Tiny room with an old and very small Queensize (??) bed. Everything seems to be really old, so does the dust in the corners of the room or of the ventilation in the bathroom. Service was okay... we could convince them to leave our bicycles outside the hotel entrance (no way to leave them at the ”luggage storage” inside the lobby). Drinks like coffee, hot chocolate, tea and soft drinks are for free. Microwave free. Also they have a bath house but no sauna for the girls - unfortunately. Best option in town.

This hotel has a more classic and vintage-style room design, but the space was decent and everything was very clean. One lovely feature is the small chapel in the hotel lobby, which seems to be used for weddings—it added a warm and charming touch. The scenery right next to the hotel is also beautiful, making the overall stay quite pleasant.

A great place to stay in Saga, close to the station with many delicious restaurants nearby. Our only issue was that the beds were a little uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise from other guests throughout the night. Other than this we would stay again!

One of the few tall buildings in the town, equipped with rooftop indoor and outdoor onsen. Walkable distance to places around town. The hotel is renovating, but no disturbances from that, and I’m certain that after it finished, it will be great. Good facilities and hospitality. If I’m go back to the town, I would stay here again.

La ubicación es excelente, caminar a la estación de Ivanli 3-5 minutos! ¡El lado de la habitación tiene un caliente, el tarjeta de alojamiento es gratuito! ¡El desayuno es gratuito, no hay necesidad de subir! Hay lavadoras, secadoras, hielo y microondas en el hotel! ¡Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor, comodidad para comer! ¡Puedes alquilar un coche de pie gratis, ¡vaya por Ivan!

We had a 4 night stay at Mercure Saga and had a wonderful time! The lobby is very spacious and beautifully presented. In the afternoon, they provided afternoon tea with snacks and complimentary drinks, which was a lovely touch. We stayed in an ocean-view room with futon beds. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of three. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight, there was such a wide variety of food to choose from! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks as well to the Kudon services for their great hospitality. Thank you again for such a pleasant stay. We were very impressed and will definitely come back again!

Been here two years ago! Hotel is a bit old but tidy and clean! Room is spacious. Car park is free! Down side is the water provided only count if you don’t need room clean up, I stayed 2 night with only one set of water was given according to their rules!☹️Other is buffet only provided from6:00 to 9:00, could be better if extended to 10:00!🤔Be reminded that it only have central air conditioning, no separate air conditioner in the room!

The hotel is located right across from JR Saga Station. The staff provides excellent service. The room is spacious enough to accommodate two large suitcases, and the bed is comfortable. Amenities are provided in the room. Breakfast is served in a buffet style. While the selection may not be very diverse, it meets standard expectations.

La única cosa buena es cerca de la salida Tosu Premium que puede hacer algunas compras de lujo. No hay mucho atractivo cerca. El hotel es razonable con el precio, el desayuno es sencillo. Parking gratis.

Первый опыт в рекане. Номер удобный, несмотря на свою традиционность. Все необходимое (полотенца, банные принадлежности, чай) было предоставлено в избытке. Онсен тоже понравился, уличная зона прекрасная. Персонал старался помочь в любой ситуации.
