A petit capsule hotel with nice amenities. Good bath facilities and staff. Located in city center with subway just a few minutes from it. Great experience

Muy buen hotel buen servicio pero la comida no es muy buena o variada además el precio de la cena es muy alto para lo que ofrecen, todo está muy lejos, si quieres otras opciones necesitas de automóvil para que sea más fácil, la playa baja muchísimo la marea y eso impide meterse al agua con tranquilidad por momentos, las instalaciones son algo viejas de algunos lugares y lo rescatable es que te incluyen bebidas, café y botanas.

This hotel is just across the street from the bus station so it’s great for any excursions you want to take. Lots of family Marts and seven eleven close by, but supermarket was a C little hard to find. It’s about 1 km walk to the main shopping street, but about 5-10 mins away is a great area for finding little restaurants and cafes. Just have a wander and you’ll be spoiled for choice.

福ちゃん、ニコルさんと２匹の猫、藻玉と煮豆に優しく迎えられ、あっという間に滞在日数が過ぎてしまいました。大満足で、皆さんへおすすめのお宿です。 内外装ともとっても素敵です。リゾートに来た〜と感じます。レンタカー用に駐車場を使わせてもらいました。 居室内は清潔・快適です。ベッド・布団はとってもふんわり良く眠れました。 エリアはレンタカーがあればとても便利な立地です。フサキビーチのすぐ近くあり、徒歩でビーチまで行けます(フサキビーチリゾートのメインの建屋の方を通り、特に手続き等不要です)。 朝食を頂きました。食材・調味料の一つひとつにこだわったお料理で、心も身体も癒されます。 私たちは未体験ですが、ヒーリングトリートメントやYOGAを受ける事ができます。 また是非訪れたいお宿です。

Excelente ubicación en la estación de monorraíl Makishi n.° 9. Gire a la derecha y camine 2 minutos hasta el hotel por un puente. Es muy práctico, ya que el aeropuerto de Naha tarda solo 20 minutos para tomar el vuelo de la mañana. La calle Kokusai, con numerosos restaurantes, está a solo 150 m. Sin embargo, la habitación doble puede resultar un poco pequeña.

We had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically. Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks. Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan. A few pieces of advice to the management: 1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours 2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them 3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once. 4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care? 5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician 6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies. What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.

En línea con los estándares intercontinentales, como hotel resort, tiene una excelente ubicación, frente a Manzamo al otro lado del agua, y disfruta de un paisaje costero único. Aún no es temporada alta para los deportes acuáticos, por lo que algunas instalaciones están cerradas, pero puedes pasar la mayor parte del día paseando por la zona del hotel. El autobús gratuito puede circular entre la entrada principal y el vestíbulo, e incluso puedes tomar el autobús del aeropuerto hasta la central de autobuses frente a Onna Beach. En la mayoría de las ocasiones en el hotel puede encontrar personal de servicio que habla chino para comunicarse, pero para cenar se requieren reservas en línea, por lo que es necesario acostumbrarse.

Location The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

Me alojé aquí por varias noches y las habitaciones eran espaciosas y la ubicación con vista al mar era genial. La limpieza diaria y la reposición de los servicios son minuciosas. Tuve una estancia cómoda. Sin embargo, el marco de la ventana que daba al balcón estaba estrecho y era difícil de abrir, por lo que la recepción ayudó, pero pronto volvió a su estado original, difícil de abrir, lo que fue decepcionante.

El hotel pertenece a las habitaciones con vistas al mar en primera línea. Está a unos 1,6 kilómetros de la estación de tren ligero. Mis hábitos de vida habituales me hacen elegir este hotel. La próxima vez que vaya a Naha, elegiré quedarme en este hotel. El hotel dispone de desayuno buffet, que está bastante bien. Hay muchos hoteles cerca de la estación del tren ligero. Depende de si te gusta caminar o no...
