No había coreanos, no, no había gente en absoluto... así que fue un viaje familiar muy divertido. Me alegra que pudiéramos divertirnos. ㅎㅎ

Gia đình mình mất 3 tiếng đợi để Trip và khách sạn xác nhận đặt phòng. Cảnh quan resort đẹp nhưng trang thiết bị đã xuống cấp. Phòng tắm tráng nước yếu, không có nước nóng, tất cả mọi người đều không tắm được, phải choàng áo về phòng.

La habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación estaba muy bien. ”No hay habitación, si quieres cambiar, tienes que esperar ...” Me decepcionó con un poco de dinero gastado pero devolví la actitud de servicio que no vale la pena.

We stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer.

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

I specifically went to do some paddleboarding on the lake as the photos showed lots of paddle boards and kayaks. They only had one paddle board that was so old I was worried it might deflate in the middle of the lake. I didn't realise you have to pay for the kayak hire and a staff member has to either go with you or wait for you on the dock so my dreams of exploring the lake were dashed. There isn't much else to do there and it was difficult communicating with the staff (than God for Google translate!) so I couldn't organise anything. Beautiful spot though if you just want to eat and relax.

La piscina mineral es muy valiosa, especialmente el baño mineral en el balcón, que es una característica muy única y agradable, mientras que disfruta de la vista es realmente relajador. El personal es amable, alegre y bienvenido, lo que hace que la estancia sea aún más agradable. En general, es un gran destino para relajarse, aliviar el estrés y el bienestar, y definitivamente un lugar que vale la pena visitar de nuevo.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.

very neat, clean, efficient and minimalistic room design. i love the futuristic vibe! great lightning all over with smart design. every minute spent at Tru by Sojo was worth it. good view from a big window, cable TV, mini bar, cleaning room (50k VND per use), gym. i just love how efficient the hotel room is, chef’s kiss! decent breakfast for the price. just pho and the basic american breakfast. staffs are decent, relatively young. they have interesting books in the lobby, too. recommended, fairly high price nevertheless.
