El buffet de desayuno era horrible, ¡absolutamente horrible! No había ni una sola pieza de pollo, y el 98% de la comida era india. Vimos a muchísimos extranjeros paseando por el buffet, mirando la comida sin saber qué comer. Lo impactante es que cuando pedimos en su restaurante, ¡la comida era cara, pero estaba deliciosa! Entonces, ¿cómo puede ser tan malo el buffet si la comida del restaurante es increíble? Realmente parece que lo están haciendo horrible a propósito para que la gente no lo coma. Además, las habitaciones estaban descuidadas y horribles; definitivamente no valían la pena. Lo único bueno fue el personal, que fue amable y educado. Pero en general, este lugar fue una gran decepción. ¡No volveré jamás!

My 7th stay at Roseate House in Delhi once again affirmed my fondness for this property. Despite the rooms being a bit small, the overall atmosphere of the hotel remains exceptionally welcoming, exuding a nice vibe that is notably ***aged by a youthful and dynamic team. The breakfast continues to be a highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with its quality and variety. However, after staying here over the last four years, I've noticed a lack of significant changes or updates to the rooms. To maintain its appeal and comfort, it's time for the hotel to consider some renovation work in the rooms, ensuring that the physical environment matches the high standards of service and hospitality that keep me coming back.

Hey guys I recently visited Holiday Inn in New Delhi and stayed there for two days. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The weather and overall ambiance made the experience even better. I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Delhi in the future.

The best hotel in India I have ever stayed. The staffs was great. The location was magnificent. The stay was unforgettable.

Llevo años alojándome en esta propiedad. El personal de recepción siempre es amable y servicial, y se emocionan al verme de nuevo. Me ofrecieron desayuno de cortesía y la comida estaba deliciosa, y el servicio fue maravilloso y amable. Me dieron una habitación grande, limpia y ordenada, y en recepción me preguntaban constantemente si necesitaba ayuda, lo cual fue muy reconfortante. Fire doors on landing out of sync Charged for buffet we were asked if taking dinner, told buffet or Japanese, chose Japanese, paid for directly and charged for buffet on bill. Good job husband went to check bill! Japanese restaurant good! Coffee in cafe bar good! Staff polite

El exterior parece muy lujoso, pero las instalaciones del interior son bastante antiguas. Se siente como al menos 20 años. El espacio de la habitación es relativamente grande, pero muchas de las cosas que contiene son viejas y antiguas. La temperatura es solo un poco por hora y el desayuno es bastante normal, pero se estima que a los indios locales les gustará.

This hotel location is 100% ideal but more than that is the service & hospitality. Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. As I was not happy with the room that was given even though I booked & paid for a nicer one, he immediately understood my valid concern & found a solution on the spot. Restaurant staff & food (many choices in buffet) are outstanding & my compliments to the chefs & management of the restaurant. Always a smile & always ready to assist. Great training & congratulations for a job well done!

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for transit travelers and business trips. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff provided excellent hospitality throughout my stay and were always professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and the dining experience overall was impressive. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool area. Overall, Pullman Aerocity offers a luxurious and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi.

Me alojé en el Andaz Hyatt Delhi y tuve una experiencia muy agradable en general. El hotel tiene un ambiente de resort que resulta relajante a pesar de estar en la ciudad, cerca del aeropuerto, y el servicio fue excelente durante toda la estancia. La seguridad también fue tranquilizadora, creando una sensación de seguridad y buen control. La habitación era espaciosa, cómoda y con un buen diseño; el espejo corredizo de cuerpo entero entre el baño y la cama es un punto a favor. La habitación cuenta con cortinas para el día y la noche. Sin embargo, hay un par de aspectos que se podrían mejorar: el suelo del baño puede ser bastante resbaladizo y se beneficiaría de mejores medidas antideslizantes, y la zona de desayuno suele estar muy concurrida, lo que provoca colas para conseguir mesa en las horas punta. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable con un excelente servicio y comodidad. 🙂
