero creo que podrían ser más indulgentes con el aroma; era tan fuerte (y penetrante para mí) que me dio un fuerte dolor de cabeza.

Tuve una maravillosa estancia de dos noches en el Radisson Blu, Dwarka. El registro fue sencillo, la habitación era espaciosa y estaba bien equipada, y la cama era comodísima. El desayuno buffet era muy variado y los restaurantes del hotel servían comida deliciosa. El personal fue amable y profesional, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. La ubicación es conveniente, con fácil acceso al metro. En resumen, una estancia lujosa y relajante, ¡muy recomendable!

It was the most memorable and special trip with trip.com from start to finish and especially after encountering the problems at Heathrow Airport on the 21/3/25. El buffet de desayuno era horrible, ¡absolutamente horrible! No había ni una sola pieza de pollo, y el 98% de la comida era india. Vimos a muchísimos extranjeros paseando por el buffet, mirando la comida sin saber qué comer. Lo impactante es que cuando pedimos en su restaurante, ¡la comida era cara, pero estaba deliciosa! Entonces, ¿cómo puede ser tan malo el buffet si la comida del restaurante es increíble? Realmente parece que lo están haciendo horrible a propósito para que la gente no lo coma. Además, las habitaciones estaban descuidadas y horribles; definitivamente no valían la pena. Lo único bueno fue el personal, que fue amable y educado. Pero en general, este lugar fue una gran decepción. ¡No volveré jamás!

I visit India once a year for both business and leisure, and I usually stay at various super luxury hotels. However, this time, my usual hotel was fully booked, so I ended up at The Imperial. It was the best decision ever! I will never return to my previous hotels. The service, rooms, food, and internet here are all exceptional. The staff is remarkably efficient. I highly recommend this place! P.S. The hotel lounge serves better French onion soup than you can find in France!😆

It was amazing. The staff from the hotel was super helpful . My whole stay was undisturbed. Specially I would like to Thanks Mr Ashraf from house keeping. He is very nice person . Also I thoroughly enjoyed the Holi festival at hotel . Thanks to the hotel management team to organise sush a beautiful festival. Overall my hotel stay was amazing. I will recommend this hotel to everyone...
