Love. Love. Love this hotel. It is as grandeur as it is promised to be. Loved the Sai Aou from the hotel restaurant. Will consider staying here again should we revisit pakse. There is a lovely view of the river at the back of the hotel which makes it more special.

Das Hotel liegt in einer absolut traumhaften Landschaft – wer Ruhe und Entschleunigung sucht, wird hier sein Paradies finden. Eingebettet zwischen Natur und Stille ist es der perfekte Rückzugsort zum Abschalten. Wer allerdings etwas mehr Action sucht, sollte bedenken, dass es ohne fahrbaren Untersatz etwas abgelegen liegt – für mich persönlich war genau das ideal. Das Haus ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, vom stilvollen Interieur bis hin zu den kleinen Dingen, die zeigen, wie sehr man hier auf die Gäste achtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass selbst vor jedem Zimmer ein Regenschirm bereitsteht – den ich zum Glück nicht gebraucht habe, der aber zeigt, wie durchdacht alles ist. Das Personal ist herzlich, aufmerksam und einfach wunderbar – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Ich war schon in unzähligen Hotels auf der ganzen Welt, aber dieses gehört definitiv zu den besten, die ich je besucht habe.

Este hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, con muchos cajeros automáticos y restaurantes cerca. El personal fue atento y servicial. La habitación se veía limpia y ordenada, pero le resto estrellas debido a los numerosos inconvenientes que encontré al llegar. 1. El televisor no funcionaba; no podía sintonizar ningún canal. Incluso después de llamar a recepción para pedir ayuda, seguía sin funcionar. 2. El control remoto del televisor no tenía pilas. 3. El aire acondicionado goteaba agua; incluso el empleado que vino a arreglar el televisor lo mencionó. 4. El refrigerador no funcionaba. Intenté enchufarlo en todos los enchufes, pero seguía sin funcionar. 5. No había silla en la habitación, como se mostraba en la foto. Tuve que sentarme en la mesita de noche en lugar de comer en la habitación que traje. 6. En el baño, el agua no drenaba bien al ducharme; se desbordaba hacia el inodoro. 7. La habitación no estaba insonorizada en absoluto. Podía oír gente hablando y caminando fuera de mi habitación. Además, me desperté sobresaltado por la mañana pensando que alguien llamaba a la puerta, pero no era así. El ruido del aire acondicionado, o lo que parecía ser una obra detrás de la habitación, era muy fuerte. Me gustaría que esta opinión sirviera para futuros huéspedes y para el hotel. El personal me gustó mucho; fueron muy atentos, me brindaron un buen servicio y hablaban un tailandés excelente.

I stayed here for two nights, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room itself was acceptable for the price, but the noise was a major problem. Every evening until around 11 PM, there was extremely loud music that made it almost impossible to relax. Even after the music stopped, I could still hear repeated loud banging noises, and late at night there was constant noise coming from the fourth floor. This happened on both nights, so getting a good night’s sleep was very difficult. The customer service also left a poor impression. The front desk staff didn’t seem very friendly or interested in helping guests. The elevator is located next to the kitchen, where staff often gathered and blocked the walkway. In addition, the elevator always had an unpleasant smell. If your only priority is finding a cheap place to stay, this hotel might be fine. However, if you value a quiet environment and good service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Personally, I would not stay here again.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado y el personal es amable y servicial. Sin duda, me alojaré allí de nuevo si tengo la oportunidad. El hotel también cuenta con un restaurante en la azotea con vistas a Pakse y al río Mekong. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que visite el sur de Laos.

This was the only hotel I ever stayed at in Pakse, so don't have a way to compare it to other places, but it was priced as high or higher than most other places in town. Setup was a little strange, felt like someone's home that got converted to a hotel. Also felt like it wasn't originally designed as a 5 story building but rather that floors were subsequently added. Staff speaks little to no English with the exception of one older lady that seemed to be translating for everyone. The breakfast room at the top floor was nicely setup with beautiful river view. Breakfast was basic but nice. My room was a little dated and very basic. It had everything I needed, just everything felt super old. Curtains couldn't be properly closed all the way and the room could not be kept dark in the mornings. I also had a problem with ants in the bathroom, in my toothpaste, my shaving cream and on the towels. Overall not a bad place to stay, but when I return to Pakse I will probably try some other hotels before returning to this property.

Nice hotel, quite fancy, they try hard with the customer service. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and great coffee. My room (505) had an amazing view.

객실은 넓고 깨끗합니다. 침구는 눅눅하지 않고 뽀송하고 부드럽습니다. 호텔은 조용하고 친절합니다. 와이파이 잘 됩니다. 2인 예약했다가 1명이 더 오게 되었는데, 1인 추가는 1박에 20$(조식 포함) 였습니다. 조식은 2가지 과일과 식빵, 잼, 버터가 있고, 주문 가능한 메뉴가 몇 개 있습니다. 그 중 쌀국수를 맛있게 먹었습니다. 수압도 괜찮고, 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 옷걸이가 조금 더 있었으면 더욱 좋겠습니다. 주차는 무료입니다. 주변 어디든 가려면 차량이 필요합니다.
