It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

El hotel está situado junto a un gran parque con vistas panorámicas. Está a dos paradas de autobús de Cracovia, y la parada está a solo dos minutos de la entrada, lo que lo hace muy práctico. Hay varios hoteles cerca y un pequeño supermercado cerca. Me encantó la decoración de la habitación, y el baño también estaba muy limpio.

El hotel es muy bueno. Me gustaba el restaurante. Tomamos un lujo, todos nos alegramos. El hotel tiene un problema en el SPA: 1) trabajando sólo desde las 16:00 2) vendiendo suscripciones para acceder a su SPA a ”ancianos” locales que viven en una ciudad vecina, así que hay muchas personas que no pueden comportarse normalmente en la noche. En general, no espera un descanso tranquilo en el SPA!

Mi estancia en el Hotel Wyspiański fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegué, quedé impresionado por su excelente ubicación en el corazón de Cracovia. Está situado a pocos pasos de la plaza principal (Rynek Główny) y de otros puntos de interés como la Basílica de Santa María y el Castillo de Wawel. Esto hace que sea el lugar perfecto para explorar la ciudad a pie, sin necesidad de depender del transporte público. El personal del hotel merece una mención especial. Desde la recepción hasta el servicio de limpieza, todos fueron extremadamente amables, atentos y profesionales. Siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier solicitud, ya fuera recomendaciones de restaurantes o información sobre tours locales. Su calidez y hospitalidad hicieron que mi estancia fuera aún más agradable. Las habitaciones son otro punto fuerte del Hotel Wyspiański. Son espaciosas, cómodas y están decoradas con colores vibrantes que le dan un toque moderno y acogedor. La cama era muy cómoda, lo que me permitió descansar perfectamente después de un día de turismo. Además, la habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y contaba con todas las comodidades necesarias, como un escritorio, TV de pantalla plana y un baño moderno solo le faltaba artículos de aseo personal. La comida del restaurante genial.

Location: it’s around 700m walk from a tram station, takes a while to get to city centre. There’s a bus station that is just next to the hotel for going to the airport. Room is okay spacious. Kettle and coffee etc, WiFi, hangers, TV provided. No hair dryer/ fridge. WiFi connection is quite weak tho. Hygiene is okay.

SI HACE FRÍO Y NO ES INVIERNO...CAMBIA DE HOTEL!!! Estructura nueva y limpia, sin embargo no puedo evitar dar solo dos estrellas porque para mí NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO que nieve afuera y no hay calefacción en las habitaciones porque ”es abril”. Si hubiera querido dormir con un gorro de lana y una camiseta térmica habría elegido un camping, no un hotel. Me dieron un pequeño calentador que de poco o nada sirvió... la sola idea de darme una ducha en un. La habitación fría me hizo sentir mal. Lo que se suponía que serían unas vacaciones perfectas gracias a ellos fue un estrés.

Relaxed Hampton hotel with parking option (surcharged, if remember correctly, but not too expensive). Nice location for Auschwitz, Krakau, Trip to Ukraine / Slovakia and Energylandia. Very friendly and kind staff at reception and breakfast buffet. Buffet is very decent and everybody will be served plenty (cold cuts, yoghurt + musli, fruits, eggs + sausages, all coffee types (incl. cappuccino). Trip.com was cheaper than booking in hotel, better to compare! For us best option around - checked also other hotels around, but here you get a Hilton daughter quality for just a bit more than other options around. Room was clean, bed comfy (bit on soft side). Fitness room has multifunctional machine + dumbbells and bench + cardio options - enough! Nice hotel, fully recommend!

Hotel is pretty decent for the price. In terms of positives, the rooms are pretty good. The pool/ sauna are good. I've been to hotels with pools more like paddling pools, but this one you could actually swim lengths in. It was busy around the evening (5-8), but dead in the morning which meant I could have a nice relaxing swim. Reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent enough, though a bit expensive in my opinion. The big downside for a visitor to Krakow is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Around 20 minutes in a taxi to the centre. There's a bus stop outside the hotel, but the only buses which stop there don't go to the centre meaning a connection is needed. Nearest small supermarket around a 7/8 minute walk and there's a big shopping mall 15 minutes by foot. I stayed for work so was happy enough. First time visitors to the city would be better off getting something closer/ better connected to the centre.
