호텔뷔페 퀄리티 이정도면 솔직히 개인적으로 그랜드조선 아리아보다 더 맛있었어요 너무 좋구요 음식의 퀄리티로만 보면 손꼽습니다 강원도에서 뷔페로 이정도면 최고라고할수있어요 대게의 신선도 퀼리티 진짜 우수합니다. 생각나면 한번씩 1박하면서 뷔페 즐길예정이구요 이런곳이 존재해서 너무 감사합니다 직원분들은 왜이렇게 다들 친철하신지 진짜 최고였습니다 스크린골프, 오락존, 수영장, 사우나, 편의점, 지하주차장도 넓고 좋았으며 자주 이용할예정입니다 ~

I spend 45 minutes standing for checking in the hotel. There are three check in counters but only one was operating with very slow speed. Before me only four queues but took about 45 minutes to process all of them. First impression was so bad. Location, cleanliness, foods, and facilities all good except the services of the staff. I don't know how Lego could allow such a service quality to its own brand. If you never visit I would recommend but be prepared for the poorly service mind of the staff. For me, one is enough. Rather go to other countries than Legoland Korea.

La ubicación era buena. El hotel era impresionante. Sin embargo, las habitaciones eran un poco estrechas. Lo peor fue el aire acondicionado, que no funcionaba. No sé si la temperatura está configurada de forma central o qué. Aparte de eso (el problema del aire acondicionado), fue una estancia muy agradable. El personal era muy bueno. Algunos de ellos hablaban inglés perfectamente, lo cual es fantástico. También fueron muy serviciales, lo cual agradecemos.

We are allowed to check in early at 11am. Room & toilet was spacious with full amenities. We booked a 3single bed room. We love the stay! Would definitely stay again.

El hotel es muy limpio y encantador, servido por taxis y transporte público. La playa está a pocos pasos de la puerta del hotel, y una pista de trenes de pinos invita a pasear agradablemente a las playas cercanas, donde se puede encontrar una variedad de cafés, restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. La habitación estaba totalmente equipada y limpia sin puntos. La recepción era amable y eficiente.

Vacaciones familiares excepcionales en el Hotel Sun Cruise - Impresionante ubicación en un acantilado con vistas al mar. - Su arquitectura única en forma de barco creó una experiencia única. - Habitaciones amplias y limpias con vistas al mar que nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en un crucero de verdad. Aspectos destacados - El personal superó todas las expectativas, siempre amable y servicial. - La pasarela con suelo de cristal emocionó a nuestros hijos y nos brindó oportunidades para sacar fotos impresionantes. - Los restaurantes del hotel sirvieron comidas deliciosas. El desayuno buffet coreano fue lo mejor. - El acceso privado a la playa facilitó la relajación sin multitudes. Momentos memorables - Ver el amanecer desde la terraza con un café caliente en la mano. - Paseos nocturnos por el sendero iluminado del acantilado: tranquilos y mágicos. - A nuestros hijos les encantó el parque de esculturas y el teleférico cercano. Conclusiones - Todo parecía estar bien pensado para familias. - Mucho espacio, actividades y comodidad. - Nos fuimos con recuerdos inolvidables y con planes de volver.

Our second stay over 4 nights during the cherry blossom spring festival. As before, the English-speaking reception staff was welcoming and met our room request as return guests upon check-in. We had a higher floor unit, just as clean but with some wear and tear in bathroom fixtures. Although Spring is warmer, the central system is still set to heating instead of cooling, so we left the balcony door open most of the time to prevent the nights from being stuffy. The sunrise and coastal views were just as magical with more clouds. This time, we enjoyed the indoor spa pools and outdoor pool, as well as the buffet breakfast with fresh and nourishing regional Korean and international ingredients. We liked that there is a GS25, patisserie, wine store, retail shop library, laundry room, gym, and stylish eateries in the Monogram complex. One unpleasant incident marred our stay, however. Our clear ziplock bag of medicinal tea and beverage satchets packed from home went missing from the coffee counter on the 4th day (the last photo shows where we had placed it). We suspected housekeeping staff might have accidentally thrown out this personal item during room cleaning while we were out that day. We contacted the housekeeping and front desk, but it was not resolved beyond a promise to search/investigate, and later a denial that they had touched our personal items. We were not planning to pursue the matter, but we would have appreciated more initiative or efforts to lessen our distress (the medicinal tea for our digestive health problems was crucial for our travels). Will we be back again? Probably, but this incident has made us realise that in this aspect, the Shilla team still needs to work harder to meet the 5-star hospitality standards it promises to Korean and international travellers.

位置距離一般～離海邊較遠。房間一些細節的衞生搞得不是很好，例如我們這次住的通往洗漱間的門，居然都是塵…唯一比較厲害的設備是自帶一台乾衣機，但一次衹能掛3件衣服。早上會提供一些簡單早餐，米飯、小菜、海帶湯，可以自己煎蛋，也有一台機可以自己買泡麪，可是不接受現金也不能用visa…

We stayed at Mona YongPyong – Bliss Hill Stay 🏔️ The place was very strategic and convenient. Just below our hostel was the YongPyong Bus Station, and right next to it was Mona Park Ski Resort ❄️🎿 We also enjoyed halal food at Efes Kebab, which made our stay even more memorable 🍽️🤍 We will definitely come back again next time!

방뷰는 반합니다 직원의 실수로 스위트주니어로 업글도 받았습니다. .B동코너였는데 와. .바람소리가 건물 무너질까봐 일행과 잠 못 이루는 밤이었어요ㅜㅜ 체크아웃 할 때 코너룸인 이방의 문제인건지 데스크 직원에게 물어보니 바람이 일정한.방향으로만.부는게 아니라 어떤방에서도 일어날 수 있답니다. . 어제 케이블카 운행도 안할 정도로 바람이 불긴 했지만. . 거의 공항에서 뱅기나르는 소음보다도 컸기에. ,
