This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

Очень красивый свежий бутик отель прямо в центре старого города. Есть свой небольшой пляж с лежаками. Номера просторные оформлены в модном экостиле. Единственный нюанс - невозможно подъехать на арендованной машине к отелю, так как на Территории старого города могут передвигаться только такси. Мы припарковались на парковке и доехали до отеля (около 1 км) на карте за 90 TL с человека.

No me voy a volver a la misma casa, así que gracias a un descanso.

El hotel Labranda, que nos fuimos a tres familias para el fin de semana, es un hotel de paz, un paraíso dedicado a servirle con todas sus posibilidades para disfrutar de un gran tiempo de descanso y de diversión, y todos los trabajadores están tan felices de que se sienten especiales. Trabajan para felicitarlos a todos por su buena calidad y su bufete abierto, muy bien servido, comida especial y limpia, excelentes habitaciones, camas muy cómodas, muy cómodas, muy cómodas, esperamos que vuelvan a vernos lo antes posible.

El hotel es un hotel de gran tamaño con al menos tres edificios y apartamentos separados. La reparación general del hotel fue baja: pintura de chipping en el lobby, madera en bobina en la recepción, trim rota en la habitación, etc. El gran plus fue la piscina tranquila para aquellos que no quieren gritar niños y música alta. No un fan de fuera de los hoteles, no restaurantes ni cafés para hablar de, sólo compras, que entiendo: ¿qué es el punto cuando todo es inclusivo? En todo un bonito estancia, el alcohol de primas estaba disponible y a medianoche hasta 3AM comida.

Very good hotel, entertainment food and the whole experience was amazing. They vent over backwards to accommodate us and they pools where great for kids and adults.

Hotel tranquilo, animación en la playa, a 10 minutos a pie desde el hotel hasta el canto de Revy, una entrada de agua afilada, sin pies a 2 metros de la orilla, sin hamacas gratis, 90% de las regulaciones alimentarias rotas o incluso insuficientes. Se verá que el hotel solía ser muy bueno, pero las prisas y las covid reparaciones (personal en la playa, animadores, toallas y hamacas se mantienen) acabó con las ganas de volver aquí. Hicimos un buen descuento, por lo que la relación calidad / precio es muy satisfactoria.

When you inter to the hotel’s reception it is completely disappointing, very old fashioned and bad smelly couches and chairs. Foods are average. This hotel is absolutely not for young couples, it is suitable for families with children, however there is no any entertainment for children. Overall a good option for families with children and low budget.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.
