UUsuario invitadoAmazing holiday I have even had! Free flow alcohol and food from 7am till 2am in the morning….food is absolutely delicious!! We don’t feel crowded at the resort even though the hotel is full of guests. Staff are very friendly and warm that make you feel home and don’t want to leave the hotel. Hotel has lots of activities and shows every day and night, believe me….you don’t get bored if you decide to stay in the hotel and not go anywhere! Love this hotel and we are planning to coming back soon!! Well done 👍🏼

UUsuario invitadoThis resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on.
What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience.
If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience.
Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

UUsuario anónimoOtel konumu itibariyle hem side antik kentine hem şehir merkezine çok yakın, bu durum görece küçük bir alana kurulu otelden dışarı çıkabilmeniz için iyi bir fırsat. Ayrıca kaliteli bir konaklama da sağlıyor. Side’nin en güzel tarafı sahili, o bakımdan otel içindeki havuz bana hitap etmiyor zaten çoğu yabancı turist ile dolu olan havuz kalabalık da.
Her gün plaj için temiz havlu imkanı sağlanıyor.
Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve ilgili. Ala carte restoranlar ise çok kaliteli.
Otel ile alakalı söyleyebileceğim küçük olumsuz yorumlar şunlar olabilir:
1- Restoranda içecek almak için garsonlara sipariş vermeniz gerekiyor, garsonların sayısı da epey fazla yani sipariş için geliyorlar yanınıza ancak bu durum dar alanda oldukça kalabalığa sebebiyet veriyor. Misafirlerin içeceklerini kendi de alabileceği bir sistem kurmaları yemek alanını rahatlatabilir.
2-Sahilde şemsiyeler güneşten tam koruma sağlamıyor, bu da güneşlenmekten çok güneşte yanmaya sebep oluyor, tenteler bu konuda her zaman daha iyi
3- Banyoda misafirlere özel diş macunu ya da diş fırçası konulmamış ayrıca saç kremi de yoktu (ancak şampuan ve duş jeli mevcut)

MMariamNabWe have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience.
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area.
However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

SSteven KuhnEl hotel es un hotel de gran tamaño con al menos tres edificios y apartamentos separados.
La reparación general del hotel fue baja: pintura de chipping en el lobby, madera en bobina en la recepción, trim rota en la habitación, etc.
El gran plus fue la piscina tranquila para aquellos que no quieren gritar niños y música alta.
No un fan de fuera de los hoteles, no restaurantes ni cafés para hablar de, sólo compras, que entiendo: ¿qué es el punto cuando todo es inclusivo?
En todo un bonito estancia, el alcohol de primas estaba disponible y a medianoche hasta 3AM comida.

ППавел ИнгликовHotel tranquilo, animación en la playa, a 10 minutos a pie desde el hotel hasta el canto de Revy, una entrada de agua afilada, sin pies a 2 metros de la orilla, sin hamacas gratis, 90% de las regulaciones alimentarias rotas o incluso insuficientes. Se verá que el hotel solía ser muy bueno, pero las prisas y las covid reparaciones (personal en la playa, animadores, toallas y hamacas se mantienen) acabó con las ganas de volver aquí. Hicimos un buen descuento, por lo que la relación calidad / precio es muy satisfactoria.

UUsuario invitadoWhen you inter to the hotel’s reception it is completely disappointing, very old fashioned and bad smelly couches and chairs. Foods are average. This hotel is absolutely not for young couples, it is suitable for families with children, however there is no any entertainment for children. Overall a good option for families with children and low budget.

UUsuario invitadoThis resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good.
That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English.
Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room.
Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid.
If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
