I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Maidens Hotel, Delhi with my wife and our 17-month-old daughter, and it has truly been the finest hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, the entire team made us feel like family. Every staff member is courteous, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The front desk is always welcoming with a smile, and I’ll especially remember Aijaz, who greeted us so kindly, and the GM, Prachi, who personally extended her warmth. Housekeeping, security, restaurant staff and every single person here has a helping mentality that sets this property apart. Our room was nothing short of spectacular; spacious, beautifully maintained, full of thoughtful amenities, and carrying a fragrance that instantly makes you feel at home. We had a luggage room, a drawing room, and a wonderfully decorated washroom. The welcome fruits and cakes were such a delightful surprise, something very few hotels still practice. There was even a little cutey bed prepared just for our daughter, which melted our hearts. What touched us most, were the gestures for our little girl. Housekeeping left her personalized cushions and adorable plush toys; ‘act of kindness’ that go far beyond duty. Seeing her cuddle up with a cushion embroidered with her name, and play with the toys thoughtfully arranged on her bed, was pure magic. These are the kind of memories we’ll treasure forever, and I’ll make sure she knows how dearly she was cared for here when she grows older. The dining experience was equally outstanding. Executive Chef Jashan Arora is beyond my praising capacity, a beautiful mind whose generosity and care cannot be overstated. Jashan even stood there during our departure, a gesture that shows the depth of his character and the heart he puts into his work. He personally ensured that our baby’s meals were made exactly how we wanted, often even better, and the dinners we had were delicious. The buffet breakfast was served alongside a green lawn where I had morning walks with my daughter, a picture-perfect start to each day. This heritage property itself is breathtaking. Maidens Hotel has preserved its timeless architecture and charm so beautifully that every corner feels picturesque, walking through it is like stepping back into history, yet with every modern comfort in place. There is truly nothing I can complain about here. If anything, my only regret is that I couldn’t do anything for the people who made our stay so memorable. To Jashan, Aijaz, Prachi, Ayushi, the restaurant team, housekeeping, security, and everyone else, you have my heartfelt gratitude. This hotel has set a standard that others should learn from. It is, without doubt, the best hotel I have stayed in, and I look forward to returning again. Until then, I’ll miss you all dearly.

My 7th stay at Roseate House in Delhi once again affirmed my fondness for this property. Despite the rooms being a bit small, the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains exceptionally welcoming, exuding a nice vibe that is notably ***aged by a youthful and dynamic team. The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. La habitación está muy limpia y tranquila; la cama es muy cómoda, con diferentes tipos de almohadas: suaves y firmes, una combinación perfecta. El baño está limpio y la ducha tiene buena presión. ¡El desayuno buffet es excelente! El personal fue muy amable y atento, desde el guardia de seguridad hasta el personal de recepción y del restaurante. ¡Todos fueron muy cordiales, amables y serviciales! Prince en recepción y Biru en el buffet de desayuno fueron muy acogedores y serviciales. ¡Muchas gracias! En general, la amabilidad y la cálida bienvenida me han dejado una impresión muy memorable. More than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night. The overpriced Minibar Scam I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel. All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value. Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

Llevo años alojándome en esta propiedad. El personal de recepción siempre es amable y servicial, y se emocionan al verme de nuevo. Me ofrecieron desayuno de cortesía y la comida estaba deliciosa, y el servicio fue maravilloso y amable. Me dieron una habitación grande, limpia y ordenada, y en recepción me preguntaban constantemente si necesitaba ayuda, lo cual fue muy reconfortante. El único problema fue que los precios en este viaje triplicaron lo que suelo pagar por esta propiedad.

Room Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light! Shower and toilet were very clean. Strong powerful shower with very hot water available. Amenities Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good. Lovely swimming pool, meant to try it out. Location Excellent location only about 7 mins walk from the main shopping complex and restaurants. Very decent restaurants available there and the food court provides wide variety. I tried out a restaurant this time and it was lovely. Service House keeping - was very good. Early evening the team knocked on my door, very pleasant, and asked if I had any needs. Very thoughtful, and they tried best to make me comfortable. I had an enquiry about the smart tv functions. The gentleman came promptly, and was very helpful. Airport pick up Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful. (Others: Don’t really need two tables in the room. If it can be replaced with a couch/ sofa would even be better.) Overall: very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and will come again. Thank you!

Cuando pregunté, me dijeron que instalarían camas adicionales y que esas camas apenas se adaptaban a la habitación. Cuando hice la reserva, mostraron una foto de dos camas permanentes en el sitio web. Creo que me degradaron en el momento del check-in. No estoy contento con la habitación.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for transit travelers and business trips. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff provided excellent hospitality throughout my stay and were always professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and the dining experience overall was impressive. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool area. Overall, Pullman Aerocity offers a luxurious and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi.

Tuve el placer de alojarme en Andaz Delhi durante mi viaje para HYROX Delhi y no podría haber pedido una mejor experiencia. Desde mi llegada, el servicio fue excepcional: cálido, atento e increíblemente servicial, especialmente porque me estaba preparando para una gran carrera. La habitación era moderna, espaciosa e impecablemente limpia, con detalles que la hacían sentir como en casa. El desayuno fue fantástico: fresco, variado y lleno de opciones saludables que se adaptaban a mi dieta de preparación para la carrera. El personal incluso se esmeró en atender peticiones especiales, algo que agradecí mucho. Muchísimas gracias al equipo de Andaz Delhi por hacer que mi viaje a HYROX fuera tan agradable y sin contratiempos.
