Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

Llegue y todo el personal super amable, el papeleo en la recepción fue rápida eso me agrada, estacionamiento generoso y techado con personal en la pluma , el desayuno buffete cumple bien con las expectativas, la habitación muy agradable y amplia, a muy pocos minutos del centro histórico.

El hotel está muy bien gestionado, y las habitaciones son ruidosas y se vuelven aún peores el jueves, cuando celebran un evento que no termina hasta las 11:30. Si estás cansado y esperas dormir, buena suerte. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El restaurante está abierto a las 9:30 y el restaurante ya está cerrado. Es una vergüenza porque el lugar es hermoso y los camareros eran muy bonitos, pero la mala gestión y la limpieza deja toda la experiencia abajo.

This hotel is in the best location in town- it is in the Zocalo and next to the church. There are so many shops and restaurants downstairs. The room is very large and clean. On the downside, we were very surprised to find out our room has no windows. To an average US traveler, bedrooms are assumed to have windows, unless spelled out otherwise. I don't know this is due to a cultural difference. But this hotel is owned by IHG, which is a US-based, global hotel chain. I think they are held to a higher standard. We eventually paid a higher than advertised price for a windowed room. But the whole experience put a black mark on this otherwise great hotel.

A beautiful hotel, the property is clean and with many restaurants and amenities. The building has this old and classic style that really resonates with the city. Buffet breakfast has a lot options, and at nights we got a canapé party, they serve wine if you want alcohol. I only tried one of the restaurants, mole was delicious. The only downside was the location, it's not bad but there is nothing around, Uber is your best bet to move around and you get pretty fast to downtown or other areas. Room was nice and perfect. Thanks gor the great stay.

Desde que me encontré en ...un pesadilla completo, hice mi reserva y me pagó en línea con Trip y me dijeron al personal del hotel que no tenían registro de pago y no me permitirían entrar, hasta que llamé viaje y después de 1 hora me permitieron entrar. También quería pedir servicio de habitaciones, no había menús y su “servicio en línea” no funcionaba... las habitaciones son un poco viejas y su ac no funcionaba ni sorpresa... Hay muchas opciones en Puebla ... no te molestes quedarse aquí es muy sobrevalorado....

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.

📍The location is really good, same area for a big commercial area: restaurants, bars, stores, gym… 🅿️The parking lot is shared with the mall, don’t forget to ask the reception desk to validate your parking ticket. 👩🏻💻The lady from the front desk was really helpful and friendly 🛏️ The room has the basic equipment, the bed is really comfortable and they offer 2 kinds of pillows: soft and middle hard 🍳The breakfast is good, you can order eggs to your liking, there is fruit, bread, etc.
