The hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows allowed for a great nights sleep. The Spa experience was a brilliant way to relax after exploring the city.

La chambre était magnifique ! en fait plutôt un appartement qu'une chambre... dommage d'être seule pour en profiter, mais c'est le jeu quand on voyage pour le travail. Propre, et bien décoré, le seul bémol (de taile pourtant) est la difficulté à avoir de l'eau chaude. Un bug de chaudière certainement.

Como miembro Platinum de Bonvoy, no me di cuenta de que este hotel es en realidad propiedad de Marriott. La ubicación es muy buena. En el centro del casco antiguo, no se permite la entrada de vehículos al casco antiguo de Estrasburgo. Se puede aparcar. en el parking más cercano y deja que el hotel te recoja. Generalmente recomiendo Parking Indigo, pero personalmente creo que Parking Gutenberg es más conveniente.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I wouldn’t quite consider it a five-star experience. The building itself is beautiful, and the bed and sauna were both very comfortable. I also want to mention Sarah from the sauna team — she was extremely kind and helpful, which made a great impression. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room’s cleanliness. When we checked in, we noticed stains on the pillow, sheets, and duvet. We asked for the pillow to be replaced, but it seemed to be overlooked the first time. Even more surprisingly, the bedding didn’t appear to be changed the next day — the same stained pillow and sheets were still there, which was disappointing. We also accidentally spilled a bit of coffee on the bedside table one morning, and when we came back later that day, the stain was still there, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Lastly, a small detail — my surname, “Lin,” was misspelled as “Lim” twice. It’s a minor thing, but one I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this rating. In summary, while the property and facilities are lovely, the cleanliness and attention to detail fell short of what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

Magic, personal sorridente y cuidados pequeños para el cliente. Muy bonita habitación, limpia muy bien equipada. Flujo de champán a la llegada, pequeños bonbones pffert en la habitación y una delicada atención al inicio.El spa es muy bueno, limpio, piscina, sauna, hammam y la posibilidad de hacer cuidados.El restaurante, por decirlo, excepcional, refinado, sorprendente, Un verdadero delicioso. room size is decent, location is around 800m from train station, a 10-15 min walk, great location as it's near a lot of cafes and restaurants if you are taking check-in luggages, you might have it harder when dragging the luggage wheel through stoney paths surrounding the hotel. closet has no bidet, as european standard, so if you need it, you might consider taking portable electric bidet, water flow is abit small but it's just personal preferences, other than that everything is good

We loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Our room was lovely and we appreciated the complimentary water and the little treats left during turn down service. The hotel is a short walk from the pretty town centre and we loved the spa. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and very high quality food, all served with a smile. We’ll definitely be back, thank you.
