Everything was great except the breakfast. I made a reservation with breakfast included, but breakfast was not a buffet, but a sandwich. I paid additional 2,200 yen per person for the buffet.

Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Whether you’re seeking a relaxing getaway, a cultural experience, or just a fantastic place to stay, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way.

The hotel located nearby higashi Karatsu station, and provides shuttle services (need to contact/book earlier) for return trips to the train station. Located just beside the river, the room has amazing view overlooking the river and bridges. Onsen is good but I wish there is outdoor onsen that can see the amzing sunset. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Es un gran lugar para curar. El escritorio delantero, que sólo habla japonés, fue un poco incómodo, pero puedes hacer lo que quieras con un traductor. Kaiseki cena era tan buena. El desayuno también es delicioso, así que lo recomiendo. Creo que los baños públicos en Ohiro son más que baños privados. Las escaleras son demasiado altas, por lo que se recomienda ir solo, excepto por el inconveniente.

A very pleasant stay in Ureshino Onsen area. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms compared to typical business hotels in Japan. Although the hotel itself doesn’t have its own onsen, there are excellent public hot springs just nearby, which made the experience unique and relaxing. The location is quiet and perfect for unwinding, especially for travelers looking to enjoy nature and hot springs. Staff were polite and helpful, and the facilities were simple but convenient. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

This hotel hosts many traveling workers. Rooms was small but clean. Location close to the train station. Frespo mall is a 5 minutes walk away. Free parking if you’re driving. Room comes with breakfast so that was good. Breakfast is local cuisine, which explains why local workers stay here. Receptionists were very helpful and spoke some English. All in all, I am a satisfied customer.

Highly recommend this hot spring hotel! It perfectly captures the traditional Japanese style. The onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths, and the matcha green tea–style hot spring was truly unique—it left my skin feeling incredibly smooth thanks to the special water quality. Both dinner and breakfast were authentic Japanese meals, and the service was professional. A free shuttle to/from the JR station is also provided. An excellent stay!

El entorno del hotel de Chen es muy bueno, el cuarto tiene un caliente de la cara, el hotel está hecho de la salchicha, el salchicha es especialmente delicioso. La señora dice que pasó dos días felizes allí, y también agradece especialmente a Tsuru, Naho y a toda la equipo de servicio por el cuidadoso servicio.

The room size was decent, plenty of entertainment on Level 1 *some are not free* and a foot bath right in front of the hotel. Put some mosquito repellent, we didn't even get to sit more than 5 mins because of mosquitoes. Loved their dinner buffet. Thanks to the free alcoholic drinks we got to sample a few different types of sake. The food was good and for the breakfast French toast was the best. The dinner buffet timing was only 1.5 hours but it was more than enough for us. The room pricing isn’t cheap but it’s definitely worth the value if you just want to spend a quiet and relaxing evening inside the hotel after visiting some of the attractions around the area.
