My stay at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan was just okay. The location is convenient and the hotel looks nice from the outside, but overall the experience was quite average. The room was acceptable and generally clean, though nothing really stood out. Some facilities felt basic and could use better maintenance. Service was fine, but not particularly memorable. Overall, it’s an okay option for a short stay, but there’s room for improvement.

Very old building, old facilities.. but overall still a good stay 1. The escalator was too old, it took at least 1min to get the door opened.. please upgrade a better lift 2. We stayed in Fushcia building, big room, with living room, dining area, a queen size bed, a dressing area, spacious bathroom, a bathtub - cost for RM290/night on a weekend. I feel is worthy. Given shampoo, shower gel, lotion, muji toothbrush and colgate toothpaste, shower cap, vanity kit and sanitary bag. Also, in the cupboard, there is laundry bag and slippers. Only the heater will automatically stop working after sometimes when we shower. Overall worth a 3/5 for me. 3. Talking about the activities, limited. No shows, no fun, no vibes. Suggest to revamp and reopen to attract more local tourists. Current situation is, most locals come for one day trip and foreign tourists only will choose to stay here. Without fun activities, there will not be much reputation built

Room have no towel. Was advise by the receptionist that the towel will be sent to room. But no response at all. Waited almost 3 hours no one sent. The room provided iron with international plug,but there is no international plug slot in the homestays. Tried call the receptionist so many times using the phone provided by no one answered at all. Was very disappointed as ended wearing shirt without ironing it. Check out time- I saw towels hanging out at the door (outside) but they doesn't inform or the room bell was not ring. The washroom is very dark as one of the light is not functioning. Overall,it was a disappoinment stays.

The location is excellent, directly opposite ECM Mall. However, upon entering the room, I noticed that the refrigerator was switched off, which resulted in an unpleasant odor when it was opened. I recommend ensuring that the refrigerator is thoroughly cleaned and turned on when preparing the room for guests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuantan.

El hotel estaba bien, y la habitación era limpia y cómoda. Sin embargo, el calefactor de agua en mi habitación era decepcionante. Sólo quedó caliente por unos minutos antes de que se convierta en frío, y no estoy seguro por qué. El desayuno estaba bien, pero las máquinas de café a menudo no estaban en servicio. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, pero el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. En general, la experiencia es buena, pero hay espacio para mejoras.

Excelente servicio del amable equipo del hotel. ¡Fueron muy amables y serviciales! La habitación con vista al mar era agradable y estaba limpia. Hay una gran variedad de cocinas para desayunar, y me encanta que incluyeran una variedad de kuihs malasios, ¡lo cual me trae un toque de nostalgia! El servicio de habitaciones es un poco caro, pero vale la pena. La playa y la piscina también están limpias. En general, una estancia muy agradable y relajante.

This hotel took a bit longer to check in even though there were not many guests to entertain. I arrived around 7.00pm but they said my room is ”not ready” yet (but she said housekeeping was done earlier). Check-in counter is at Jade tower (tower 2)..but we need to park at Tower 7 and stay at Tower 1. What?? To me this is so ridiculous.. and then, when I'm about to enter my room, I found the card is not functioning..I REPEAT, I CANNOT ENTER MY ROOM AND I NEED TO WAIT AROUND ONE HOUR WITH THE KIDS IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. But after someone came, he used his master card to open my door and asked me to update my own card ”when I'm free” at Tower 2. Why do I need to go through this hassle and make it so complicated?? I feel very disappointed and tired to entertain all this nonsense. However, luckily this room is well maintained & clean..

Situated in the heart of Pekan city, this hotel offers comfortable and ambience stay at affordable price. The room is equipped with iron, ironing board,bathtub, safe box, refrigator and working space (business table and chair). Outside facilities including swimming pools (adult, kids) and playground. Free parking is provided. Additional cost: RM 35 for breakfast buffet (adults)

The hotel feels a bit dated, and some areas could definitely use better upkeep. The room showed signs of age, and cleanliness was inconsistent, with clutter and worn furniture noticeable in common areas. That said, it was still acceptable for a short stay. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and basic amenities were available and functioning. Staff were polite and helpful when approached, which made the experience smoother. While it’s not a place that stands out for comfort or modern design, it does provide what you need at a basic level. With some improvements in maintenance and housekeeping, it could be much better. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re not too picky and mainly need a place to rest.

Good hotel for last minute booking. Value for money. Next time will come again to stay here as its location is strategic at the down town. recommended.
