My 7th stay at Roseate House in Delhi once again affirmed my fondness for this property. Despite the rooms being a bit small, the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains exceptionally welcoming, exuding a nice vibe that is notably ***aged by a youthful and dynamic team. The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

La habitación está bien, el servicio es bueno y el personal es amable. Pero la comida no está ni de lejos a la altura de la calidad que se espera de este establecimiento. El buffet es realmente bueno. Por 50 libras por persona y cena, me decepcionó bastante, al igual que mi familia. El desayuno está bien, pero nada del otro mundo. Esperaba más por este precio.

Reseña: Me alojé en el hotel una noche el 28 de junio con mi pareja. Desafortunadamente, durante mi estancia, tenía la regla y manché las sábanas y las almohadas. La hospitalidad no se trata solo de gestionar las habitaciones; también se trata de cómo tratas a tus huéspedes en momentos incómodos. Espero sinceramente que el equipo del hotel sea más sensible y respetuoso en el futuro.

En general, la habitación estaba bien, aunque un poco anticuada, sin puertos USB integrados, el desagüe del baño era muy lento, el suelo de madera y la puerta principal parecían un poco viejos. La comida y las opciones para desayunar eran buenas.

It was amazing. The staff from the hotel was super helpful . My whole stay was undisturbed. Specially I would like to Thanks Mr Ashraf from house keeping. He is very nice person . Also I thoroughly enjoyed the Holi festival at hotel . Thanks to the hotel management team to organise sush a beautiful festival. Overall my hotel stay was amazing. I will recommend this hotel to everyone...

More than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night. The overpriced Minibar Scam I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel. All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value. Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

rooms and big and spacious and very clean. provided with slippers and good quality shampoo body wash and conditioner. staff were super friendly pool was closed for renovations, gym is decently decked out with equipments. huge downside- we ordered delivery on swiggy/ zomato and could not get it delivered to the counter. porters were also quite slow when we called to bring our luggage down for checkout, took more than 10mins so we ended up just bringing luggage down ourselves as our car was here

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado y tiene fácil acceso al transporte. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas, la ropa de cama es cómoda y la insonorización es buena. El personal de recepción es amable y eficiente con el registro. El desayuno ofrece una buena variedad de opciones y es bastante sabroso. En general, ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio y volvería a alojarme aquí.
