Hermoso hotel con vista al lago. Si reservas el dormitorio, puedes usar el Onsen y el salón con bebidas y bocadillos gratis. El autobús pasa con regularidad y los alrededores son simplemente hermosos. Las camas inferiores del dormitorio y el dormitorio en sí están muy mal insonorizadas, así que lleva tapones para los oídos si tienes el sueño ligero :-)

No entiendo por qué alguien dejaría una revisión negativa debido a su propia negligencia. Trip.com claramente mencionado el impuesto adicional 300-yen (Supongo que este es el impuesto sobre el arranque) por persona, pero todavía afirmaron que estaban “engañosos”. Si no quiere caminar de la estación, debe ver el tiempo de autobús en la página principal del hotel. Cada día, funciona desde el ”clásico hotel de la estación de sol JR” junto a la estación de sol hasta 9:00／ 9:30／ 10:00／ 15:15／ 16:15／ 17:15／ 18:15. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, y el cálido aire de la parte trasera es muy bueno. Debió haber un poco de olor en la habitación, pero creo que puede haber un olor de extirpación (como un insecticida). Después de abrir la ventana, desaparecerá. El desayuno es normal, sin publicidad tan lujosa, pero tal vez porque no es el otoño. En general, creo que es una buena opción para la familia.

A very authentic experience in Japan out in the nature. Its very secluded - which is the reason why you book such a hotel. It takes a bit of effort ro get there, but its totally worth to see. Thanks again. Arigato.

酒店的穿梭巴士一天沒有幾班 要提前預約 有巴士到山腳下 要是有大件行李推上山真是不容易 酒店的歡迎飲料不錯 有軟飲料和啤酒 香檳 房間很小 日式床單和被子都有點薄 晚上會冷 溫泉是混湯的 裏面有很多漂浮物 不知道是keng還是溫泉本身的物質 硫磺氣味很濃 泡完了洗過澡還有硫磺味 應該是很正宗的溫泉 露天溫泉沒有做小景 一片雜草 泡着沒有意境 晚餐和早餐的定食是這麼多年來住過的一泊二食裏最差的 我沒吃完 因為太差了 早餐居然還有兩根火腿腸 我沒見過這麼敷衍的定食 總之這個酒店是一派沒落之像 完全不推薦

This is a small in front of the lake. The bus ride from the Tobu Nikko station was wonderful. It took 45 minutes and the ride is to climb the mountain. So exciting. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel. Otherwise you should walk for ten minutes from the bus terminal. The room was cozy and there was a massage chair in the room. As soon as we arrived in the hotel, we rushed to the ferry terminal to take the last boat. The dinner and next morning breakfast are wonderful. Please don’t expect to much about onsen because it is a small hotel with indoor and outdoor hot pools. The hotel offers free coffee and tea the people staying in the hotel.

The Knot Utsunomiya is a brand‑new hotel (opened December 2025) with a prime location directly opposite Utsunomiya Station, and it does feature a stylish café and restaurant. However, my overall stay was disappointing. - Check‑in & Service: Staff seemed inexperienced and a bit confused. When I requested extra pillows, I was told only one extra could be provided because the hotel “does not have so many pillows,” which felt unusual for a new property. - Lobby & Atmosphere: The lobby music was very loud, making the space feel noisy rather than welcoming. - Room Design: The room looked spacious at first glance, but the layout wasn’t practical. The table was tiny, leaving little space to put personal items. It felt like the design prioritized appearance over usability. - Noise Issues: Soundproofing was poor. I could hear conversations from the next room and even snoring at night. In the morning, housekeeping staff made loud noises while cleaning other rooms, which disturbed my rest. - Positives: The café and restaurant are nice, and the location opposite the station is extremely convenient. Overall: While the hotel is new and well‑located, the service, noise control, and room functionality need improvement. Hopefully, with time and experience, The Knot Utsunomiya will refine its operations and deliver a more comfortable stay.

The location is really good. 10 mins away from the station. Easy to find. Big hotel, about 11 floors. The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here

Each of my 3 days here I’d in Nikko I’d return to NSHC after a big day exploring and appreciate what a great place. Excellent centrally convenient to both stations (when arriving/departing and the bus stops to various regions), clean, warm, quiet, friendly, efficient, hot onsen (in & outdoors), spacious and pleasing facilities, good value & abundant breakfast which is discounted weekdays to 1500 yen (though don’t think of getting a sandwich or fruit past the hawkeye ladies attending. It’s a place that everything has been thought of and runs well. And a very secure luggage storage system if you arrive before 3pm check-in to let easily you visit the amazing World Heritage Areas by bus. Highly recommended.

El paisaje fuera de la ventana es pintoresco, con hojas rojas por todas las montañas y campos, y también me sumergí en las aguas termales al aire libre.
