Splendid lobby on 13/F with best view in the town, convenient parking facility connecting to the hotel at a reasonable price ¥1,100 overnight, close to shops and train station, buffet breakfast with quality. Just need to ask for coffee set at reception, not provided in room and only have chopsticks in restaurant.

Great experience at the Tobu Grande Hotel! It is ideally located, next to all of the cities main attraction and interesting points. Bus and metro stop is close by, as well as convenience stores. The room was more spacious and equiped as I initially thought, which was a pleasant surprise! The Grill Restaurant staff and food were also exceptional. Overall, I can only recomment staying at this hotel for a trip to Utsunomiya

一人旅には最適なお部屋でした。 湯船が無く、シャワー室のみのお部屋でしたが、程よく広かったので満足です😊 散策不足なだけかも知れませんが、コーヒーや紅茶などのアメニティが無かったのだけが残念です。お部屋にケトルは備え付けてありましたが、手持ちにティーバッグが無かったので使用しませんでした。 23時にチェックインをしましたが、受付にはスタッフさんがおりました。夜中でも人が居ることに安心しました。

お風呂と朝ご飯を目当てに2泊してきました。目的はのんびり休んでくることです。 お風呂は想像より狭くてお湯もぬるくてちょっと残念でした。期待が大きかったからかもしれません。 朝ご飯はこれも期待が大きかったからかもしれませんが、今は1でした。特に白ご飯が上手に炊けてないようで美味しくなかったです。致命傷かもしれません。その隣には醤油のボトルが20種類ぐらいあったりしてこだわりは見えるのですが、キーファクターが抑えられてない感じがしました。 お部屋はダイキンのエアコンがつけられてましたので、自宅と同じような感じでした。掃除も行き届いていて、連泊の場合は簡易メイキングのようですが、きれいに掃除していただきありがとうございました。 周辺には歩くとちょっと遠いですが、たくさん飲食店もあるので、初日は歩いて佐野ラーメンを2日目は向かい側まで10分以上も歩いて大陸食堂へ行き焼肉を食べました。 概ね楽しく過ごせた二日間ののんびりしてくる旅でした。

Beautiful old hotel. The dinner was fabulous- so elegant and wonderfully delicious. The grounds are picturesque Best thing is the location. It is up a steep hill so walking up and down is a challenge for older knees. That being said once down the hill, it is a short walk to the famous Shinkyo Bridge and across the street from the bridge is the Toshogu Shrine complex.

ホテルは駅からとても近く、目の前にコンビニもあって便利でした！ホテル内はとても清潔でアメニティも豊富、シャワーヘッド・ドライヤーに関してはとても良いものを設置してて最高でした！ただ１つ懸念点があるとすると、室内テレビにサブスクの画面がミラーリングできないことですね､､､一応となりのリッチモンド本館さんではミラーリングできたり、アネックスさんでも有料VODがあるのでそこまで不便ではないですが。それを差し引いてもここのホテルは良いところです。是非とも大切な人と来てください！

I found this hotel from Trip.com and be so happy to stay here for 4 nights. It’s located at the west side of Utsunomiya station. It’s very convenient. We rent a car to travel around and the parking at the hotel is also convenient. But we have to pay additional fee at 1000 yen per day. And if you will park before check in time, 300 yen will be added (per hour maybe). But it’s ok for our convenience. Room is spacious, convenient for two people with two luggages. But we didn’t book for breakfast because it’s quite convenient for the restaurants and many convenience stores around the hotel. I hope to return here again next time. ☺️

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, con una habitación limpia, cómoda y bien equipada con muchas instalaciones como el karaoke, un centro de juegos y más. La habitación de la habitación era de 1 km. La experiencia del río fue maravillosa, y la vista del río fue fantástica, con una hermosa vista del río Kinugawa. Pero hubo un problema: cuando nos ingresamos, la recepción tomó nuestros pasaportes para fotocopiar. Desafortunadamente, se olvidó de devolvernos uno de los pasaportes. No fue hasta que después de comprobar y llegar a nuestra próxima parada que nos dio cuenta de que faltaba un pasaporte. A pesar de ello, la experiencia global fue excelente, y yo recomendaría todavía el hotel.
