Please inform customers before you change the rooms for them. I had booked mine for the bath, then you gave me a different room on arrival, not even explaining why you had to change the rooms. So I had to see staff at the reception again after checking to sort it out. In the end, i got the room with the bath.I am sorry to say that your place smelt musty that is not right for accommodation for the health and safety reasons. I have also found mould in the bathroom you might want to look at. Hope all gets sorted soon. Thanks. Best.

酒店很新，房間中規中矩。就是前台服務的印度人女士很隨意，説了換牛奶瓶，記錄房間號，半夜也沒人，還是攜程給力馬上溝通後處理。附近離漁業局很近，領鮑魚刀可以去布拉夫試***，我那天風浪太大撈不到。鮑魚刀但是記得還回漁業局。

El hotel es absolutamente rentable en el área de Te Anau y se puede reservar por menos de 800 la noche durante la temporada alta del Festival de Primavera. La habitación tiene su propia cocina donde puedes cocinar y comer estofado, y la habitación es grande y está bien equipada con microondas. El estacionamiento es muy conveniente y se puede estacionar afuera de las ventanas del piso al techo de la habitación, lo cual es muy adecuado para conducir hasta el fiordo temprano en la mañana.

El lugar muy bonito si. Limpio, comodo, moderno, pero hay un folder donde entre otras reglas indica que de deben lavar y guardar los platos y utensilios de cocina que se utiliza, porque si tienen que limpiar mucho al hacer uno el check-out ”charges might apply” así tal cual lo dice. O sea que si tiene cocina y uno la utiliza pues debe dejar limpio Todo sino le cobran según su ”criterio” de cuán sucio esta. Mal eso, mal 👎🏻

Excelente valor para el motel de dinero. Limpia y cómoda. Reservaría de nuevo.

Was priced very cheap - room clean but very dated , camp kitchen needed a good scrubbing, broken amenities and no washing machine working - BUT hospitality was great and restaurant attached gave us one of the nicest and cheapest meals we had - took some famous sausages to cook away with us. We were in hostel so was cheapest accommodation they had - 4 people room was only $100

Es un lugar limpio y tranquilo. El servicio y la comida son excelentes. Un inconveniente es que el aislamiento no es perfecto. Se oye a alguien charlando en las habitaciones contiguas y ruidos como ronquidos por la noche.

There's a laundry machine that is free for guests to use! Nothing else much to shout about. But it's clean, convenient and the free milk and usage of laundry machine is much appreciated.

Th only drawback is that there is no air conditioner in summer and the fan provided cannot rotate. 

1、酒店位置和設施非常不錯，在南島的最南端，酒店正對着大海，酒店門口就是網紅打卡地。距離因弗卡吉爾市區大約30來公里，距離去斯圖爾特島的乘船碼頭僅約3公里，早上乘船去斯圖爾特島非常方便。我們頭一天從達尼丁一路沿海自駕，由於路上玩的太嗨導致抵達酒店已晚上十點，酒店門口和後面停車很方便，前台自取鑰匙後入住房間。 2、服務極好！早餐廳服務員非常耐心細緻！她居然給小朋友們做了三種不同做法的雞蛋，非常感謝！ 3、另外要特別感謝酒店老闆和他的團隊！我們第二天乘船繼續向南，到新西蘭第三大島斯圖爾特島住了兩晚，後回程自駕經皇后鎮等地又住了兩晚抵達基督城。直到在基督城期間才發現小朋友最愛的玩偶不見了，小朋友非常難過。我們拚命回憶最終想起玩偶應該是掉在酒店房間床下了。抱着忐忑打電話給老闆，老闆非常耐心和友好地聽我們説明情況後就安排同事去房間找到玩偶，然後第一時間給我們回電確認並按照我們的需求請同事發快遞到我們後續兩天將要入住的奧克蘭酒店，快遞比我們早抵達奧克蘭，老闆進一步和奧克蘭酒店聯繫並幫我們確認落實快遞已收到。我們致電老闆表達謝意並要求付款快遞費等費用，老闆卻表示這是個小事情且不需要我們付費。以至我們非常不好意思和心懷感激！ 在異國他鄉，能住這樣的酒店，能遇到這樣的老闆和他的同事們，感覺已經超過了住宿本身，讓我們深深感受到的是朋友和家人般的關懷！期待下次旅行能在布拉夫多住一段！
