I can't praise Sindabezi enough, and I don't see how anywhere else in Vic Falls can possibly be better. Gorgeous location on an island, surrounded by the mighty Zambesi river, from where we spotted hippos, elephants, giraffe, waterbuck, impala and a host of fascinating birdlife without leaving the deck! The service, the food and beverages, accommodation are all excellent. The staff are a special highlight - you are appointed a valet for the duration of your stay and a guide for your activities. Both were brilliant and quickly became trusted friends. The resort manager was highly attentive, competent, and caring. If you're going in winter, bring a warm layer for the early mornings and sitting around the camp fire in the evenings, but don't worry about getting cold in the open-setting chalets at night as you'll be well wrapped up in thick duvets including hot water bottles! The days are warm-to-hot and t-shirts are fine. The activities are fantastic - I suggest doing at least one a day. We started with a sunrise boat trip on the first day, toured the Vic Falls next day, and ended our trip with a safari game drive where a family of elephants came right up to our vehicle. The tour of the local village was a highlight.

The environment is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can easily communicate with the front desk to help arrange your itinerary, including booking a ride to the Kazungula border for entry into Botswana. The breakfast is clean and satisfying. There’s even a pizza oven in the kitchen where you can enjoy freshly made pizzas! During my stay, I could also watch the Euro Cup matches here. There’s a bar at the hotel as well—perfect for relaxing in the evening and meeting new people. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Great value for money, lovely surroundings, and genuinely kind staff. Highly recommended!

Excelente habitación junto al río y un maravilloso resort en general. El personal es excepcionalmente amable y atento. Los jardines y los alrededores del resort están bien cuidados. La piscina es un gran lugar para relajarse en una tarde soleada, el restaurante y el bar ofrecen excelentes comidas y bebidas refrescantes. Se llena bastante los fines de semana y con grupos grandes, pero puedes entender por qué una vez que pruebes las instalaciones. Además del resort, también es el hogar de Safpar, que tiene muchas opciones diferentes para viajar por el río Zambeze y las cataratas. Elegimos el combo de flotador por el río, safari y crucero al atardecer (alrededor de $180) y valió totalmente la pena. Definitivamente volveré a pasar por allí la próxima vez que esté en la ciudad.

En general, para ser un hostal, ¡fue una buena experiencia! No me preocupaba la seguridad, ya que teníamos una caja fuerte en la habitación lo suficientemente grande como para guardar objetos de valor como portátiles. Sin embargo, al ser un hostal, la limpieza de la habitación y los baños compartidos era regular, pero suficiente para una estancia de una noche. El restaurante tenía un servicio muy lento porque todo se prepara al momento. Esperé unos 45 minutos para el desayuno cuando solo una persona había pedido antes que yo. Dicho esto, estaba delicioso. Creo que este hostal tiene una ubicación excelente cerca del aeropuerto y agradecí el servicio de recogida gratuito en el aeropuerto y el transporte diario a las cataratas.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. El hotel está muy bien decorado y con todas las comodidades. Sólo dos propuestas de mejora: 1) Se necesita desesperada una señal en la carretera principal y en la conexión T para mostrar dónde está el lugar. 2) Ponga un secador de pelo en la habitación.

The property is cute and has a wonderful and clean pool with lots of seating choices. Breakfast is great. The staff are all very kind and always ask if you need anything. Rooms a good and very clean. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main street which can be exhausting when it’s 30c+ outside but otherwise in, what looks like, a good neighbourhood. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone

El hotel está muy bien situado, el personal muy amable, el desayuno era muy escrupuloso. Desde los desventajas es la falta de TV y algunas comodidades, como la toalla, el secador de pelo o un cabello de rubí. Además de las inconvenientes menores, recomendaría el lugar!
