The affordable price reflects the hotel’s desperate need for renovations. The first room we were given smelled strongly of stale cigarettes even though it’s marked as a non-smoking room. The second room smelled ok but the window was broken, the bathroom toilet & shower were chipped and stained, and the bed wasn’t super comfortable (just felt like an old mattress). The hallway carpets don’t look like they’re ever vacuumed. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but it appeared to offer waffles, juice, and some assorted muffins & fruit. The staff was nice.

Hands down absolutely the best hotel and staff I've encountered in a long time. And I've been to some pretty good ones. clean, nice up to date hotel and rooms. Access to channels if you want to watch television. Plenty of plugins for your electronic devices. Lots of lighting in the the rooms. Then, there's the breakfast, absolutely the most options of ever seen at a continental style breakfast at a hotel. Everything was appesred fresh. Everything tasted good. Plenty of options even if you have allergies. Convenient hours for breakfast also. Starting with a front desk staff, I should have mentioned, they were super friendly, helpful and patient. This Meridian location has a nice little selection for snacks, microwave small meals and other amenities. If you're traveling, this is so nice, not to have to drive and to somewhere else. If you forgot something or have an urge for a diet Coke. They even have a a filtered drinking fountain to fill our big water cups, plus a lemon water with ice dispenser in the lobby. We will be staying here again.

El hotel tiene una habitación con 2 camas de tamaño real para 3 días. Ella estaba muy bien acomodada y dijo que ella sería la que haría las tareas de la habitación que haría una nota para asegurarse de que se tratara. Cuando llegamos, el auditor nocturno, Robert, actuó como si nos hiciera un favor ”encontrándonos” una habitación en la zona solicitada ...Cuando entramos en la habitación tenía 1 cama de tamaño rey y nos cansamos demasiado de la conducción para volver y solicitar un cambio. El tubo/ducha era imposible para mí porque era demasiado alto y no tenemos manejos para usar. De nuevo, se mencionaron cuestiones de movilidad y, obviamente, se ignoraron. Los flores dentales usados en el cubby bajo el sofá también fueron agradables El coche de cocina está fuera de nuestra habitación a las 6:45 de la mañana del viernes.

La habitación es grande, el entorno es muy tranquilo, más cómodo que los hoteles de los mismos niveles de Holiday Inn los días anteriores. La desayuno es rica.

FairBridge looks like an older hotel, but Management has done a good job of keeping it clean, maintained and have worked to update rooms (finishes, furnishings, digital PTAC's, etc.). My one night stay was comfortable, room was clean and well put together. Complimentary breakfast for a property of this size was sufficient with two Golden Malted waffle makers, cold and instant hot cereals, boiled eggs, fruit (apples this time of year), coffee, teas, milk and at least one juice choice. Though the hotel was quiet on the night of my stay, I would guess given the age of original construction, sound proofing is not likely up to current standards, so if one is overly sensitive to outside disturbances, it may not be the right choice during peak ski season. But for the rest of us, is absolutely satisfactory.

I didnt use amenities. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was decent, clean. Comfortable bed. Spacious. The only downside was the fact that the walls joined the elevator which was a bit noisy. Good hotel to stay at. Close to food/beverage/downtown. Well done Boise!

Check in was 3:00pm. I arrived at 5:15pm. There is no map of hotel and parking around hotel available for guest to review. Took 15 minutes to fine a hotel layout which didn't help. Walked into a used room. Nobody cleaned it up by 5:30pm I was told it would be 30 minutes at least to clean it up. Manager complained about higher workers (not my problem). Phone in room was flashing red light for messages, but there was not messages. Front desk person came up to verify it was not working correctly and took phone out of room. Sink dripped water all night. Put hand towel in sink to quiet the noise. Harley Davidson bar within 100 feet of hotel and the noise echoed through room most of night. Only things good was staff listening and responding and the breakfast. Bananas went quickly.

Wonderful Stay at Splash Canyon Hotel We had a wonderful experience at Splash Canyon Hotel, from check-in all the way through check-out. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our room, bed, and bathroom were spotless, and there were plenty of thoughtful amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly nice, cheerful, and welcoming. Their friendly service really made a difference. And the breakfast was wonderful—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of choices. Honestly, the overall quality and service were better than some 4- and 5-star hotels we’ve stayed at in America. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

La habitación era limpia y nos sorprendió la mini cocina. Los niños realmente disfrutaban de la piscina. Apreciamos las toallas extras en la piscina. Los cons eran: el fondo de la piscina era bastante crudo. Tengo la necesidad de tracción, pero se desgasta los pies de mis niños. No había un tubo caliente. El garaje de estacionamiento que se acompaña al hotel está abierto al público, por lo que si se produce un evento popular en el centro (es decir, la caída de la patata del Año Nuevo) el garaje se llenará mientras usted estaba fuera de otro lugar. Dejando que usted tiene que encontrar otro lugar para estacionar aunque usted pagó por estacionar en esa garaje.
