El buffet de desayuno era horrible, ¡absolutamente horrible! No había ni una sola pieza de pollo, y el 98% de la comida era india. Vimos a muchísimos extranjeros paseando por el buffet, mirando la comida sin saber qué comer. Lo impactante es que cuando pedimos en su restaurante, ¡la comida era cara, pero estaba deliciosa! Entonces, ¿cómo puede ser tan malo el buffet si la comida del restaurante es increíble? Realmente parece que lo están haciendo horrible a propósito para que la gente no lo coma. Además, las habitaciones estaban descuidadas y horribles; definitivamente no valían la pena. Lo único bueno fue el personal, que fue amable y educado. Pero en general, este lugar fue una gran decepción. ¡No volveré jamás!

My 7th stay at Roseate House in Delhi once again affirmed my fondness for this property. Despite the rooms being a bit small, the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains exceptionally welcoming, exuding a nice vibe that is notably ***aged by a youthful and dynamic team. The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

Hey guys I recently visited Holiday Inn in New Delhi and stayed there for two days. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The weather and overall ambiance made the experience even better. I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Delhi in the future.

The Taj Mahal Delhi is a beautiful hotel with splendid decor and an old school ambience. However, some of the underlying cost cutting is noticeable. The breakfast buffet for example is anything but - with a handful of items such as bread and rudimentary cereal laid out but anything substantial needs to be ordered and it arrives in due time in small portions. It's awkward to know how many times can one order in the circumstances. Another example occured when I changed some currency at the hotel. I expected the rate to be bad and it was, but this was not an issue. I am happy to pay for luxury and convenience. However, what irked me slightly was when the staff explained that there was no change so she couldn't give me 60 INR. It's a very small amount but I felt it was a liberty - imagine offering currency exchange at an exorbitant rate but you don't have currency. Other than that we had a good stay. The pool was stunning as was my beautiful club suite. It was a very generous size and beautifully designed with views over the pool and Delhi beyond - a real oasis in noisy and bustling Delhi. The club lounge is ok but not really worth paying for - the timings for high tea etc are so inconvenient that you won't be able to use them. Overall, this was still a good stay and probably the best hotel for the price in this part of town.

Había mosquitos por todas partes, lo juro. La zona donde se ubicaba el hotel era bastante desolada. Solo había una gasolinera cerca con una tienda de conveniencia que abría hasta tarde. El mercado en el sótano cierra a las 8 p. m., así que si no llegas, pues buena suerte. El edificio parece mucho más antiguo que en las fotos. Pero la hospitalidad del personal es bastante típica de la India; te ayudan con el equipaje y te atienden durante todo el proceso de registro. Las habitaciones eran bastante grandes en mi opinión; se notaba que eran algo antiguas en algunas zonas, pero no estaban mal para el precio pagado. En general, una estancia agradable, ya que quería alojarme cerca del Centro de Exposiciones Yashobhoomi.

Fire doors on landing out of sync Charged for buffet we were asked if taking dinner, told buffet or Japanese, chose Japanese, paid for directly and charged for buffet on bill. Good job husband went to check bill! Japanese restaurant good! Coffee in cafe bar good! Staff polite

El exterior parece muy lujoso, pero las instalaciones del interior son bastante antiguas. Se siente como al menos 20 años. El espacio de la habitación es relativamente grande, pero muchas de las cosas que contiene son viejas y antiguas. La temperatura es solo un poco por hora y el desayuno es bastante normal, pero se estima que a los indios locales les gustará.

This property has an excellent location with close proximity to shopping, dining & tourism. Restaurant has great food selection (buffet with many cook to order stations). Chef Nazir is great & extremly accommodating to special request overall wonderful service. Staff in all areas is well trained & shows 1st class hospitality. Only re commendation is to fix the glass doors of the bathrooms in the rooms. They have big gaps leading to lack of privacy. This should be on a priority list for the hotel management to address. Overall a great hotel!

The hotel itself was pleasant, but as an aviation enthusiast, my main reason for choosing it was the runway view in Delhi Airport. I had emailed months prior to my stay requesting a runway view for both rooms. However, upon check-in, I was informed that my room category does not offer a runway view, and I was instead given a garden view. Had this been communicated earlier, I would have considered booking Andaz Delhi by Hyatt, who had indicated they could accommodate my request. Clear and accurate communication is important, especially for guests with specific preferences. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow aviation enthusiasts who value transparency in such requests.

¡Qué hotel tan maravilloso! Tiene todo lo que puedas desear, y todo de primera calidad. El personal, en todos los niveles, es encantador. Ubicación: junto a una circunvalación muy transitada. No hubo problemas de ruido, pero no pude salir a dar un paseo por la zona; no hay adónde ir, salvo a zonas más alejadas en taxi, claro. Sin embargo, volvería a alojarme en este hotel una y otra vez.
