The hotel is neat and appears quite new, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was swift and hassle-free. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited, but the servings were generous and satisfying. On the downside, the door to my room was already defective and had to be opened manually using the physical key. The toilet bowl was also initially not functioning upon arrival. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow during the stay. The air conditioner could also not be adjusted using the remote control, which made it inconvenient to regulate the room temperature.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel, and one of its biggest strengths is definitely the location. It's situated in a very convenient area with easy access to transportation, shops, and key attractions, making it a great base for exploring the city. What stood out the most was the abundance of restaurants nearby. Within just a short walk, there are plenty of dining options ranging from causal eateries to more upscale spots. It made meals incredibly easy and added a lot to the overall experience. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the checkin process was smooth. the room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel-especially if you value a great location and having lots of food options right at your doorstep.

One major issue was the air conditioning – it simply wasn't cold enough, which was especially uncomfortable during the summer heat. If you plan to visit during warmer months, I suggest looking at other options or ensuring you have a room with better cooling. Overall, the inn has a cozy vibe, but the lack of sufficient cooling and some other minor inconveniences make it hard to give a higher rating. Consider your needs carefully before booking.

Very affordable price and decent cleanliness. The location is a bit off since it’s on an inner street and the road going there is a bit bumpy, but the stay itself was comfortable. D The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super cozy! The mattress, pillows, and comforter were all good quality, so I slept really well. The room and bathroom were spacious, and I liked that the room had a balcony. The aircon worked well for a good night’s sleep. There’s also a small gym on second floor, but don’t expect much as this a budget hotel. Breakfast was simple but good, the chicken tocino was especially good for me. Overall, definitely worth it for the price you pay.

I have travel all iver the world and stay in many hotels and I can honestly say that the staff are exceptional in evthey do..made to feel so welcome and before even ask gor anything needed they already offer you it.yes marks Sheena and other 2gentlemen work there are truly the best staff I've had in any hotel ...brilliant at their job and go above and beyond. I ca by recommend this hotel enough..Wirth every penny..I'll be staying there every time back in gensan...tha k you so much for your help service and lovely manners impeccable work...excellent 10 out of 10..from Davie a well traveled scotsman...

El hotel está muy bien situado cerca de los centros de atención al cliente y de los hospitales y de muchos restaurantes. Sólo al menos en la parte inferior de nuestra estancia son las renovaciones que se están realizando en nuestra habitación, pero se detiene durante la noche. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. ¡En general, un lugar recomendado para permanecer en GenSan!

Mis sugerencias, si viaja a la ciudad de Gensan, elija el hotel Georgia. La razón es que es fácil entrar en contacto con la felicidad, cerca del parque público/ terminal de autobús/ 7-11/Mit. Supermercado/ Jollibee Alimentos rápidos/ hospital privado/ sala de gobierno ...... Y a un precio más barato, puedes pagar 24h/ 700php

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado y el personal es muy amable.

Me and my partner, enjoyed the pool and how clean and convenient the location was.. so easy to book a grab to anywhere. The price was justifiable. Although their resto/bar has a breakfast cut off you can still enjoy a nice breakfast in their cafe. The lobby and other parts were was extremely instagramable. Perfect for a short staycation.
