I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the experience even better. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I really appreciated the complimentary water and the overall attention to guest comfort. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The reception staff was extremely helpful, from guiding me around the city to any other requests I had I was unwell on my last days in Yangon and the staff helped me with a late checkout I appreciate all their help and assistance and extremely good service The hotel is in the middle of china town and lots of shops and hawkers for food and fresh fruit are around Hotel is walking distance to downtown and sule pagoda

Lotte Hotel Yangon is an outstanding place to stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and beautiful views of Inya Lake. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent—especially the gym, swimming pool, and breakfast selection. The location is also convenient, peaceful, and safe. Overall, it offers great value for the quality and service provided. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Yangon.

La habitación era pequeña, pero luminosa y limpia. La insonorización era deficiente. El personal era amable, pero completamente inflexible con las normas. Mi hora de entrada era a las 14:00 y completé el trámite a la 13:40, pero no me dejaron entrar. Además, me llamaron más de una hora antes de la salida para recordármelo. Si iban a respetar la hora de entrada, ¿no estaría bien llamar 15 minutos antes de la salida, ya que los huéspedes solo pueden salir hasta las 12:00?

Friendly staff, nice pool. Breakfast was passable but nothing special. Biggest complaint - despite all rooms being non smoking, my room absolutely STANK of stale cigarettes. They offered me a can of air freshener spray which covered up the issue for all of 10 minutes. By the time I checked out all my clothes had picked up the smell of stale smoke and made everything in my suitcase smell too.

It was awesome. All the staffs are very polite, sweet and making us happy. Always asking “ how may we help, Di you need anything? Or something? Immediately they all responded and meet our needs like water, iron, iron board, AC, whatever we asked for helps and questions, their front desk response was awesome. I would like to give credit to Mr. Tommy and his team working at the front desk, Myat Noe, Moe, Mo, Su Sint, Pan, Leon, Sa, Than, May, Pyle and Zun working at the breakfast…! They were so amazing. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. It’s formerly known as Rosewood Yangon and now reopened for 8 months. Everything is excellent, very friendly, patient and helpful staff, extraordinary service. The hotel’s history dates back to 1927 so it’s absolutely a historical building. The decoration is very exquisite, breakfast is tasty and there are many choices. The location is also good and safe, very near to Sule Plaza, General Post Office and British Embassy. On terrace you can see the river view. I want to especially express my gratitude to Vanessa and Swar, they provided me with a lot of detailed information so I can know more about this hotel, this city and this country. Please make sure they can receive this feedback and my appreciation! Meanwhile, the front desk Moo Thaw, Luca showed me the hospitality. Next time I come to Yangon, I would consider choosing this hotel again, and also I will recommend it to my friends. Hope you can keep this level 😃

They didn’t update their menu price which is they should definitely do it . Always no toilet paper . Never clear the dirty plate . Let them wash my dirty clothes and the smell so bad . Never dry properly. Never help me with my luggage when I check in . They just looking at me I pull my 2 luggage plus other heavy stuff on my own . Price increase everyday .

Хорошее расположение. Идеальная чистота. Замечательный просторный номер с большим санузлом, в душевой кабине которого стенки не давят (единственно - дверца открывается внутрь. Минус обслуживания номера - отсутствует прайс на бар. По завтракам: Выбор по меню на 5+ (только убрать картинки, они путают. Если бы были ко всем пунктам, то класс, а так не нужны. Когда буфет - скудно, но поесть можно (кстати поэтому 4). С моим плохим английским случайно заказали лишние блюда, но нас за это не ”поругали”, нет так нет. Несколько непонятно различие в приготовлении кофе капучино, один раз делалось в баре, второй - на столе из ковшиков. Бирманский час - класс, но в последний раз не дождался.
