Stayed in a standard twin room for 2 nights. The room is slightly too warm as it operates on a central heating system. The rest of the hotel facilities are excellent. The staff are warm and friendly. If you do not want to have your room made up, they reward you with 2 QR codes which you can use at the vending machine behind the front desk. We chose this hotel as it was a street across the Shirakawago express bus stop operated by the Toyama Chitetsu Bus company. It was really convenient for us to use it to explore Toyama as well as take a day trip to Shirakawago.

Un hotel tradicional de aguas termales, no muy nuevo, pero los estándares de servicio, habitaciones e instalaciones también son buenos. Está a poca distancia de la estación de aguas termales de Unazuki. No hay muchos restaurantes cerca. Intente reservar comidas en el hotel. La comida en este El hotel es bueno, relativamente bueno. El hotel era bonito y nuevo, con registro en la segunda planta. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y luminosas. Había un aparcamiento público detrás del hotel, y un Family Mart y una gasolinera cruzando la calle. Estaba a unos 8 minutos a pie de la estación de Toyama y a unos 15 minutos del parque Kansui. Las dos chicas que me registraron esa noche fueron muy amables y educadas.

I had a great stay at this hotel, especially because of its strategic location. It’s conveniently situated near major attractions, public transportation, and plenty of dining options! Another highlight was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The sushi is one of the key highlights. Overall, the combination of an excellent location and a satisfying breakfast made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both convenience and comfort.

Came here to relax with the natural hot spring that Toyama is famous for. The waters here are dark brown like soya sauce. The public bath has several baths including one that is outdoor. There are ample lockers, dressing tables and shower berths. The laundry room is inside the public bath area. They are separate machines from the dryer. While the washing machines are free, it costs money to use the dryer. The shower cubicle in the hotel room has no shower rail to hang laundry to dry. The double bed room has a private cypress wood bath tub. It felt good to soak in onsen water in the morning before breakfast. It’s deep enough for someone tall to sit in. A short walk away is the tram stop. A free tram ride coupon can be obtained from the front desk for international tourists.

Very satisfied with my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Toyama. The hotel was kind enough to allow a flexible and early check-in, which made a big difference after travelling. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything I needed, especially in assisting my 72-year-old mum — their care and attentiveness really stood out. The location is only a stone’s throw away from Toyama Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The pyjamas were also surprisingly comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and will definitely stay here again if I visit Toyama in the future.

Este lugar es muy conveniente, a 3 metros de la estación de tren. Hay un maldito opuesto y muchos otros restaurantes. La habitación es muy limpia. Diría que es más grande que los que había quedado en la misma zona. Si vuelvo a visitar Toyama, seleccionaré este mismo lugar.

This hotel was a very unexpected surprise. Everything about the room felt more like a 5 star hotel, including a press for trousers, separate and very spacious shower with rain head, strong wifi, etc. Would definitely explore this hotel chain in other cities.

Good food, surprise they provide late night hot soup noodle. Carpark can be confusing as we do not understand Japanese, staff can be professional when giving guidance for the parking

Toyoko Inn never failed me. Good location, the train station is just within 5mins walking distance. F&B is below and nearby there's many. The famous ramenya and Toyama sushi shop is just at next street. Cleanliness is good for 3 stars hotel. Have a small good view from the side to see the Tateyama Alps. with this price we get breakfast as well which is worth! Check-in n out is easy, and have people to help you. Room is consider spacious. Will consider this hotel again for my next visit.
